Abstract

Peningkatan tekanan darah sistolik ≥140 mmHg dan tekanan darah diastolik ≥90 mmHg, dikenal sebagai hipertensi atau tekanan darah tinggi. Menurut SKI tahun 2023 prevalensi kejadian hipertensi sebesar 30,8% untuk usia 18 tahun ke atas. Hipertensi jika tidak ditangani dapat menyebabkan gagal jantung, jantung koroner, stroke, dan gagal ginjal. Relaksasi Otot Progresif (ROP) merupakan salah satu penanganan hipertensi dengan cara non farmakologis dan dapat dilakukan dengan cukup mudah oleh setiap orang, tidak menimbulkan efek samping, dan tidak memerlukan biaya besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Relaksasi Otot Progresif (ROP) dalam mengontrol tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Gondangrejo. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan desain quasy-eksperimental dengan rancangan pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel berjumlah 36 responden yang terbagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Analisa data menggnakan uji Paired Samples T Test dan uji Effect Size Cohen’s dengan uji normalitas Shapiro-Wilk. Hasil uji Paired Samples T Test pada kelompok eksperimen didapatkan nilai t = 12,720 dengan p-value 0,000 (p <0,05) pada tekanan darah sistolik, dan pada tekanan darah diastolik didapatkan nilai t = 7,550 dengan p-value 0,000 (p <0,05). Pada kelompok kontrol didapatkan nilai t = -1,797 dengan p-value 0,090 (p >0,05) untuk tekanan darah sistolik, dan untuk tekanan darah diastolik didapatkan nilai t = 1,971 dengan p-value 0,060 (p >0,05). Hasil uji Effect Size didapatkan perbedaan yang sangat besar antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol sesudah diberikan intervensi pada tekanan darah sistolik didapatkan nilai Cohen’s 1,753 dan tekanan darah diastolik 1,308. Relaksasi Otot Progresif (ROP) efektif dalam mengontrol tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi di Puskesmas Gondangrejo.

Abstract

Anak memiliki tahap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang sangat penting pada waktu balita sehingga memerlukan asupan zat gizi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan tubuh. Kurangnya gizi pada balita dapat disebabkan oleh tingkat pengetahuan orang tua tentang makanan, komposisi serta cara memasak yang masih kurang sehingga berdampak pada balita stunting. Tujuan: Mengidentifikasi hubungan pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi dan stunting terhadap kejadian stunting di wilayah Sragen. Metode: Yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dengan sampel 58 responden dan teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode total sampling. Hasil: Karakteristik responden berdasarkan umur ibu mayoritas responden berumur 26– 30 tahun sebanyak 22 (37,9%) responden, mayoritas ibu berjumlah anak dengan 2 anak sebanyak 29 (50,0 %) responden, mayoritas pekerjaan ibu sebagai IRT sebanyak 49 (84,5%) responden, mayoritas ibu berpendidikan SMP yaitu sebanyak 33 (56,9%) responden, mayoritas balita berumur 25-36 bulan sebanyak 25 (43,1%) responden, mayoritas balita berjenis kelamin laki-laki sebanyak 30 (51,7%) responden. Pegetahuan ibu menunjukkan mayoritas responden berpengetahuan baik sebanyak 30 (51,7%) responden, mayoritas responden balita adalah normal sebanyak 44 (75,9%) balita. Balita sangat pendek 6 balita (10,3%) dan pendek 8 balita (13,8 %) maka kejadian stunting terdapat 14 balita megalami stuting. Berdasarkan uji Chi Square, nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh sebesar 0,570. Kesimpulan: Tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan ibu tentang gizi dan stunting terhadap kejadian stunting di wilayah Sragen dengan p: 0,570

Abstract

Sektor pertanian merupakan salah satu sektor yang mampu bertahan dari goncangan yang disebabkan oleh penyebaran virus covid-19. Komoditas unggulan dari sektor pertanian yaitu kopi dan tembakau memegang peranan penting terbukti dari hasil sektor pertanian yang berkontribusi besar terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB). Desa Prancak merupakan salah satu desa yang memiliki potensi besar sebagai desa penghasil tembakau dan kopi unggulan di Pulau Madura. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan potensi ekonomi lokal dan menerapkan salah satu tujuan Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’s) yaitu meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dengan cara menganalisis kelemahan dan kekuatan usaha mikro yang dijalankan masyarakat Desa Prancak menggunakan teknik analisis SWOT dengan IFAS dan EFAS. Bersadarkan hasil analisis SWOT yang disertai dengan analisis IFAS dan EFAS menunjukkan posisi ekonomi Desa Prancak berada di kuadran 2. Hasil perhitungan IFAS dan EFAS yang menunjukkan posisi Desa Prancak di kuadran 2 menunjukkan bahwa Kelemahan Desa Prancak lebih besar dari pada kekuatan yang dimiliki. Oleh karena itu diperlukan action untuk memindahkan posisi Desa Prancak ke kuadran 1 dengan meningkatkan kekuatan dan mengurangi kelemahannya. Peningkatan kekuatan Desa Prancak dapat dilakukan melalui pelatihan pembuatan produk yang berkualitas ekspor dan teknik pemasaran. Sedangkan untuk memperkuat potensi bidang pertanian tembakau dan kopi dapat dilakukan dengan cara memberikan pelatihan penggunaan marketplace dalam memasarkan produk hasil olahan pertanian.

Abstract

Auditory hallucinations are one of the main symptoms experienced by patients with schizophrenia, characterized by the perception of voices such as insults, commands, or threats without any external stimulus. This condition can disrupt social functioning, increase anxiety, and impair patients’ ability to control their behavior. Pharmacological therapy remains the primary treatment; however, its side effects and patients’ low adherence highlight the need for complementary non-pharmacological interventions. This study aimed to analyze the effect of psychoreligious dhikr therapy on reducing signs and symptoms of auditory hallucinations among psychiatric inpatients at Surakarta Mental Hospital. This research employed a quasi-experimental design with a pretest–posttest control group involving 36 respondents, divided into an intervention group (n=18) and a control group (n=18). The Auditory Hallucinations Rating Scale (AHRS) was used as the measurement instrument. Dhikr therapy was administered for six consecutive days, while the control group received the hallucination-commanding technique. Data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon and Mann–Whitney tests with a significance level of 0.05. The findings showed a significant reduction in hallucination scores within the intervention group (p = 0.000), marked by a decrease in severe hallucination cases from 55.6% to 0%. In contrast, the control group demonstrated a more limited reduction, with severe symptoms remaining in 27.8% of respondents. Posttest comparison also indicated a significant difference between groups (p = 0.000). In conclusion, psychoreligious dhikr therapy is effective in reducing the intensity of auditory hallucinations and can be recommended as a non-pharmacological nursing intervention in mental health care.

Abstract

Evaluation of the implementation of the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI)-based Curriculum plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of higher education. This study was conducted in the Arabic Language Education Study Program at STAI Ali bin Abi Thalib Surabaya to analyze the effectiveness and suitability of the KKNI curriculum implementation to established standards. The assessment focused on the extent to which the curriculum implementation had achieved the KKNI-based Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL). This study is important to provide empirical data as recommendations for curriculum improvement in order to produce qualified and competitive Arabic Language graduates. The approach used in this study was descriptive qualitative with the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) evaluation framework. Research data were obtained through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation studies of the curriculum and learning tools. The research subjects consisted of lecturers, study program secretaries, education staff, students, and curriculum documents used in the learning process. The results showed that the implementation of the KKNI-based curriculum has generally gone quite well. In terms of context and input, lecturers' understanding and institutional readiness are considered good, although socialization to students is still limited. In terms of process, Student-Centered Learning (SCL) has begun to be implemented, but it is not yet optimal in all courses. Meanwhile, in terms of product, research results show that the implementation of the KKNI-based curriculum has produced graduates who meet the Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL). Based on tracer study data, the majority of alumni work as educators and education personnel, and possess applied competencies relevant to the needs of the workforce.

Abstract

This study examines the challenges facing Arabic grammar instruction in non-formal educational environments, where it is often viewed as a difficult and rigid subject due to the dominance of traditional methods that focus on rote memorization of rules without linking them to linguistic context, resulting in weak understanding and low learner motivation. The study aims to analyze instructional planning strategies for teaching grammar in the Al-Iman Specialized Program in Surabaya City by focusing on how learning objectives are formulated, materials are selected, teaching methods are applied, instructional media are used, and the learning process is evaluated. The study adopted a qualitative method using a case study design, with data collected through classroom observation, semi-structured interviews, document analysis, and a questionnaire in order to develop a comprehensive understanding of instructional practices within the program. The results showed that the program is characterized by a flexible learning environment and a level-based system, with learning objectives focused on understanding texts and applying rules in their contexts. It was also found that instructional materials are adapted and organized progressively, and that teaching methods combine the inductive approach with traditional methods. The program also uses both traditional and digital instructional media, in addition to continuous and final assessment methods. The results further revealed clear integration among the components of instructional planning. The study concludes that the effectiveness of grammar instruction is closely related to the quality of instructional planning and the integration of its elements, and that combining traditional and modern methods contributes to improving learners’ understanding and reducing the difficulty they experience in grammar. The study emphasizes the need to develop instructional planning strategies in non-formal environments by enhancing interactive learning, expanding the use of technology, activating cooperative learning, and training teachers to design integrated instruction. It also recommends that future quantitative studies be conducted to measure the impact of these strategies on students’ achievement in grammar.

Abstract

The Islamic Religious Education (IRE) curriculum plays a strategic role in shaping students’ character in the contemporary era. This study aims to examine the concepts and foundations of IRE curriculum development and to analyze the challenges of its implementation. A qualitative method was employed using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach, drawing on sources from DOAJ, Scopus, and Google Scholar spanning the years 2019–2026. The findings indicate that the PAI curriculum possesses a strong conceptual foundation, encompassing the integration of the tauhid paradigm, modern curriculum theory, and psychological, sociological, and legal approaches. However, implementation in the field still faces challenges such as an overemphasis on cognitive aspects, limited digital literacy among teachers, and a gap between instructional design and actual teaching practices. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen integrative and contextual implementation strategies so that the PAI curriculum can shape character and internalize Islamic values holistically.
