Abstract

Community service activities carried out by STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan present knowledge sharing through programs for the community in the Vuttisat Vittayanuson School environment, Koh Lanta Noi, Krabi Thailand. The purpose of this service activity is to carry out the PHBS program based on the results of the analysis and goals of KKN students. The method of community service activities uses focus group discussions (FGD) both internally as a Community Service Team (PKM) and with residents of the Vuttisat Vittayanuson School. The results of the service activities from the program that have been implemented consist of working together to clean the school environment, exercise together, wash hands regularly and how to maintain personal hygiene.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to introduce Indonesia more deeply through the development of Nasyid Extracurricular activities at the Vuttisatvittayanusorn school. Vocal work is one of the things that is favored by students, especially women in the arts. Indonesia's existence is well known in this country which is nicknamed the white elephant. Departing from this background, the author tries to develop Indonesian-language nasyid directly. This type of research is field research using a qualitative descriptive approach. The implementation of this activity went through several stages, namely: (1) Holding FGDs with Vuttisatvittayanusorn school teachers and making official art extracurriculars through collaboration. (2) Conduct open recruitment for Vuttisatvittayanusornschool students. (3) Preparing and designing training concepts and schedules (4) Presenting students at the implementation of the Islamic religious festival which is held every month in Krabi Thailand. The impact of implementing these activities is that students are able to develop vocal exercises through extracurriculars and increase interest and use Indonesian properly.

Abstract

Service activities carried out by STKIP Muhammadiyah Kuningan students on a training basis provide space for students to develop the soft skills and hard skills they have. This community service program was carried out at Eakkapapsasanawich Islamic School Krabi Thailand with the aim of developing students' talent interests in the field of public speaking and Islamic arts. This service method is carried out in a group discussion forum (FGD) between teachers, boarding school administrators, students, and KKN students. In addition to using training methods and providing assistance as a follow-up to the training. The result of this service activity is that students are able to develop their interests and talents in the field of public speaking and Islamic arts, with the material and training provided.

Abstract

This service activity aims to improve the English language skills of Anuban Wangmai Sasanasart School students, Thaphae District, Krabi Thailand. The target of this service activity is all students starting from Anuban (TK), Prhatom (SD) and Mattayom (SMP) Anuban Wangmai Sasanasart School. One of the community service activities carried out by the service team is the activity of one day one sentences and gymnastic an English song. The one day one sentences and gymnastic an English song activities are one of the devotional activities which are always carried out in the morning. One day one sentences is an English habituation activity in the form of one day one sentence, where there is a group of 5 students who become tutors every day to speak English which is also translated into Thai so students understand what is being said and these activities can improve students' speaking and listening skills. Furthermore, the gymnastic an English song activity is an activity that is carried out after the one day one sentences activity. Gymnastic an English song is a form of English language habituation by doing gymnastics with English songs so that students will get used to listening to English vocabulary so that students will easily remember it and with this activity students' listening skills can improve. Abstract

Abstract

Learning the game of volleyball at the Vuttisat Vittanuson school in Thailand, especially in terms of lower passing ability, still needs to improve. Applying the learning model provided by physical education teachers is still conventional, so it cannot build the effectiveness of student learning outcomes. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of a scientific approach on students volleyball passing abilities. This research is quasi experimental research with a Pretest Posttest Group Design research design. The population in this study were Mattayom 5 students at Vuttisat Vittayanuson School and a sample of 30. The instrument in this research is a volleyball passing ability test. The research results showed that based on the pretest and posttest scores, there was a significant increase. It is known that there is a difference in the positive influence of applying a scientific approach to students' passing ability in volleyball

Abstract

Profil pelajar pancasila bertujuan melahirkan generasi emas yang memiliki jiwa atau sikap pancasila yang tertanam pada diri siswa sebagai bekal bagi kehidupan siswa selanjutnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian itni berangkat dari permasalahan dimana beberapa siswa masih banyak yang belum mampu untuk dapat berkolaborasi dan melakukan kegiatan gotong royong, untuk itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu dan menganalisis faktor apa saja yang dapat memperkuat sikap kolaborasi siswa dalam dimensi gotong royong profil pelajar pancasila. Peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus, peneliti menggunakan instrumen triangulasi data berupa observasi, wawancara kepada 3 pihak yaitu kepala sekolah, guru wali kelas, dan yang paling utama yaitu siswa, dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kuatnya sikap kolaborasi siswa bukan hanya disebabkan dari dalam diri siswa, namun disebabkan dari faktor luar seperti lingkungan keluarga dan masyarakat serta kebiasaan yang dibangun siswa dalam kegidupan sehari-hari. Oleh karena itu damapak dari penelitian ini salah satunya memberi masukan kepada pihak sekolah terutama guru wali kelas dalam memberikan pemahan dan penanaman sikap profil pelajar pancasila

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the implementation of the Student Centered Learning approach in improving students' English learning outcomes. The research method used is a quantitative experimental method with a One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research sample consisted of 20 class II mattayom students at Eakkapapsasanawich Islamic School Krabi Thailand. The research was conducted for one month by applying the Student Centered Learning approach in English language learning. Data collection was carried out through pretest and posttest with written tests. The result show that implementing the student center learning approach is more effective in improving learning outcomes in learning English integers for class II Mattayom students compared to applying conventional learning. Based on the results of the t test analysis using the pretest and posttest data normality test and the results are known that pretest 0.19 > 0.05 and posttest 0.200 > 0.05 can be accepted and normally distributed, which means there are differences in the positive influence and effectiveness of implementing the student center learning approach applied in the experimental class.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Problem Based Learning model on English learning outcomes for Class IV Ban Khlongrua School Krabi, Southern Thailand. This type of research is pre-experimental research in the form of one group pretest posttest, namely an experiment. The experimental research unit was fourth grade students at Ban Khlongrua School Krabi, Southern Thailand. The results of descriptive statistical analysis of English learning outcomes using the Problem Based Learning Model show better results than before using the Problem Based Learning Model. The results of inferential statistical analysis using the t-test formula show that the calculated t value obtained is 2.79 with a frequency of dk = 10-1 = 9. At the 5% significance level, the t table value = 0.45. So, ct-ount > ttable or 2.79 > 0.45. This proves that the application of the Problem Based Learning model in English learning has an influence so that it can be said to be more effective than before the use of the Problem Based Learning Learning Model.

Abstract

Edukasi karakter kebangsaan merupakan bagian penting sebagai upaya dalam menumbuhkan kecintaan terhadap negaranya. Melalui kegiatan memperingati hari pahlawan yang dipadukan dengan berbagai kegiatan perlombaan dengan tema pahlawan terhadap siswa di Sanggar Bimbingan Pantai Dalam pada tanggal 10 November ini dilaksanakan guna membentuk karakter kebangsaan pada generasi muda terutama pada siswa di Sanggar Bimbingan Pantai Dalam. Hari pahlawan merupakan hari yang setiap tahunnya diperingati oleh bangsa Indonesia sebagai tanda untuk memperingati serta menghormati jasa para pahlawan. Dalam memperingati hari pahlawan yang dilakukan di Sanggar Bimbingan Pantai Dalam ini dilakukan dengan memadukan berbagai kegiatan perlombaan, seperti lomba mewarnai gambar pahlawan dan lomba membaca puisi dengan tema pahlawan. Tujuan dari lomba ini yaitu untuk menambah pengetahuan serta menumbuhkan rasa cinta siswa terhadap bangsa indonesia. Metode dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian ini melalui tiga tahap yaitu, Sosialisasi, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. metode ini menempatkan mitra sebagai sasaran utama pada setiap tahapan persiapan serta pelaksanaan program pengabdian. Pengabdian ini lebih menekankan pada penanaman serta pemahaman mengenai karakter kebangsaan. Penanaman dan pemahaman mengenai karakter kebangsaan pada siswa di Sanggar Bimbingan Pantai Dalam ini menekankan pada pengenalan sejarah para pahlawan serta kebiasaan-kebiasaan yang biasa dilakukan untuk memperingati jasa para pahlawan di Indonesia seperti memperingati hari pahlawan. Edukasi karakter kebangsaan ini cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan kebangsaan siswa, hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan kebangsaan siswa setelah diberikannya edukasi. Dengan melalui berbagai kegiatan serta perlombaan yang telah dilaksanakan diharapakan dapat menumbuhkan karakter kebangsaan serta menambah wawasan pengetahuan kebangsaan pada siswa di Sanggar Bimbingan Pantai Dalam Kuala Lumpur Malaysia.
