Abstract

This article stems from the social gap felt by the Chinese ethnic community in a multiethnic environment, which requires them to be able to blend in and interact with each other. As multicultural ethnic life requires them to understand and establish social relationships with each other, communication awareness becomes an important aspect in preventing conflicts that often arise due to misunderstandings among the multiethnic community. This study aims to analyze the community's communication practices among ethnic groups as an effort to bridge and overcome social gaps post-conflict. The research was conducted using ethnographic methodology to reveal facts by employing observation, interviews, and documentation to gather data. The research informants were 12 individuals, consisting of four Chinese ethnic members and eight local community members. The results reveal that the Chinese ethnic group has implemented several strategies to build communication awareness when interacting with the diverse local community. These strategies include self-awareness of diversity values, building genuine tolerance in the community, the readiness and willingness to engage in open communication, and being good listeners.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi digital terhadap prestasi siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn kelas IX di SMP Negeri 2 Sewon Bantul. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif . Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Angket, Tes dan, Dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS 20 dengan menggunakan rumus korelasi. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa/I kelas IX A-D SMP Negeri 2 Sewon Bantul. Hasil peneitian uji korelasi yang dilakukan pada program SPSS 20 diperoleh nilai r= 0.780 dengan nilai t table 1.736 dengan koefisien sig 0.05 yang berarti literasi digital terhadap prestasi siswa berpengaruh sangat kuat. Hasil pengujian tes siswamenggunakan uji Levene dengan program SPSS 20 diperoleh nilai post tes = 0.867 sehingga hasil belajar siswa bersifat homogen. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian literasi digital terhadap prestasi siswa pada mata pelajaran PKn kelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Sewon Bantul memiliki pengaruh sangat kuat dengan memperoleh hasil 0.780.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran PPKn di kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Ma’arif NU 1 Kemranjen-Banyumas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Ma’arif NU 1 Kemranjen-Banyumas pada tahun pelajaran 2022/2023 dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPA 3 dengan jumlah 32 siswa. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas menggunakan siklus model spiral Kemmis dan Taggart yaitu perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, test evaluasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kualitatif dan analisis data kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran Reciprocal Teaching dapat meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa di Kelas XI IPA 3 SMA Ma’arif NU 1 Kemranjen-Banyumas. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan presentase hasil nilai belajar siswa dan hasil observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa. Hasil nilai belajar sebelum dilakukan tindakan yaitu 12,5%, setelah tindakan pada siklus I peningkatan kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa yaitu 40,623%, dan setelah dilakukan siklus II kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa meningkat menjadi 84,375% dan dapat dikategorikan sangat tinggi. Kemudian hasil observasi aktivitas guru sebelum tindakan yaitu 25%, setelah tindakan pada siklus 1 yaitu 67,5%, kemudian setelah tindakan pada siklus II yaitu 95 %. Hasil observasi aktifitas siswa sebelum tindakan yaitu 30,39%, setelah tindakan pada siklus I yaitu 60,39%, dan setelah tindakan pada siklus II yaitu 82,81% dengan kategori sangat tinggi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas Cyber Village untuk nasionalisme, patriotisme, dan untuk bela masyarakat. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS 20 menggunakan analisis univariat dan rumus analisis linier sederhana. Sampel penelitian adalah masyarakat Cyber Village Yogyakarta. Hasil kajian analisis linier sederhana yang dilakukan pada program SPSS 20, dari hasil uji keefektifan Cyber Village terhadap nasionalisme diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,398 yaitu p0,05 dan nilai t sebesar -0,856 yaitu lebih kecil dari nilai t tabel sebesar 1,670. Selanjutnya untuk patriotisme diperoleh nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,686 yaitu p0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar 0,407 lebih kecil dari nilai t tabel sebesar 1,670. Kemudian diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,202 yaitu p0,05 dan nilai t hitung sebesar -1,291 lebih kecil dari nilai t tabel sebesar 1,670 pada pertahanan komunitas. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian efektivitas Cyber Village tidak efektif pada masing-masing 3 sikap yaitu nasionalisme, cinta tanah air, dan bela negara dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

Abstract

Legal Study of Settlement of Stateless Cases in Indonesia (Case Study at the Yogyakarta Ministry of Law and Human Rights). Thesis. Yogyakarta. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education. PGRI University Yogyakarta. 2024. This research aims to find out about the legal study of resolving stateless cases in the Yogyakarta Ministry of Law and Human Rights. Data collection uses interviews,   documentation, and observation techniques. The data analysis used is descriptive data analysis, which is data that is organized and interpreted so that the data can provide answers to problems that are the background to the problems in writing this thesis, and conclusions can be drawn. From the results of research on the resolution of stateless cases, it was found that children born to parents of different nationalities over the age of 18 (eighteen) years or already married and a maximum of 21 (twenty-one) years must have clear citizenship status by making an application by the provisions of the Law. Law Number 12 of 2006 concerning Citizenship and Government Regulation Number 21 of 2022 concerning Amendments to Government Regulation Number 2 of 2007 concerning Procedures for Obtaining, Losing, Cancelling, and Regaining Citizenship of the Republic of Indonesia was passed on May 31, 2022, and this regulation is only valid until 31 May 2024. Government Regulation Number 21 of 2022 is a form of legal protection and certainty for children resulting from mixed marriages

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of visualization, auditory, and kinesthetic learning models on the learning outcomes of Civics Education (PPKn) for grade VIII E students at SMP Negeri 3 Kasihan. This research was conducted because the learning outcomes of Civics Education for students are still not optimal. This is caused by several factors, one of which is the use of inappropriate learning models. This study used a quantitative method, a survey research type to determine the effectiveness of visualization, auditory, and kinesthetic learning models on Civics Education learning outcomes. The population in this study consisted of 155 students, while the sample in this study consisted of 32 students. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires and test evaluations. The data analysis used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, homogeneity test, simple linear regression test, and hypothesis test using SPSS 22. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the significance value is 0.000, where 0.000 0.05. Meanwhile, the t-value t-table (5.040 1.697). These results indicate that the Visualization, Auditory, and Kinesthetic learning model variables are effective for the Civics Education learning outcomes variable. Thus, this research can be said to be significant and concludes that  H0 is rejected and H1  is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media pop up book digital terhadap motivasi belajar PPKn siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sewon tahun ajaran 2023/ 2024. Populasi penelitian ini adalah dari kelas X-10 di SMA Negeri 1 Sewon tahun ajaran 2023/2024 sebesar 357 siswa. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebesar 36 siswa dengan menggunkan teknik random sampling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunkan angket. Teknik analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara media pop up book digital terhadap motivasi belajar PPKn siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Sewon Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Hasil diperoleh nilai r hitung 0.951 r tabel 0.278 ini berarti bahwa media pop up book digital dapat mempengaruhi motivasi belajar siswa.

Abstract

General elections are a mechanism for determining the people's representatives who will occupy the people's representative institutions and elect the president and vice president. The history of General Elections in Indonesia has unique characteristics that are interesting to research, with several elections that have been held since the Old Order era in 1955, the New Order in 1971, 1977, 1982, 1987, 1992, and 1997, as well as during the ongoing Reformation period. from 1999 to 2019. This research was conducted through literature study with a focus on how general elections were carried out from the beginning of independence until 2019. The results of the research show that elections during the Old Order era could be considered democratic, characterized by the participation of many political parties. However, during the New Order era, this democracy declined along with the dominance of the Soeharto regime. Meanwhile, general elections during the Reformation period, especially in 2004, became more democratic. The 2019 elections were held simultaneously for the first time, although many obstacles occurred in its implementation. The author hopes that this journal will be useful in increasing academic insight regarding the implementation of general elections, as well as providing political learning for the community and input for subsequent elections.
