Kurangnya pemahaman terhadap metode dan penerapan teknologi penelitian tindakan kelas serta pemahaman guru dalam menilai kredit untuk promosi jabatan fungsional merupakan sebuah permasalahan yang harus segera diselesaikan. Permasalahan yang ada tersebut diakibatkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman terhadap metode dan penerapan teknolgi penelitian tindakan kelas serta pemahaman guru dalam menilai kredit untuk promosi jabatan fungsional guru. Pada artikel ini diusulkan sebuah kegiatan pelatihan yang difokuskan pada mitra dampingan yaitu guru-guru yang berada di wilayah Kabupaten Cilacap untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan secara berjenjang dimulai dari tahapan asesmen awal, persiapan kegiatan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan yang dilaksanakan memberikan sebuah peningkatan ilmu pengetahuan bagi peserta yang menunjang pelaksanaan pembelajaran di sekolah serta karir guru yang bersangkutan. Berdasarkan hasil kegiatan pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan, hasil evalusi penilaian yang diberikan kepada peserta kegiatan 80% peserta diklat menilai bahwa pelatihan yang telah dilaksanakan dapat memberikan ilmu yang data diterapkan.

Efforts to create a productive society and develop the world of tourism around their homes require attention from both the community and the government. Widarapayung Wetan Village in Cilacap Regency is a village that has tourism potential that has not been developed optimally. The problem in Widarapayung Wetan village related to tourism is that there is no quality, interesting, and informative tourism website that is used to promote the village's tourism potential. The development of superior aspects of the village requires appropriate and effective facilities and infrastructure to be used. A technological facility such as a tourist village website can help develop the potential of village tourism as well as be a means of promotion. The method of implementing this community service activity is training on the development and use of a tourist village website as a medium for introducing tourism potential by Pokdarwis in the village of Widarapayung Wetan. The expected output target is the development of village websites as a means of tourism promotion and increasing knowledge of tourism awareness groups (Pokdarwis) in managing tourism village websites.

Keadaan saat ini dengan masih kurangnya tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam membuat sebuah artikel yang baik dengan memiliki sumber referensi yang baik serta struktur penulisan yang sesuai dengan kaidah ilmiah memberikan sebuah permasalahan yang cukup signifikan karena berkaitan dengan kualitas artikel itu sendiri bagi mahasiswa dan dosen. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan upaya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mengenai referensi manager dan sitasi dengan menggunakan Mendeley melalui kegiatan workshop. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi kegiatan workshop. Hasil kegiatan memberikan pengaruh terhadap pengetahuan yang dimiliki oleh peserta pelatihan yaitu adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan meskipun harus dilakukan banyak latihan lanjutan. Kesimpulan dari kegiatan yang dilaksanakan adalah seluruh peserta kegiatan hampir keseluruhan pelatihan dapat menerima materi yang disampaikan dan menginginkan adanya pelatihan lanjutan dengan materi yang sama.

The smoked halfbeak or better known as Roa fish is the raw material for making Sambal Roa, namely souvenirs typical of North Sulawesi. Palareng Village, South Central Tabukan Subdistrict, Sangihe Islands Regency is one of the villages that produce the halfbeak. The Partner Group is an economically productive partner group, which has a business in catching, processing, and selling Roa fish. The selling price of halfbeak sold raw is on average, Rp. 1000, - / 4 tails, meaning Rp. 250, - / head. The selling price of smoked halfbeak or Roa fish is Rp. 750, - / head. Meanwhile, the price of packaged halfbeak is usually Rp. 1000, - / fish. Partner problems in developing their business are the production aspect where there are limited tools for packaging, the marketing aspect in that there is no wider marketing step, and the management aspect where there is no product management team in the partner group. The purpose of this PKM activity is to empower fishery resources, especially halfbeak (Hemiramphus sp), empower fishermen's groups in Palareng Village, produce fishery processing product permits (P-IRT: Home Industry Products) by the Sangihe Islands District Health Office, and increase the economic income of fishing groups in Palareng Village. The methods of implementing PKM are surveys, fish processing counselling, packaging of processed products, P-IRT (Home Industry Products) management and marketing management. Procurement of packaging facilities in the form of a vacuum sealer, helps the community in Palareng Village, especially the halfbeak processing group in marketing processed fish products that are more effective and efficient and increase income. The amount of partner income in selling packaged halfbeaks can reach IDR 1,000,000 - IDR 2,000,000 per trip. Increase in fishermen's income by 25%.

Limitations in knowledge in managing an online scientific journal following the standards and skill level possessed by journal managers, mainly operating the Open Journal System (OJS) application, are obstacles faced by several universities in the Cilacap Regency area. The solution proposed in this article is a training activity in the form of a workshop held for managers of higher education journals in the Cilacap area to increase knowledge and skills in managing journals using OJS. The stages of the activity are carried out through several stages, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the activity evaluation, and last stage is the mentoring stage. The results of the training provided a fairly good impact and affected the level of knowledge of the participants in managing OJS-based journals. The results of the assistance from the activities show an increase in interest for universities that do not yet have journals to want to make them, in addition to a rise in the status of journals that have been published to become accredited journals.

This study aims to analyze the fishermen's level of household income in Kawaluso Island and the factors that affect the fishermen's income. This research was conducted in Kawaluso Island, Kendahe Sub District, Sangihe Islands Regency from July to September 2022. The data used is primary data obtained through interviews with fishermen using a questionnaire. Secondary data includes the data of population from BPS (Central Bureau of Statistics) of Sangihe Islands Regency, journals and other references. The sampling method used was a purposive sampling method, implemented through selecting fishermen in Kawaluso Island. This study used multiple regression methods where this study used multivariate with one matrix dependent variable. The multiple analytical methods were completed using the SPSS program. The catches together have a significant effect on the income of fishermen in Kawaluso Island, Kendahe Sub District, Sangihe Islands Regency. Age and catch simultaneously have a significant effect on fishermen's income on Kawaluso Island. The catch partially has a significant effect on the income of fishermen in Kawaluso Island. The fishermen's average income is IDR 3,000,000, so the fishing business for fishermen is a profitable business in Kawaluso Island.

Kejajar District is the center of potato farming in Wonosobo Regency, where the area has a larger harvest area and higher potato production yield than other sub-districts. This study aims to determine the level of coordination and collaboration between marketing institutions so that potato products can be distributed optimally. If one chain is disturbed, it will affect the other chains. This research was conducted by purposive sampling, and the research location is the most productive potato area in Wonosobo. The study started in May and ended in June 2022. The number of respondents in the study was 52 people, consisting of 4 wholesalers, 3 middlemen/shippers, 15 retailers, and 30 farmers. The results showed that the four wholesalers had overall control over the sales of potatoes in the Kejajar District. This condition illustrates that the potato market at the farmer level tends to have a strongly oligopsony market structure. Wholesalers have considerable capital power, so they can control middlemen. The marketing margin shows that marketing channel one provides a high price share to farmers of 46.15%, and the farmer share analysis received by farmers as potato producers in Kejajar District can be said to be efficient because the selling price received by farmers is more than 40% of the price at the consumer level.

The problem with the fishermen group in Palahanaeng Village is the minimum number of fishing gear and the ineffectiveness of the fishing gear. This PMUP program provides education about the handline fishing gear or “Kakintu Kindaeng” fishing line, as well as counseling on the effectiveness of its use for fishermen groups. The service method that will be carried out is providing counseling and training, mentoring, and monitoring and evaluation for fishing fishermen groups in Palahanaeng Village. This community service helps fishermen groups in Palahaneng Village to increase catches, which has implications for increasing fishermen's income. Kakintu kindaeng is a common fishing gear used by fishermen in Palahanaeng Village. Kindaeng is the name of the local people for mackarel tuna fish, which is a type of pelagic fish that has economic value. The operation process is stretched out into the water by being pulled and jerked while the boat is being run using the engine. Some of these catches are sold and some are used for daily family consumption needs.
