Abstract

Abstrak—. Penelitian didalam air saat ini sangat mendapatkan perhatian terhadap dunia akademik, salah satunya penelitian pengolahan citra didalam air. Karena dalam pengaplikasiannya penelitian ilmiah yang menggunakan kamera bawah air sangatlah banyak, seperti penelitian memantau kehidupan bawah laut, menilai lingkungan geologi dan mendeteksi sebuah objek yang ada pada permukaan air. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pada pengolahan citra bawah air adalah terjadinya banyak noise, seperti pencahayaan, riak air (ombak air), kekeruhan air (Xie, 2012). Dimana pada penelitian ini akan diambil gambar dengan kamera posisi diatas permukaan dengan ketentuan pengambilan jarak air 80cm dan 20 cm. Proses deteksi dengan metode Citra Digital Mean Filtering dan Edge Detection (Canny) sudah dilakukan dari kedalaman air 5cm, 10cm dan 15cm dengan kondisi air tenang, bergelombang dan riak dari keseluruhan hasil deteksi menunjukan False positif  yang tidak tepat menujukan adanya objek , hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Mean Filtering dan Edge Detection (Canny) tidak dapat mendeteksi objek dalam air . Abstract—. Research in the water currently get attention to the academic world, one research image processing in water. Because in the application of scientific research that uses underwater camera is very much, such as the research monitor underwater life, assess environmental geology and detect an object on the surface of the water. Per-researches issues faced on the underwater image processing is the occurrence of a lot of noise, such as lighting, water ripple (water waves), the turbidity of the water (Xie, 2012). Where on this research will in-take a picture with the camera position above the surface with water 80 cm distance retrieval terms and 20 cm. process of detection method of Digital Image Mean Filtering and Edge Detection (Canny) was done from a water depth 5 cm, 10 cm and 15 cm with the calm water conditions, the air-waves and ripples from the overall results showed a False positive detection is not appropriately demonstrating the existence of an object, it can be inferred that the Mean Filtering and Edge Detection (Canny) cannot detect objects in the water. Keywords— underwater life, Canny, Mean, Edge Detection

Abstract

Allof countriesinthe world,includingIndonesia faced the Covid-19 pandemicorthecoronavirusatthebeginning of2020.Thisvirus isknownthat firstappearedinHubeiProvince,WuhanCity,ChinaattheendofDecember 2019.The riskofCovid-19transmissioncanbe avoidedwithpublic discipline by reducingactivitiesinthemiddleofa crowdifthere isnoneedandimplementing healthprotocols.Thedevelopmentofinformationtechnology makeiteasierfor peopletoeasily obtaindatathattendstoberedundantandclassificationactivities thatcarriedout by humansstillhavelimitations,especially thehumanability to accommodatedata tobe classified.The amountof datathatentersaninstitutionor organizationevery day,thelongerthemoreitwillbe,thepileofdatawillbe accumulatedsothattheutilizationisnotoptimal.Thisstudy aimedtobuiltthethe classificationofcovid-19databy usingtheC4.5AlgorithminthecityofPagar AlamwiththeCRIPS-DMmethodwiththeX-crossvalidationopratorsmodel. TheresultsobtainedintestingbyapplyingtheC4.5algorithmtotheCovid-19 dataforthecity ofPagarAlamshowthattheaccuracyresultsare86.67%andthe AUC (Optimise) resultsare0.989.

Abstract

Covid-19 is a virus that appeared at the end of 2019, the process of spreading the virus was also considered very fast until it entered the country of Indonesia. Covid-19 is also considered as a factor inhibiting the development of a country to an area. In the kaur district area of Bengkulu City, the spread of covid-19 causes economic growth to be hampered due to established rule factors ranging from not being able to do activities related to others directly. The problem also occurs at the rate of spread of covid-19 in Kaur Regency due to the factors of the community who do not know how many people are infected with covid-19. Therefore, by applying classification, it is the right way to find out the rate of spread of COVID-19. One of them is to apply mining association techniques using a priori algorithms to see the rate of spread of COVID-19 in Bengkulu City, Kaur Regency. To find out the rate of spread of covid-19, the attributes are used to predict the rate of spread of COVID-19. Later the prediction system that will be made for the spread of covid-19 is intended for between villages in Kaur regency by using date and village name attribute data so that from this study resulted in a priori algorithm successfully applied to the analysis of the spread of covid-19 in Kaur regency, by obtaining the most frequently appeared village results are dapo coral villages with a percentage weight of 84.21%. A priori algorithm is a classification model to get a good spread analysis in conducting data mining classification.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi saat ini ini perlu dimanfaatkan untuk lembaga pendidikan untuk dapat memantau perkembangan alumni dan memperhatikan peran strategis para alumni. Salah satu database yang sangat mendesak untuk dikembangkan adalah data alumni. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dari penelitian terkait dan observasi di lokasi riset yaitu Stikhafi Academy dan Universitas Muhammadiyah Bengkulu didapatkan model usecase diagram dan class diagram untuk aplikasi pelacakan alumni (tracer study) untuk perguruan tinggi swasta di Indonesia. Class diagram ini terdiri dari pengguna, lowongan pekerjaan, program studi, alumni dan pekerjaan alumni. Pengguna dari aplikasi ini terdiri dari dua kategori yaitu alumni dan administrator. Aplikasi yang diusulkan akan memungkinkan pengguna untuk mendaftar serta menghasilkan informasi untuk tujuan melacak keberadaan alumni. Kata Kunci: Tracer Study, Class Diagram, UML, Use Diagram

Abstract

The face is one of the body parts that exist in humans which is often used as a sign of identification between one person and another, so the face can be said to be a unique thing because it has differences. With these differences, faces are often used as a marker of self-identity so that they can be recognized by others. The introduction of this identity is an important thing that is used in various purposes, such as attendance attendance, online exams, banking transactions, online buying and selling, and so on. Even in the development of technology today is increasingly progressing, one of which is facial recognition technology can be used to access security unlocks on smartphones. In this study, face detection can be done using the Haarcascade method. The Haar Cascade algorithm is one of the algorithms used to detect a face. The algorithm is able to detect quickly and in real time an object including a human face. In analyzing face detection using the Haar cascade algorithm, the input image must match what will be detected so that it can detect the face precisely. The light intensity must be sufficient for the face to be detected. The testing process was carried out with a distance of 50 Cm, 80 Cm and 100 Cm with the results of measurements using a successful matrix confussion with a value of 92%.

Abstract

Sistem biometrik pengenalan wajah diperlukan sebagai salah satu alternatif identifikasi. Sistem ini melakukan pengenalan identitas seseorang dengan cara yang natural dan langsung berdasarkan wajah seseorang yang diambil dengan kamera. Dalam pengenalan wajah masalah yang kerap timbul ketika identifikasi wajah adalah keakurasian pengenalan wajah, pencahayaan pada wajah dan perubahan ekspresi wajah. Edge feature memproses gambar dalam kotak-kotak, dengan menggunkan nilai (threshold) tepi yang menandakan daerah gelap dan terang dengan mengurangkan daerah yang gelap dan daerah yang putih, jika perbedaannya berada di atas threshold maka dikatakan fitur itu ada. Dalam proses pengenalan wajah yang tidak ditemukan akibat pencahayaan pada suatu objek wajah membuat proses pengenalan wajah tidak jelas atau cacat. Dalam hal ini edge feature digunakan untuk mengubah objek wajah dengan nilai threshold yaitu mengubah gambar berwarna menjadi gambar hitam putih dengan tingkat kontras yang sangat tinggi. Pada pengujian sistem ini hasil yang didapatkan pada saat penelitian dan perhitungan menggunkan Confusion Matrix seperti yang dijelaskan pada hasil diatas adalah Precission sebesar 75%, Recall sebesar 90%, dan Accuracy sebesar 80.5% untuk metode penggabungan Edge Feature dan Eigenface. Precission sebesar 85%, Recall sebesar 93%, dan Accuracy sebesar 86.5% untuk metode Eigenface yang didaptakan dengan hasil prediksi dan actual (hasil sebenarnya) antara pengguna dan system.

Abstract

Research for Arabic handwriting recognition is still limited. The number of public datasets regarding Arabic script is still limited for this type of public dataset. Therefore, each study usually uses its dataset to conduct research. However, recently public datasets have become available and become research opportunities to compare methods with the same dataset. This study aimed to determine the implementation of the transfer learning model with the best accuracy for handwriting recognition in Arabic script. The results of the experiment using ResNet50 are as follows: training accuracy is 91.63%, validation accuracy is 91.82%, and the testing accuracy is 95.03%.

Abstract

Since UKK is conducted by LSP, LSP is under the auspices of the National Professional Certification Agency (BNSP), meaning that the certificate issued by LSP is a national standard certificate. conducted by IDUKA. From the information we received from the head of the TKJ expertise program at SMKN 1 Bengkulu city, the average student pass for UKK from 2018 – 2022 is 45%, meaning that very many students fail. To overcome this problem the school has made various efforts, one of the efforts made is to bring guest teachers to the school where this activity is in the form of a workshop. The aim of this workshop is to improve hard skills as well as mental provision, tips and tricks when facing exams. The method used first is Needs Analysis At this stage an analysis of what is needed, both physical and non-physical needs, so that nothing is forgotten during the implementation of activities, or this stage can also be called concept maturation, Instrument Preparation (materials and practical tools) This stage is the holding of preparation and making of any material that will be delivered, and preparing what tools are needed to support practical activities, Implementation of Activities Activities take place in the TKJ Expertise Program Labor room, activities last for 2 days. As previously stated, the method of activity is the lecture, discussion, and practice method. Students listen to the theoretical material delivered, after the theoretical material is delivered then enter the practical session, where in this practice session at the same time discussions are held if there are things that are asked by students related to the practical activities carried out. Then to measure the ability of each student a simulation exam is held at the end of the session, the evaluation stage is held to evaluate the entire series of activities, the results of this evaluation will become material for future follow-up plans. The hope for class XII students majoring in TKJ can improve their hard skills and be able to do UKK well.

Abstract

Pandemi COVID-19 memberikan dampak pada banyak pihak, kondisi ini merambah pada dunia pendidikan, pemerintah pusat sampai pada tingkat daerah memberikan kebijakan untuk meliburkan seluruh lembaga pendidikan. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai upaya mencegah meluasnya penularan COVID-19. Salah satu yang terdampak adalah Sekolah Dasar Negeri 85 Kota Bengkulu yang mulai menerapkan pembelajaran media daring. Namun, guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri  85 Kota Bengkulu sebagian besar belum memahami cara menggunakan aplikasi pembelajaran daring yang baik dan benar. Dimana sebelumnya konsep belajar mengajar masih dilakukan secara tatap muka, namun dikondisi saat ini guru dituntut untuk dapat menggunakan dan mengaplikasikan media pembelajaran daring. Dalam menghadapi situasi ini, penulis merencakan dan dapat menjadi solusi dalam meningkatkan Sumber Daya Manusia dewan guru agar lebih memahami menggunakan media pembelajaran daring dengan memberikan pelatihan. Adapun pelatihan yang diberikan adalah pelatihan Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Classroom dan Google Workspace Seperti Google Dokumen, Google Spreadsheet dan Google Drive. Adapun hasil dari pelatihan menunjukkan keberhasilan dengan tingginya antusiasme peserta pada setiap pelatihan. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Media Pembelajaran Daring, Teknologi

Abstract

Beberapa tahun terakhir ini penggunaa Wireless LAN mengalami peningkatan yang pesat. Peningkatan ini juga dibarengi dengan banyaknya ISP (Internet Service Provider) yang menggunakan Wireless LAN sebagai sarana koneksi internet ke client, banyaknya zona hotspot di tempat-tempat umum, perkantoran maupun perguruan tinggi. Walaupun sudah banyaknya cara untuk bisa akses ke internet,untuk bisa akses internet dengan nyaman di rumah dengan kecepatan tinggi nampaknya masih mahal karena tarif yang ditawarkan oleh ISP atau penyadia layanan internet resmi masih cukup mahal yang menurunkan minat sebagian orang untuk ber-internet. Kebutuhan akan Internet di tengah Pandemi untuk akses media pembelajaran secara during dari rumah Masih mahalnya berlangganan internet.
