Abstract

Research objective: The aim of this research is to assess and examine the financial performance of Islamic banks registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchangeing (IDX) by utilizing the Risk Based on Bank Rating (RBBR) approach during the 2020-2023 timeframe. Desighn/Methode/Approaach: This research adopts a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. The study focuses on Islamic banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), including Bank Aladin Syariah, Bank Syariah Indonesia, Bank BTPN Syariah, and Bank Panin Dubai Syariah. To gather data, the documentation technique is employed, where relevant financial information is collected from the official websites of the IDX and the respective banks. The analysis in this study evaluates the performance of Islamic banks using the Risk-Based Bank Rating (RBBR) method as a key framework. Research Findings: The findings of this research present an evaluation of the financial performance of Islamic banks registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2020 to 2023 using the Risk-Based Bank Rating (RBBR) approach. Among the banks analyzed, PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk exhibited notable fluctuations in its performance, with its strongest financial results recorded in 2020. These variations indicate changes in the bank's financial stability over the years, influenced by various internal and external factors.and the biggest challenges in 2022, but managed to start recovery in 2023. PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk showed high stability with a "Very Healthy" status for four consecutive years, reflecting consistent risk management and operational efficiency. PT Bank BTPN Syariah Tbk maintained a "Very Healthy" composite rating every year, with strong financial performance despite increased risks in 2023. Meanwhile, PT Bank Panin Dubai Syariah Tbk showed significant performance improvements from the less healthy category in 2020-2021 to very healthy in 2022-2023, with challenges in operational efficiency remaining a concern Theoretical contribution/Originality: This study provides insight into The fluctuations in the finance performs of Islamic banks using the RBBR approach, as well as contributing to understanding the stability of the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia. Practitioner/Policy Implications: Research This give outlook for the takers policies , regulators, and bank management regarding importance efficiency operational , management liquidity , as well as strengthening governance​ For ensure sustainability bank performance Research limitations: This research has limitations in the use of quantitative data which only covers the last four years, so it does not fully reflect long-term trends.

Abstract

Research aim : This research aims to analyse the digital marketing strategy through social media currently implemented by Tenun Ikat ATBM Kodok Ngorek 2, to identify the barriers faced by Tenun Ikat ATBM Kodok Ngorek 2 in using social media as a promotional and marketing tool, and to provide recommendations for strategies to optimise the use of social media to increase sales of Tenun Ikat ATBM Kodok Ngorek 2 products. Design/Methode/Approach : This research uses descriptive research with qualitative methods. The types of data sources used in this research are primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique of this research is observation, interview, documentation with purposive sampling technique in selecting informants. The data analysis technique used in this research is data reduction, data presentation, inference. The data validity test technique used in this research is source triangulation. Research Finding : The results showed that Tenun Ikat ATBM Kodok Ngorek 2 has used social media, especially Instagram and WhatsApp, to market its products, but the strategy used is still not optimal. The content uploaded tends to be monotonous, focusing on product photos and production processes without creative visual elements. The obstacles include the lack of varied content, the absence of a dedicated social media management team and the limited platforms used. To overcome this, it is recommended to diversify content, use TikTok, create a social media team and present complete product information. By implementing these strategies, Tenun Ikat ATBM Kodok Ngorek 2 can increase audience engagement, expand market reach and build a stronger brand in the digital age. Theoretical contribution/Originality : This research contributes to the MSME digital marketing literature by exploring social media optimisation strategies for distinctive handicraft products such as Tenun Ikat ATBM Kodok Ngorek. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of creative content diversification and new social media platforms (such as TikTok) in an effort to improve the competitiveness and visibility of MSME products. Practitionel/Policy implication : This research provides practical guidance for MSMEs on how to use social media more effectively, including setting up a dedicated team and presenting complete information about their products. Research limitation : This research only focuses on two social media platforms (Instagram and WhatsApp) and one case study (Tenun Ikat ATBM Kodok Ngorek). The generalisability of the research findings for other MSMEs needs to be assessed through further studies with a wider platform coverage.

Abstract

Research objectives: The purpose of this study is to explore the transition of conventional to digital financial reporting systems in Ayam Geprek Akbar Pare MSMEs. Method: This research uses a qualitative method with descriptive. Data collection techniques were carried out through direct observation and in-depth interviews of financial reporting activities in the field. Research Findings: This study's findings reveal that Digitalization as an Improvement in Effectiveness and Efficiency of Financial Reporting,  as a Tool to Minimize Errors, as a Tool to Facilitate Financial Report Monitoring Theoretical contribution/Originality: This research makes an important contribution in identifying the perceived benefits in this digitization process. Implications of Practice / Policy: The results of this study can serve as a guide for other businesses facing similar challenges, as well as provide input for financial technology developers to create solutions that suit the needs of MSMEs. Research limitations: This research is limited to the financial reporting of Ayam Geprek Akbar Pare MSMEs.
