PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MONOPOLI CERDAS (MONDAS) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN BERPIKIR KREATIF PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPS Abdul Zabar Muhamad Zamaludin; Nanan Abdul Manan

Abstract

The development of intelligent monopoly learning media (MONDAS) aims to determine the level of media validity and the results of development media trials in improving creative thinking in social studies learning. Researchers use an R&D research design with the ADDIE model. The product trial subjects were 27 class IV students at SDN 3 Pakemitan. Data collection instruments use questionnaires, interviews, observations and tests. The results of research on intelligent monopoly learning media (MONDAS) show valid criteria with a score of 92.5% from media experts, and 92.5% from material experts. Media monopoly can also improve the creative thinking of students in the very good category with an average score of 85%. Teachers and students gave positive responses to the media developed with evidence of a score of 72.5% for teacher responses and 91.62% for student responses. Thus, it can be concluded that intelligent monopoly learning media (MONDAS) is suitable for use as a learning medium to improve creative thinking in social studies lessons for class IV students at SDN 3 Pakemitan. Pengembangan media pembelajaran monopoli cerdas (MONDAS) bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat validitas media dan hasil uji coba pengembangan media dalam meningkatkan berpikir kreatif pada pembelajaran IPS. Peneliti menggunakan desain penelitian R&D dengan model ADDIE. Subjek uji coba produk yaitu peserta didik kelas IV SDN 3 Pakemitan sebanyak 27 siswa. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, wawancara, observasi dan tes. Hasil penelitian media pembelajaran monopoli cerdas (MONDAS) menunjukan kriteria valid dengan perolehan skor 92,5% dari ahli media, dan 92,5% dari ahli materi. Media monopoli juga dapat meningkatkan berpikir kreatif siswa kategori sangat baik dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata 85%. Guru dan Siswa memberikan respon fositif terhadap media yang dikembangakan dengan bukti dari perolehan skor sebesar 72,5 % untuk respon Guru, dan 91,62% untuk respon siswa. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran monopoli cerdas (MONDAS) layak digunakan menjadi media pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan berpikir kreatif pada pelajaran IPS siswa kelas IV SDN 3 Pakemitan.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate and analyze the adaptation of teaching and learning processes in the Covid-19 era, focusing on the implementation and effectiveness of various technological tools and strategies. A qualitative research method was employed, utilizing observations and questionnaires to garner insights. A total of 232 respondents participated, predominantly comprising senior high school students from Kuningan District. The primary objective is to explore how educational institutions have innovated teaching and learning methodologies, emphasizing the utilization of technology, particularly WhatsApp, as a medium for facilitating education during the Covid-19 pandemic. Through a qualitative approach, the study utilized observations and questionnaires as instrumental tools for data collection. The findings revealed that online learning has emerged as a robust model in enhancing teaching and learning experiences across different educational stages, from early childhood to higher educational institutions. WhatsApp has been highlighted as a prevalent application, enabling teachers and students to navigate the challenges posed by the pandemic in the educational domain. Based on the findings, the study concludes that continuous inventive strategies are essential in teaching to adapt to changing scenarios and effectively respond to classroom needs. Furthermore, the integration of technology, like WhatsApp, in educational practices proves to be a valuable asset in overcoming the pandemic-induced challenges in education.

Abstract

The management and leadership training innovation model used by Muhammadiyah universities according to the principles of good instructional development is not yet available. The aims of this research are (1) to describe the appropriate management and leadership training for university leaders at Muhammadiyah universities today; (2) to identify current approaches to management and leadership training; (3) to develop suitable management and leadership training packages for leaders; and (4) to formulate the effectiveness of the innovation management and leadership training package. Research and Development Borg and Gall were used and combined with Dick & Carey's steps Instructional Design Modern. The study resulted in the package management and leadership training for Muhammadiyah, including training design, A Handbook for Facilitators, Handbook for Participants, and Module 3 Training Materials. Product Training Package has been validated by and trials on aspects of effectiveness and feasibility. The study also produced some impli-cations and recommendations relating to the training in the PTM (Muhammadiyah Higher Education).
