Abstract

The Scientific Work Week of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Syekh Yusuf Islamic University is an activity to strengthen student leadership and the habituation of writing scientific papers among students. Awareness of the culture of writing must always be strengthened, especially among the academic community so that they are not only consumers of information but also producers of thoughts, ideas and concepts that are expressed in written form and are effectively useful in society. This activity lasts for three days with various experts explaining the material according to their respective fields. The steps of this activity are such as leadership strengthening material by experts/organizational activists and material on writing scientific papers by lecturers who have an extraordinary track record of scientific work, then students are divided into several groups with the final assignment given the task of writing an article along with their respective supervisors. Post-activity mentoring for the article assignment is carried out by the post-activity supervisor until the results of the written work made by the group are published in an indexed national journal.

Abstract

Economics learning in secondary schools often needs help improving student engagement and learning outcomes due to low motivation and the dominance of less effective traditional teaching methods. This requires a more innovative approach to enhance student motivation and academic achievement. The study aims to analyze the effectiveness of theatrical learning methods on learning outcomes and student motivation in economics subjects. The researcher used an experimental method with a quasi-experimental design as an analysis tool. The population in this study is 180 students in class X, with the technical determination of convenience sampling samples into 36 students selected to be the experimental and control groups. The analysis showed that the application of theatrical learning methods impacted student learning outcomes but did not show an increase in student learning motivation. These findings have implications for theatrical learning methods, hence the importance of innovation in teaching strategies to actively engage students. This can provide input for developing more effective curriculum and economic learning methods by combining theory and practice in daily life. Future researchers are advised to examine the influence of theatrical learning methods on student motivation by involving variables such as intrinsic motivation and individual learning styles. In addition, comparing theatrical methods with other methods, such as project-based learning, digital gamification, and collaboration, can expand the understanding of effectiveness in economics learning in high school.

Abstract

The low presence of MSME taxpayers, especially from Generation Z in Banten Province, is an important concern in efforts to increase tax revenue. Digital transformation and tax awareness are important factors in encouraging tax participation among young entrepreneurs. This study aims to examine the effect of tax digitalization, tax understanding, tax morality, and financial conditions on MSME taxpayer compliance, as well as the role of financial conditions as a moderating variable. The study was conducted quantitatively with the SEM-PLS approach and involved 100 MSME respondents from Generation Z. The results show that tax understanding and financial conditions have a significant effect on MSME taxpayer compliance, while digitalization and morality have not shown a significant effect. The three independent variables are simultaneously able to explain variations in MSME taxpayer compliance. However, financial conditions have not been shown to significantly moderate the relationship between variables. This finding has implications for the educational aspect of technology utilization, as well as the formation of moral awareness being important for building MSME tax compliance based on the younger generation in the digital era. Recommendations for the Banten Directorate General of Taxes to improve digital tax education that is in accordance with the character of Generation Z. Fiscal literacy needs to be strengthened with a technological and social approach. Further researchers can examine the psychological and cultural factors that influence the existence of taxes.

Abstract

Penerapan model pembelajaran Project-Based Learning (PjBL) di sekolah menengah memiliki potensi signifikan dalam meningkatkan kreativitas dan keterampilan kewirausahaan siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh PjBL terhadap kedua aspek tersebut, mengingat pentingnya keterampilan 4C (creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and communication) dalam menghadapi tantangan abad ke-21. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain quasi-experimental One-Group Pretest-Posttest, melibatkan 25 siswa di SMK Teknologi Informatika YPML Tangerang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa penerapan PjBL secara signifikan meningkatkan kreativitas dan keterampilan kewirausahaan siswa, dengan nilai signifikansi p<0,05 pada uji paired sample t-test. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa PjBL tidak hanya membantu siswa dalam mengembangkan ide kreatif tetapi juga mempersiapkan mereka untuk tantangan dunia kerja melalui pengalaman praktis. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan integrasi PjBL dalam kurikulum pendidikan kewirausahaan untuk memfasilitasi pengembangan keterampilan yang relevan dan aplikatif di kalangan siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengaplikasikan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan kuasi-eksperimental, menggunakan desain One-Group Pretest-Posttest. Populasi penelitian meliput 13 siswa dalam satu kelas yang telah ditentukan setelah memperoleh izin penelitian, dengan seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Pada kelas eksperimen, diterapkan metode pembelajaran teaterikal sementara metode pembelajaran konvensional digunakan pada kelas kontrol. Instrumen penelitian berupa soal tes disusun berdasarkan indikator kreativitas dan hasil belajar siswa dengan masukan dari para ahli. Hasil analisis menunjukkan distribusi data yang tidak normal, namun uji-t Welch digunakan sebagai metode alternatif yang lebih tahan terhadap perbedaan ukuran atau varians antar kelompok. Meskipun hasil Paired Samples Test tidak menunjukkan perbedaan signifikan antara data pretest dan posttest, varians antar kelompok dinyatakan homogen dengan nilai signifikansi > 0,05 pada berbagai metode uji. Kesimpulannya, tidak ada perbedaan yang cukup signifikan antara data pretest dan posttest, meskipun analisis masih dilakukan dengan metode yang tepat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul akuntansi dasar berbasis pendekatan saintifik untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SMK. Pendekatan saintifik diterapkan melalui lima langkah utama: mengamati, menanya, mencoba, menalar, dan mengomunikasikan. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Uji coba dilakukan pada siswa kelas X di SMK X, dengan pengukuran hasil belajar melalui pre-test dan post-test (Indrawati & Saputra, 2020). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa e-modul berbasis pendekatan saintifik efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Nilai rata-rata siswa meningkat dari 60 (pre-test) menjadi 85 (post-test). Selain itu, e-modul mendapatkan tanggapan positif dari siswa dan guru karena fitur-fiturnya yang interaktif dan relevan dengan Kurikulum 2013.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji besarnya kontribusi pengaruh diantara motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organsiasional terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan sama dengan jumlah yang ada pada populasi sebanyak 31 pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik sampling total (sensus). Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner yang diberikan langsung kepada responden. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai pada UPK Dana Bergulir Masyarakat Kecamatan Lengkong Kabupaten Sukabumi dipengaruhi oleh motivasi kerja, beban kerja, dan komitmen organisasional baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Motivasi kerja memiliki efek yang lebih dominan dalam menentukan perubahan kinerja pegawai dibandingkan dengan komtmen organisasional dan beban kerja. Kata Kunci: Motivasi; Beban Kerja; Organisasional; Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

The community empowerment program on household organic waste management in Kampung Kebon Cau, Indonesia, aimed to promote sustainable waste management practices through environmental education, simple composting technology, and small-scale entrepreneurship. Using participatory methods, community members received training, composting tools, and post-implementation mentoring. The results revealed significant improvements in participants’ understanding and skills in composting, with an adoption rate exceeding 80% and a 55% reduction in organic waste volume. Participating households also experienced enhanced environmental cleanliness through the use of compost and Aloe vera-based products. Socially, the initiative fostered collective environmental responsibility and strengthened the local green economy. The program demonstrates that integrating community-based education with low-cost technology can effectively reinforce circular economy practices and support Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production) and 13 (Climate Action). The findings contribute to the growing literature on community-based sustainable waste management and offer a replicable model for rural, urban, and semi-urban contexts, with potential for integration into digital monitoring systems to ensure long-term sustainability.
