Abstract

Harga saham merupakan harga yang ditetapkan oleh emiten di pasar saham untuk menilai lembar saham yang tercatat di bursa efek. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengujian pengaruh Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas, Likuiditas secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Harga Saham pada perusahaan Infrastruktur, Utilitas dan Transportasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2020. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik penelitian ex-post-facto. Populasi dalam penelitian ini perusahaan Infrastruktur, Utilitas dan Transportasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2020, dengan jumlah sampel 30 perusahaan, teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel struktur modal, profitabilitas dan likuiditas secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan Infrastruktur, Utilitas dan Transportasi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2018-2020.

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the implementation of the Regional Management Information System (SIMDA) in the quality of preparing financial reports at Warung Makan Lesehan Brodin Kertosono. The approach used is qualitative with the type of case study (case study research). The research respondents consisted of two people who were shop managers and cashier employees. Respondents were chosen because they are considered to have information and are related to activities related to stall finance. The research data was collected through the process of observation and interviews, and analyzed using the data triagulation method. The results of the study indicate that SIMDA Finance has been applied in the financial management process of the warung although it is still based on simple criteria. The SIMDA Finance process is carried out from the collection of transaction data which will then be inputted into the system by the cashier which in each period will be reported in the form of the difference between income and expenses within a certain period (similar to a profit/loss report). From the results of this study, it is hoped that business actors and prospective actors will prepare and implement SIMDA Finance in managing their businesses to facilitate the process of recording and measuring the financial condition of their business.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of brand equity, product quality, lifestyle, either partially or simultaneously on the purchasing decisions of Eiger bags at Universitan Nusantara PGRI Kediri students. This study uses a quantitative approach and is a causal relationship research. The population in this study were all active students of the Nusantara University, PGRI Kediri. The sample was determined by 40 students who were taken using purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and data analysis used in this study multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions while brand equity and lifestyle have no significant effect on purchasing decisions for Eiger products at Nusantara University students, PGRI Kediri, while simultaneously brand equity, product quality, and lifestyle have a significant effect on product purchasing decisions. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of accessibility and trust on purchasing decisions with a sense of security as an intervening variable at the Nganjuk Cosmetic Skincare Agent. The research approach used is quantitative and is a type of causality research. The population in this study were consumers of skincare products from the Nganjuk Cosmetics Agent whose number was unknown. The sample was determined by 40 respondents who were taken using a non-probability sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire which was then analyzed using path analysis which was then processed using the SPSS 23 program and through the Sobel test. The research findings reveal that security guarantees can mediate accessibility and trust in purchasing decisions of skincare consumers at the Nganjuk Cosmetics Agent. For that Nganjuk Cosmetics Agent needs to further improve in providing service satisfaction to consumers so that it can create consumer interest to repurchase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of talent management, employee recruitment and development in Belikopi. The research approach used is qualitative, and is a type of case study research. The informants in this study were 3 Belikopi employees aged 20 to 40 years. The data were collected by observation, documentation and interview methods. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using data triagulation techniques. The results of the study show that the implementation of talent management, recruitment and development in Belikopi has not been maximized because there is no roadmap of written rules regarding talent management and its implementation

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to understand financial literacy in the use of online loans in shopee paylater e-commerce. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of ethnomethodological research. The way this research data is collected is through observation, interviews, and documentation. The criteria for determining informants in this study include relevance, recommendation, rapport, readiness, reassurance (5R). The informant in this study was a management study program student class of 2018 who used shopee payleter. The findings of this study show that the aspects of financial literacy in savings, loans and financial management show their measurements in well literate while in investment and insurance show measurements in sufficient literacy, which means that students' understanding of financial literacy is quite good.

Abstract

The intense competition in the retail business in the community is the background of this research. With the intense competition, retail business actors must be extra in influencing consumers to shop at their stores. The research was conducted at the Sulthan Mart Minimarket located in Mekikis Village, Purwoasri District, Kediri Regency. This research was conducted to find out how the influence of product completeness, store atmosphere and convenience of shopping on purchasing decisions. Respondents from this study were buyers at the Sulthan Mart Minimarket randomly with a total of 40 respondents. The methodin this study is quantitative which uses a questionnaire and is processed with SPSS v.23. The results of this study are product completeness partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, shop atmosphere partially has no significant effect on purchasing decisions, shopping convenience partially has a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product completeness, store atmosphere, and convenience of shopping together or simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions
