Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam mendorong perekonomian lokal melalui penciptaan lapangan kerja dan peningkatan nilai tambah produk. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana inovasi produk olahan lele dapat menciptakan keunggulan kompetitif bagi UMKM sekaligus menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan motivasi pelaku usaha. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi terhadap pelaku usaha dan konsumen. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi produk LEFILL dengan penerapan strategi Segmentasi, Targeting, dan Positioning (STP) menjadi solusi strategis untuk memperkuat posisi LEFILL di pasar, yaitu dengan melakukan segmentasi pasar berdasarkan preferensi konsumen muda dan keluarga, penentuan target pasar pada segmen konsumen yang sadar gizi dan menyukai produk praktis, serta positioning sebagai produk olahan lele modern yang sehat, lezat, dan bergengsi.

Abstract

This community service aims to develop superior agribusiness products based on local wisdom in Batuputih Laok Village, Batuputih Subdistrict, Sumenep Regency. The implementation method includes five main stages: needs identification and analysis, program and action plan development, training and counseling, program implementation, and monitoring, evaluation, and follow-up. The results show a significant increase in agricultural productivity and quality due to the integration of modern agricultural technology with local knowledge. Corn productivity increased by 30%, and the quality of tobacco produced improved, leading to higher selling prices. Support from the government, research institutions, the private sector, and active community participation were key factors in the program's success. In conclusion, this program successfully improved farmers' welfare and strengthened the village's agribusiness capacity sustainably.

Abstract

The influence of Muslim fashion is increasing with the rise of social media, making it a trend that many people now follow. The Muslim fashion industry in Indonesia, such as Keke Busana, is experiencing rapid development but also faces challenges in adapting to changes in consumer demand. This research aims to examine the importance of combining two leadership styles in fashion companies and to explore the most appropriate leadership style in the Muslim fashion industry. The research method used was qualitative, involving in-depth interviews with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Keke Busana. The research results show that combining democratic and transactional leadership styles can gradually improve company performance. Leaders of Muslim fashion companies are advised to consider innovation in leadership models to avoid hierarchical organizational structures that can limit flexibility and creativity.

Abstract

In building leadership skills, one of the things that is needed is how to establish a leader relationship with employees so that they can produce better performance in the business. Leader Member Exchange (LMX) theory argues that the most effective leadership process arises when leaders and employees cultivate mature, high-quality relationships, not only on the job but also soial-emotional. This research was conducted using qualitative methods to find out how the quality of the relationship between leaders and employees in the family business, Family Handicraft in Tasikmalaya. Conducted through semi-structured interviews to find out in depth and explore the condition of leadership. The results revealed that the leadership conditions in the Family Handicraft family business are of high quality resulting in good business performance amid the Covid-19 Pandemic conditions, characterized by high production demand for exports to Japan in 2021. Abstract

Learning planning is an important activity that must be planned as thoroughly as possible, especially in the current digital era, including planning learning models to achieve learning goals. As Barry Morris describes learning patterns, the increasing development of knowledge and technology will bring about changes in the role of teachers as messengers. Teachers are not the only learning source in the learning process, but there are many learning resources that students can obtain with the help of technology which is so fast nowadays. This paper uses a qualitative descriptive research approach which is used to investigate, discover, describe and explain a phenomenon. With the conclusion that technology is very helpful in implementing learning, especially learning Arabic. Among the technology-based learning models that can be applied in Arabic language learning are learning models using Moodle, Edmodo and Google Classroom. Abstract

This study examines an empowerment program designed to develop a digital entrepreneurial mindset among Generation Z maritime students by strengthening self-efficacy and cognitive flexibility. Responding to the accelerating digitalization of the maritime sector, the program aimed to shift student perspectives from traditional seafaring roles toward innovation-driven, technology-based entrepreneurship. Adopting a Participatory Action Research (PAR) model, the intervention involved 118 second-semester students at Politeknik Pelayaran Sumatera Barat and comprised stages of preliminary assessment, socialization and motivational seminars, two-day training workshops using Creative Problem Solving and Design Thinking, digital business idea simulations, mentoring, and reflective evaluation. Data collection included pre–post surveys, direct observation, written student reflections, facilitator notes, and triangulation across sources; qualitative descriptive analysis identified thematic changes in self-efficacy, cognitive flexibility, and entrepreneurial orientation. Post-intervention findings show notable increases in students’ confidence to express ideas, make decisions, and assume leadership roles, alongside enhanced cognitive flexibility manifested in multi-perspective problem solving and creative solution generation. Participants produced viable digital maritime business concepts (e.g., vessel-tracking applications, online seafarer training platforms, and logistics services), and demonstrated improved communication, teamwork, and pitching skills. The study recommends curriculum integration, establishment of a campus digital maritime incubator, stakeholder engagement for industry linkage, and longitudinal evaluation to sustain and scale outcomes. Overall, the intervention advances a replicable model for preparing adaptive, innovative maritime graduates capable of contributing to Indonesia’s digital maritime economy.

Abstract

This study is intended to analyze the effect of correspondence management with manual disposition on the performance of administrative services at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Negeri Semarang. The focus of the study is on correspondence management and instructions on manual disposition sheets implemented at Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Negeri Semarang. The urgency of this study is to be able to identify and overcome problems related to correspondence management with instructions on manual disposition sheets in administrative services at Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Negeri Semarang. This study uses a quantitative approach by testing the formulated hypothesis. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from a survey by distributing questionnaires to all administrative employees at Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Negeri Semarang. Determination of the sample based on Hair's suggestion, namely, 5-10 times the number of research indicators (Hair, 2009). In this study there are 11 indicators, so in this study the sample used was 55 people. The results of the study indicate that correspondence management with manual disposition has an impact on the performance of administrative services at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Negeri Semarang, namely the better the correspondence management with manual disposition applied, the performance of administrative services at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Negeri Semarang will also increase. Conversely, if the worse the correspondence management with manual disposition applied, the performance of administrative services at the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Negeri Semarang will also decrease

Abstract

The Indonesian Constitutional Court Decision No. 97/PUU-XIV/2016 has created a legal space for penghayat kepercayaan (adherents of indigenous beliefs) to register their identities in official population documents. However, the implementation of this recognition continues to face significant bureaucratic and social barriers. This study explores the struggle for legal recognition of customary marriages among the Anak Rawa indigenous community in Siak Regency, Riau. Employing a qualitative approach, the research draws on in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Findings reveal that despite normative legal recognition, implementation remains limited and fragmented at the local level. Many community members feel compelled to convert to state-recognized religions to gain access to civil rights, such as marriage certificates and birth registration for their children. Structural pressures, social stigma, and a legal-administrative system biased toward official religions undermine the ability of indigenous faith communities to preserve their identity. Key challenges include limited information dissemination, a lack of technical guidance for local civil registration officers, and weak institutional coordination. The study emphasizes the importance of a multi-sectoral approach that involves government institutions, civil society, and academia in promoting inclusive and sustainable legal recognition. Effective advocacy strategies include disseminating regulations, empowering communities, and engaging in interfaith dialogue to reduce social resistance. Ultimately, the legal recognition of customary marriage is not merely an issue of administrative formality, but a broader struggle for the cultural and civil rights of indigenous belief communities in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pendapatan usahatani jeruk manis, saluran pemasaran, margin, efisiensi pemasaran dan farmer's share jeruk manis di Desa Panribuan Kecamatan Dolok Silau Kabupaten Simalungun. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel petani jeruk manis yaitu metode purposive sampling (secara sengaja) dengan populasi 800 petani, sehingga peneliti mengecilkan populasi mengggunakan rumus slovin dan persentase kelonggaran yang digunakan 10% dan hasilnya menjadi 89 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan usahatani jeruk manis di Desa Panribuan Kecamatan Dolok Silau Kabupaten Simalungun yaitu sebesar Rp.4.696.000.000/ha/tahun, sedangkan rata-rata total biaya pada usahatani jeruk manis yaitu sebesar Rp.1.387.792.727/ha/tahun. Untuk rata-rata pendapatan petani jeruk manis di Desa Panribuan yaitu sebesar Rp. 37.170.868/ha/tahun. Nilai R/C ratio sebesar 3,38%, yang artinya nilai R/C ratio lebih besar dari satu (R/C ratio > 1). Nilai B/C ratio sebesar 2,38%, yang artinya nilai B/C ratio lebih besar dari satu (B/C ratio > 1). Biaya pemasaran pada saluran pemasaran I yaitu Rp.3.900/kg, pada saluran pemasaran II yaitu Rp.3.100/kg dan pada saluran pemasaran III Rp.2.100/kg. Keuntungan pemasaran pada saluran I sebesar Rp. 3.100/kg, pada saluran II sebesar Rp. 1.400/kg dan pada saluran III sebesar Rp. 1.100/kg. Efisiensi pemasaran menunjukkan bahwa saluran III (Ep = 20,95%) lebih efisien dibandingkan saluran I (Ep = 22,94%) dan dibandingkan saluran II (Ep = 31,25%). Farmer’s share pada saluran pemasaran I yaitu 47,05%, saluran pemasaran II yaitu 50,00% dan saluran pemasaran III yaitu 47,90%. Sehingga usahatani jeruk manis ini layak untuk terus dilanjutkan.
