Abstract

Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner survei untuk memverifikasi hubungan antara literasi digital dan transformasi digital dengan daya saing. Model analisis jalur sederhana digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa literasi digital memiliki hubungan dengan transformasi digital. Literasi digital dapat memprediksi transformasi digital dalam mempengaruhi daya saing usaha mikro dan kecil. Literasi digital mempengaruhi daya saing usaha mikro-kecil baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui transformasi digital. Pemerataan digitalisasi dan transformasi digital usaha mikro dan kecil hingga ke pelosok harus didukung dengan pemahaman digital yang memadai, kolaborasi dalam skema kerjasama multi sektor yang berkelanjutan yang memungkinkan untuk mencapai dan memenuhi harapan tersebut. Keterbatasan penelitian ini perlu dipertimbangkan ketika menafsirkan temuan dan akan melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut. Hambatan dan faktor keberhasilan transformasi digital di kalangan usaha mikro dan kecil dalam upaya meningkatkan daya saing tidak hanya literasi digital yang mempengaruhinya, tetapi juga dimungkinkan untuk menggunakan kombinasi metode penelitian lain untuk menilai ukuran dan kematangan digital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis biaya operasional dan biaya promosi, hubungannya untuk memprediksikan volume penjualan. Model regresi menggunakan data panel dengan program EViews v10. Analisis regresi dengan pendekatan REM sebagai model terpilih, diperoleh melalui serangkaian  pengujian yaitu Chow test, uji Hausman test, dan LM test. Temuan menunjukkan biaya operasional memiliki korelasi dengan biaya promosi dalam memperkirakan volume penjualan. Variasi hubungan biaya operasional dan biaya promosi memiliki kontribusi pengaruh bersama terhadap volume penjualan. Secara individual menunjukkan bahwa biaya operasional terbukti berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap volume penjualan, demikian juga biaya promosi. Biaya operasional dan biaya promosi secara serempak berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap volume penjualan. Di era ekonomi digital dalam konteks serupa selain biaya operasional, adanya pendalaman dimensi biaya promosi yang menjadi biaya promosi offline dan online dapat ditambahkan untuk menganalisis tingkat efektifitas keduanya dalam memprediksikan volume penjualan sebagai modifikasi, memungkinkan sebagai peramalan dan masukan yang lebih baik untuk pertumbuhan penjualan, dapat menjadi pertimbangan penelitian selanjutnya.

Abstract

Social learning theory (SLT) and social cognitive theory (SCT), identify learning as a dynamic interaction between people, environment, and behavior. Engagement in a social context involves a dual process of making meaning. This study focuses on the concepts of SLT and SCL theorized by Albert Bandura, complemented by other relevant literature. Behavioral theory begins with studying the theory of behaviorism postulated by Skinner, supplemented by some other relevant literature afterwards. To meet this objective, three stages of systematic literature review were adapted and developed, namely planning, implementation, and reporting. Also a database search with a snow ball approach was chosen, in order to complete the lack of necessary information and data. These stages serve as a framework for the operationalization of this article, data extraction and synthesis, discussion of the findings of the study are described, ending with presenting conclusions and recommendations.

Abstract

Relationship marketing as an important approach in designing and implementing marketing plans and strategies in education and other organizations. Market orientation (MO) often underlies the development and implementation of successful marketing strategies and marketing relationships in any organization. This study aims to describe and describe market orientation as aspects of school culture, the role of principals in marketing schools, adaptation and combination of adaptive and innovative new marketing mix models in the digital age. The findings, the three components of MO were adapted into school culture, namely customer orientation, competitor orientation, and coordination between functions.

Abstract

Fostering students' interest in continuing their education to higher education is critical to improving the quality of human resources. School involvement and the parent role are significant in fostering students' concern to continue their education to college. Therefore, this study examines the socioeconomic influence of parents, social environment, and self-actualization on students' interest in continuing studies. The researchers have collected data using incidental sampling techniques on 404 high school students. Instruments distributed to respondents have been tested for validity and reliability. Multiple regression was used for data analysis. The study results find that parents' socioeconomic, social environment and self-actualization significantly affect students' interest in continuing their studies. So, to increase students' attractiveness, the school as a social environment and parents who work together have a vital role in facilitating students by holding outreach activities and encouraging them to continue their education in tertiary institutions. This study provides academic insight into pedagogical research and educational development in adolescents. These findings contribute to future researchers and policymakers focused on increasing interest in continuing education in higher education.

Abstract

Purpose of the study: The purpose of this study is to analyze the concept of educational evaluation from an Islamic perspective based on the Qur'an and Hadith, which includes assessing the cognitive, moral, and spiritual aspects of students based on evaluation principles that balance intellectual and spiritual elements in Islamic education. Methodology: This research uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach to understand the phenomenon of educational evaluation in the Qur'an and Hadith. The literature search was conducted through national and international journal articles, critically analyzing the sources to identify key concepts, relevant theories, and significant findings, as well as identifying research gaps. Main Findings: The main findings of this study show that educational evaluation from an Islamic perspective, based on the Qur'an and Hadith, focuses not only on cognitive aspects but also on students' moral and spiritual development. The evaluation process balances intellectual intelligence and piety by assessing character, intention, effort, and devotion. This principle emphasizes the importance of thorough evaluation, both in process and outcome, to form a generation that is knowledgeable, noble, and beneficial to society. Novelty/Originality of this study: The novelty of this research lies in the emphasis on the concept of educational evaluation in Islam that integrates students' cognitive, moral, and spiritual aspects. This research has findings that are different from those of previous research because it emphasizes the balance between intellectual intelligence and character through the principles of the Qur'an and Hadith, which focus on results and a thorough and sustainable evaluation process.

Abstract

Higher-order thinking skills critical to being applied and developed in learning. Because the learning activity is focused on the higher-order thinking skills development, then learning activities will be more influential, effective, and efficient, so that the intellectual abilities of teachers and students become more skilled, it positively will affect the increase in the quality of education. There is a gap in students' critical thinking ability based on the pre-research survey results. The basic level of thinking is in the poor category, and self-efficacy is still lacking. This study aims to determine the extent to which the application of higher-order thinking skills learning through the problem-based learning (PBL) model improves student's critical thinking and self-efficacy. This study uses a quasi-experimental design and data collection techniques in tests, questionnaires, and observation sheets. This study's population was 123 students, sampling using a convenience sampling technique so that the sample used was 62 students. Based on the research results, there are differences. There is an increase between students' critical thinking skills and self-efficacy who use the PBL model rather than the conventional model. The research result implies that the PBL model is highly recommended for economics teachers. Still, it is necessary to provide innovation in the learning model so that in the learning process, it uses one model and innovates with other models.

Abstract

Kurangnya model pembelajaran yang inovatif menyebabkan menurunnya minat dan kemandirian belajar siswa. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya partisipasi aktif serta kemampuan siswa dalam mengembangkan pemahaman secara mandiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji apakah model Discovery Learning dapat meningkatkan minat dan kemandirian belajar siswa. Populasi penelitian meliputi siswa kelas X SMA PGRI Teluknaga, Kabupaten Tangerang. Studi ini menggunakan metodologi desain kuasi - eksperimental dengan menggunakan rancangan sampel berdasarkan satu kelas Pretest dan Posttest design. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa soal yang disesuaikan dengan indikator yang telah dikembangkan. Analisis mengunakan data uji t, uji homogenitas, dan uji normalitas. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran discovery learning memberikan dmpak pada minat belajar siswa, akan tetapi pada kemandirian belajar masih belum berdampak. Temuan ini memiliki implikasi pada model pembeljaran discovery leraning sehingga pentingnya inovasi dalam proses pembelajaran untuk melibatkan siswa secara aktif, yang dapat memberikan masukan kepada guru agar mpdel pemebelajaran pada pelajaran ekonomi lebih efektif dengan menggabungkan teori dan praktik dalam kehidupan sehari hari. Peneliti masa depan disarankan untuk mengkaji pengarauh model pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap minat dan kemandirian siswa dengan melibatkan variabel lain seperti motivasi dan gaya belajar individu.

Abstract

Pendidikan saat ini masih menghadapi banyak kendala, dengan sejumlah pengajaran yang terus menerapkan metode tradisional, sehingga menjadikan proses belajar tampak kaku dan membosankan. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya keterampilan berpikir siswa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menguji apakah paradigma belajar berbasis masalah untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir kritis serta motivasi murid. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain quasi eksperimental. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI AK di SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. Data dikumpulkan melalui uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji independen, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 27. Dari hasil uji hipotesis independen, nilai signifikansi (2-Tailed) yang diperoleh adalah 0,330, yang menunjukkan bahwa P lebih tinggi dari 0,05. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian berbasis masalah menunjukkan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar dan kemampuan berpikir siswa kelas XI AK di SMK Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang.

Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian guna memperoleh informasi apakah Starategi pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi berpengaruh terhadap kesiapan belajar siswa Kelas XI MP di SMK Negri 2 Kab. Tangerang dengan bantuan pembelajaran PBL. Kemudian dibedakan antar kelas Eksperimen dan kontrol. Kelas Eksperimen menggunakan Strategi Diferensiasi yang di berbantukan Metode PBL dan kelas control menggunakan metode konvensional. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif Penelitian ini di laksanakan bulan November Tahun 2024 Pada Mata Pelajaran OTKP, Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MP SMK Negri 2 Kab. Tangerang yang terdiri dari XI MP 3 sebagai kelas Eksperimen dan XI MP 4 sebagai kelas control. Dalam penelitian ini data yang di kumpulkan menggunakan test akhir (Post test) yang di berikan kepada kelas eksperimen dan kontrol dengan soal 16 PG 3 Essay. Data statistic yang di peroleh berupa uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan independent test yang di olah menggunakan SPSS 26 Berdasarkan hasil uji Hipotesis independent tersebut di peroleh nilai Signifikansi (2-Tailed) sebesar 0.001. Oleh karna itu, nilai signifikansinya < 0,05 Sehingga dapat Di Simpulkan bahwa Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ada Pengaruh Strategi Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi berbantuan Problem Based Learning terhadap Kesiapan Belajar Siswa Kelas XI MP di SMK Negri 2 Kab.Tangerang
