Abstract

Data from health department pekanbaru city in 2012 from 12.671 kb active participants dikecamatan only 353 (2,78 % one who uses a method of long-term contraception.2011 puskesmas a tassel coastal having the number of 2931 pus , users of a contraceptive method of contraception long-term (mkjp as much as the 564 (19,24 % and a decline in the year 2012 from 8.390 kb active participants using a method of contraception long-term (mkjp) puskesmas a tassel coastal some 261 (3.11 %.This research aims to understand the relation of knowledge mother and husband to support the use of contraceptives long-term work in the region coastal puskesmas tahun2014 a tassel.The type of research is analytic quantitative with the design case control study , conducted from the moon maret- april 2014 with a large sample 50 cases of control and 50.Of all join the who was working diwilyah puskesmas a tassel coastal 2014 which consisted of 261 people. The sample collection technique done simple random sampling.Data processed use a computer program.Using bivariate analysis by this chi squere.The result showed that of the second variables knowledge and support husband has links that are meaningful to discharging long period contraceptives in the work area coastal puskesmas a tassel year 2014 with knowledge p value = 0.02 and support husband value = p.0,001. Recommended to improve health information particularly about the effectiveness and efficiency of a method of contraception long-term (MKJP).

Abstract

Data on the sexually transmitted infection ( IMS ) in adolescents the age of 15-24 years who got serious disease would as much as 92 a person with 4 the syphilis and 15 a person gonorrhea (GO).The purpose of this research to gain an understanding of the factors causing the behavior runs the risk of HIV/AIDS in adolescents.The place of research in four to senior high school in the working areas of the UPTD Puskesmas the hope of Raya Pekanbaru. A design study analytic cross-sectional with the total sample 314 teenagers appeared.An analyzer used the univariat, bivariat (chi square), and multivariate (regression double logistic).The analysis multivariate variable are associated with risky behavior hiv the sexes (OR: 28,838 CI: 95 % 9,084-91,549) and neighborhood (OR: 0,104 CI: 95 % 0,026-0,418). Conclusions sexes 28 times had a chance to behave risky HIV/AIDS and neighborhood 3 times risky HIV/AIDS. Advice recommended for the UPTD Puskesmas and schools turn back pkpr and activities youth to enhancing teen health.

Abstract

Breast cancer is among the most discussed cancers because of its malignancy which often ends in death. Based on the 2013 Basic Health Research Data (Riskesdas), the number of breast cancer patients reached 61,682 cases in Indonesia. As in Riau Province according to the medical records of Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital, breast cancer ranks first with 325 cases out of 580 cases in Irna Surgical Cendrawasih in 2016. Purpose of this study was to determine the determinants of breast cancer incidence in women in Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital in Riau Province in 2019. This research uses a quantitative research design with a case control approach. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The sampling technique was Consecutive Sampling. This research was conducted in May to July 2019. Case samples in this study were women who were diagnosed positive for breast cancer and control samples were women who were diagnosed with negative breast cancer. Univariate and bivariate data analysis with chi square test and multivariate analysis using Simple Logistic Regression test. The results showed the most dominant variables related to cause and effect with the incidence of breast cancer were a history of abortion 3.7 times, a history of hormonal contraceptive use 5.4 times, the age of first child birth> 35 years 3 times, and the number of nulliparous children 2.3 times. It is expected that health workers and related institutions will be able to provide health education regarding the positive and negative impacts of contraceptive use, the importance of planning the marriage age and promoting family planning programs that have been launched by the government.

Abstract

The average menstrual cycle obtained in the average menstrual cycle survey results was 29.51 days. Some experienced menstrual cycles of more than 35 days (oligomenore) of 10.29% and menstrual cycles of less than 21 days (polimenore) of 1.5%. There are 26.47% with a duration of menstruation more than 8 days. Furthermore, in the turn of the pads with a mean of 2.99 times per day, replace the pads. But there are some excessive dressing changes (> 3 times), while guessing that you experience excessive menstruation with a percentage of 23.5%. There were 63% of women having menstrual disorders with the highest type of disorder 91.7% of other disorders related to menstruation, followed by menstrual disorders 25%, and menstrual cycle disorders 5%. With the average duration of menstruation obtained at 7.16 days which still includes the normal range of 2 to 8 days. Then research was conducted to find out the dominant factors associated with menstrual cycle pattern disorders. With the aim of analyzing the factors associated with menstrual cycle pattern disturbances in gymnasts in the city of Pekanbaru in 2018. This type of cross-sectional analytic study used a sample of 210 gymnasts in the city of Pekanbaru with inclusion and exclusion criteria. Statistical test uses Bivariate (chi square) and Simple Linear Multivaritic Regression. Variables that are significantly associated with p-value 0.20 is 2.7 times the disease history variable at risk of menstrual cycle pattern disorders.
