Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of integrated quality management (total quality management /TQM), especially in human resource management (HR) in Islamic education at SDIT Insantama Leuwiliang, Bogor. The research used descriptive qualitative method which was carried out by collecting data obtained from documentation, observation and interviews. The results show that SDIT, which was founded in 2011, always meets the needs of educators and education personnel according to needs such as administrative, cleaning service, and security personnel. HR competencies are enhanced through education and training, seminars, workshops and internships. Recruitment and selection of HR candidates is carried out every year since its establishment, in line with the development of the school and the increase in the number of students. Meanwhile, compensation, both financial and non-financial, is constantly being improved in order to provide qualified human resources. The results also show that the implementation of Islamic Education TQM at SDIT Insantama Leuwiliang has been implemented well, especially in the field of HR management, starting from HR planning, recruitment, selection of HR candidates, training and development, to employee relations.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (a) the implementation of Integrated Quality Management (TQM) in YATASHI Madrasah (MTs) Bogor City (b) the results of quality report cards for YATASHI Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Bogor City. This study uses the expos faxto method from the results of the YATASHI Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) performance report cards, Bogor city. The quality report card instrument is an instrument that has been standardized nationally, filled in by the Head of Madrasah, deputy head of madrasah, teachers, madrasa committee, education staff and students. The results of the Madrasah performance quality report card show that the Discipline of Madrasah Citizens has fulfilled the quality culture aspect of 93%. The self-development of teachers and education personnel is achieved at a performance level of 75% of the Quality Culture Aspect. Preparation, implementation and assessment of the perfect learning process meets the 100% performance level. The use of learning materials is achieved 95% and Financing Planning is met at a performance level of 94%. The conclusion from the Madrasah performance quality report card (YATASHI) is on average very good, but there is something that still needs to be improved, namely the education personnel development component.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview of the process of cultural change through total quality management in Islamic perspective carried out at Daar El Manshur Islamic Boarding School. The method of the study is qualitative method by using in-depth interview techniques with informants. This research was conducted at the Daar El Manshur Islamic Boarding School, Depok City, West Java. Data analysis was carried out using content analysis with the stages of reducing data, triangulating data, presenting data descriptively, and drawing conclusions/verification. The results showed that cultural change through total quality management at Daar El Manshur Islamic Boarding School was seen from 7 focuses. The focus of planning for Islamic boarding schools is still focused on current conditions. The focus of the organization is participatory by involving all individuals to improve the quality of education and to develop Islamic boarding schools. The focus of control is still in the form of monitoring and supervising each section based on the existing SOP. The focus of communication has been two-way communication. The focus of the decision is still reactive and not based on well planning even though decisions are made based on deliberation and consensus. The focus of functional management has not been fully integrated. The focus of quality management is still reactive because it is still in the stage of finding the best and most suitable method to be applied in Islamic boarding schools. Therefore, the process of cultural change at Daar El Manshur Islamic Boarding School has begun to occur.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of modern integrated quality management (Total Quality Management/TQM) at SMPIT/SMAIT Insan Mandiri Cibubur, especially in the development of teacher performance evaluation assessment programs, by adding an assessment of teacher work commitment. This study uses qualitative research methods with in-depth interviews with informants. The results of the study show that SMPIT/SMAIT Insan Mandiri Cibubur has implemented a modern Total Quality Management system, with various superior customer-oriented programs. The school is trying to innovate continuously in improving the quality of education. One of the main focuses is improving the quality of teachers, as the heart of the educational process itself, which is in direct contact with students as the main external customers. Not only the teacher's competence factor, but the teacher's commitment factor, is something that needs to be considered, because it will affect the quality of teaching that will be received by students. The teacher commitment factor is included in the evaluation criteria for teacher performance evaluation, and the results of the assessment will affect the amount of teacher performance allowances. As a result, there is a strengthening of teacher work commitment, which results in better teacher work competencies, thereby increasing the success of student achievement.

 Keywords: Total Quality Manajement, Modern, Commitment, Teacher ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen mutu terpadu (Total Quality Management/TQM) modern di SMPIT/SMAIT Insan Mandiri Cibubur, khususnya dalam pengembangan program penilaian evaluasi kinerja guru, dengan menambahkan penilaian komitmen kerja guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara mendalam terhadap informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SMPIT/SMAIT Insan Mandiri Cibubur telah menerapkan sistem Total Quality Management secara modern, dengan memiliki berbagai program unggulan yang berorientasi pelanggan. Pihak sekolah berusaha melakukan inovasi terus-menerus dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Salah satu fokus utama adalah peningkatan kualitas guru, sebagai jantung dari proses pendidikan itu sendiri, yang bersentuhan langsung dengan siswa sebagai pelanggan eksternal utama. Tidak hanya faktor kompetensi guru, namun faktor komitmen guru, menjadi hal yang perlu diperhatikan, karena akan mempengaruhi kualitas pengajaran yang akan diterima oleh siswa. Faktor komitmen guru dimasukkan ke dalam kriteria penilaian evaluasi kinerja guru, dan hasil penilaian akan mempengaruhi besaran tunjangan kinerja guru. Sebagai hasilnya, terjadi penguatan komitmen kerja guru, yang menghasilkan kompetensi kerja guru yang lebih baik, sehingga meningkatkan keberhasilan prestasi belajar siswa. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe how the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) at SDI Sabilina, Cibur, Bekasi. In this study, the author uses descriptive qualitative methods, namely research methods that utilize qualitative data and are described descriptively. Data was collected using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation methods. The research was conducted on Wednesday, June 09, 2021, at SDI Sabilina from 13.00-16.00. Checking the validity of the data is carried out through member checks, namely the process of checking data carried out by researchers to research subjects or resource persons, and discussions with colleagues.

Abstract

Leadership is a major factor in social life, especially its involvement in organizations or institutions. The influence of leadership will direct the management under it to have good quality. This study examines Leadership in Total Quality Management based on Islamic education at MTs Al-Ma'tuq Cisaat, Sukabumi. With a data collection model and literature study by taking five types of Islamic leadership, this study concludes that the practice of leadership in Islamic education quality management at MTs Al-Ma'tuq has been running effectively and is still being developed. However, an assessment survey of management performance and its importance is still needed so that it can become a benchmark for development in a better direction.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning in class VII at SMPN 1 Bogor City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a correlation approach. The sample in this study was 25% of the total population of 288 (72 respondents) using simple random sampling technique. This data collection technique uses a questionnaire (questionnaire). Emotional intelligence using a questionnaire with the results of the validity test of 15 statement items, there are 14 statements that are proven valid and the reliability test results of the coefficient of 0.750 are declared reliable. While the ability to adapt in online learning using a questionnaire with the results of a valid test of 15 statements proved valid and a reliability test result of 0.762 was declared reliable. Prerequisite test is done by normality test and linearity test. Data analysis used the analyze correlate-bivariate technique on SPSS 26 with a significance level of 5%. The results showed that there was a positive and significant relationship between emotional intelligence and adaptability in online learning as indicated by the r-count value of 0.623 which means it has a strong correlation. And r-count is greater than r-table (0.623 > 0.232), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. And the two variables also have a significant relationship because the significant value (p-value) is 0.000 <0.05, then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Abstract

This thesis is the background that SDN Ciomas 4 Bogor is one of the formal educational institutions that implements distance learning so that it requires schools to be able to make this teaching and learning process effective and efficient. Teachers as educators are required to be able to carry out teaching and learning activities through online. With the problems or obstacles that occur in the process of giving value to student learning outcomes in online learning. The goal is to find out what assessment strategies are effective for teachers to use in assessing students. and to find out the obstacles experienced by teachers and students in online learning. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. Using a case study approach, which is a method used to collect and analyze data in a particular case. The results showed that the research strategy used by the Class 5 teacher at SDN Ciomas 4 during this online learning was to create a whatsapp group where the assessment activities could run as they should. Abstract

This research is about how the relationship of muhadhoroh activities of students to communication skills. This research was conducted at Ar-Ridho Sentul Modern Islamic Boarding School. The problem of this research is how muhadhoroh activities on students, how communication skills on students and how is the relationship between muhadhoroh activities on communication skills. The purpose of this study was to determine how muhadhoroh activities on students, how communication skills on students and how the relationship between muhadhoroh activities on communication skills. The method used is quantitative descriptive, the data collected is obtained from the results of the questionnaire, the results of the study state that: The relationship of muhadhoroh activities of students to communication skills is 53.3%. The results of these calculations through the determination test analysis (KD) = r2 x 100% or 0.533 x 100% = 53.3%. In addition, in the calculation results through the significance test analysis Fcount (60.439) > Ftable (3.175) with Sig. (0.002) < ɑ (0.05), then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
