Abstract

The aims of this study was to determine the effect of applying VP3 organic fertilizer with compost and vermiwash on the production of green bean plants and to determine the effect of applying VP3 organic fertilizer with compost and vermiwash compared to the combined organic fertilizer. with compost and NPK fertilizer in the production of green bean plants. planted in the field. This investigation was carried out on dry land located in the residential area of Bumi Asri, Dau district, Malang. In addition to the Basic Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, Malang Islamic University, from June to August 2019. The research design used was a simple randomized complete design (RBD) consisting of 8 treatments and was repeated 3 times. The study results showed that the treatment of the biological fertilizer VP3 combined with 75% NPK tended to provide the highest average yield in the production of mung bean crops, but not significantly different from the treatment of the biological fertilizer VP3 combined with 75% and 100% vermiwash.

Abstract

Implementation of Public Policy of Riau Province Regional Regulation Number 6of 2012. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the implementation of Riau ProvincialRegulation No. 6 of 2012 concerning Corporate Social Responsibility in Riau Province. Thisresearch is descriptive and explorative qualitative research. The research informants were theDumai City Government bureaucracy, the Industry and Trade Office, the company and thecommunity in Dumai, Buluh Kasab and Datuk Laksamana. Data collection techniques areinterviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis uses interactive models through theprocess of data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing or data verification. From theresults of the study it was found that the implementation of the Riau provincial government policyon the Corporate Social Responsibility and the Environment was not effective.

Abstract

Keberadaan media sosial bagi remaja dimanfaatkan untuk mencari kesenangan dan tempat melampiaskan perasaan emosional yang dapat memicu munculnya cyberbullying. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan kematangan emosi dengan perilaku cyberbullying di SMK N 1 Bumijawa. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 95 siswa SMK N 1 Bumijawa yang diambil dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis korelasi menggunakan Kendall’s tau-b didapatkan p value = 0,598 > 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan tidak ada hubungan antara kematangan emosi dengan perilaku cyberbullying di SMK N 1 Bumijawa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas tingkat kematangan emosi siswa tergolong tinggi (70,5%), dan mayoritas perilaku cyberbullying tergolong sedang (94,7%). Hasil penelitian bagi semua orang baik siswa, guru, orang tua atau siapapun tidak perlu khawatir tentang kematangan emosi karena hal tersebut tidak mempengaruhi seseorang untuk melakukan tindak cyberbullying.

Abstract

 ABSTRACTIndonesia is one of the world's megabiodiversity countries, but it is also a country with a high reduction in biodiversity, so efforts need to be made to maintain this biodiversity. One of these efforts is to build a Taman Keanekaragaman Hayati, as has been done by PT. Tirta InvestamaPabrikSolok. The existence of a biodiversity park will certainly attract animals, especially birds, to come. In order to determine the extent of the presence of these birds, a study was carried out with the aim of obtaining data on bird species, the level of diversity, abundance and diversity as well as their conservation status. The research was conducted from June to July 2023 using the point count method. Placed as many as 6 counting points in an area of 2.5 ha. The results of the study found 31 species belonging to 16 families, with the Nectarinidae and Pycnonotidae families having the highest number of species. The bird diversity index was 2.7130 (medium), the evenness index was 0.7900 (high) and the dominance index was 0.0896 (low). Insectivorous birds were found at 58%, granivorous birds 19%, nectivorous  13% and piscivorous birds as much as 10%. 90% are land birds and 10% water birds. One species (3%) was found to be protected nationally, while internationally 3% met VU criteria, 3% NT criteria and 94% LC.

Abstract

Business developments that are happening at this time make a lot of competition in doing business increasingly tight between companies, one of which is the café business. Intense competition among business people requires business people to provide the best for their customers in order to increase purchasing decisions for a company. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and social media marketing on purchasing decisions at Roemah Kesambi Coffee. The sample in this study was 96 people using incidental sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the partial research (t test) show that the product quality variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and describe how the influence of facilities and infrastructure on student motivation in learning cultural arts in class X MAN 2 Padang Panjang. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive methods. Data collection techniques are carried out through questionnaires, as well as documentation. Data management techniques are editing, coding, scoring, tabulating data. Data analysis techniques are instrument tests and prerequisite tests. The results showed that there was an influence of school facilities and infrastructure on the learning motivation of grade X MAN 2 Padang Panjang students, X Koto District, Tanah Datar Regency. It was found that the influence of Facilities and Infrastructure on Motivation (Y) obtained the value of the coefficient of determination written R Square of 0.392 can be explained that the proportion of influence of Facilities and Infrastructure is 41.5% while the remaining 39.2% is influenced by other factors from outside the variables used in this study.

Abstract

Dampak sakit dan hospitalisasi menyebabkan perubahan peran, emosional dan perilaku pada seseorang. Selain itu, individu mengalami keterbatasan melakukan aktivitas secara mandiri dan mengatur sendiri kebutuhannya sehingga individu membutuhkan orang lain. Pada kondisi seperti ini akan banyak dampak yang terjadi pada pasien di antara nya adalah kecemasan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan pasien yang di rawat di ruang rawat inap. Jenis penelitian dengan deskripsi analisis dengan satu variabel. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pasien ruang rawat inap RSUD dr Soeselo Slawi dan tehnik pengambilan sample dengan proporsional random sampling dengan jumlah 60 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar pasien mengalami kecemasan baik ringan, sedang maupun berat. Jumlah pasien yang paling banyak adalah pada kecemasan sedang dengan jumlah 24 pasien. Diharapkan bagi perawat dan Rumah sakit lebih dapat memahami kondisi pasien secara psikologis terkait dengan kecemasan dan mampu mengatasi dan memberikan solusi apabila terdapat pasien yang mengalami kecemasan.

Abstract

Keluarga dengan gangguan jiwa dapat dipastikan merasakan beban. Hal ini menjadi dasar pentingnya keluarga mendapatkan family psychoeducation therapy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh family psychoeducationtherapy terhadap beban keluargadengan gangguan jiwa di desa Slawi Wetan Kabupaten Tegal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan quasi eksperimen menggunakan pendekatan pre and post test without control. Teknik sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah total sampling dan besar sampel yang diambil adalah 17 orang. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner baku ZBI (Zarit Burden Interview). Hasil analisis data menggunakan uji statistik Wilcoxon Test menunjukan P value 0,001 < 0,05 yang menandakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh family psychoeducation therapy terhadap beban keluarga dengan gangguan jiwa di Desa Slawi Wetan Kabupaten Tegal. Bagi pelayanan kesehatan hendaknya menjadikan family psychoeducation therapy sebagai kegiatan rutin yang diberikan kepada keluarga dengan gangguan jiwa.

Abstract

Perilaku agresif yang timbul pada remaja terjadi karena beberapa faktor, salah satunya adalah game online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan bermain game online dengan perilaku agresif pada remaja di SMK Bhakti Praja Slawi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskripsi kolerasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 82 remaja yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kolerasi dengan kendall’s tau b didapatkan p value = 0,000 < 0,05, sehingga dapat disimpulkan terdapat hubungan antara bermain game online dengan perilaku agresif pada remaja di SMK Bhakti Praja Slawi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mayoritas remaja bermain game online pada kategori sedang (64,6%), dan mayoritas remaja berperilaku agresif pada kategori sedang (43,9%). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan remaja memberi batasan waktu dalam bermain game online dengan cara menyusun jadwal kegiatan setiap harinya untuk menurunkan tingkat perilaku agresif. Remaja dianjurkan untuk melakukan kegiatan lain yang lebih positif seperti mengikuti organisasi disekolah ataupun melakukan kegiatan yang disukai yang lebih bermanfaat agar tidak menimbulkan perilaku agresif.
