Abstract

Setelah dua tahun pemerintah Indonesia menerapkan pembelajaran daring (PD), penelitian ini mengkaji kualitas keterlaksanaannya melalui survey terhadap mahasiswa di sembilan perguruan tinggi Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan secara kualitatif dalam desain survei. Penelitian ini melibatkan 516 mahasiswa sebagai sample (terpilih secara random). Mereka berpartisipasi dengan mengisi angket yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya menggunakan Aiken’s validiy index dan Cronbach’s Alpha. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dengan merujuk Critical Success Factors (CSFs). Penelitian ini menyoroti temuan berupa keunikan komitmen dan preferensi mahasiswa selama berpartisipasi dalam PD. Keunikan tersebut utamanya tampak dalam prioritas mahasiswa dalam PD. Mereka berpartisipasi bukan untuk memperoleh pengalaman belajar yang bermakna, melainkan pada pengisian daftar hadir dan submission tugas. Tren ini terjadi baik pada mahasiswa yang berkuliah secara fulltime maupun parttime. Oleh karena itu, sangat rumit untuk menentukan apakah mahasiswa berkomitmen atau tidak. Sepintas, mahasiswa tampak tidak serius dalam PD dengan mengakui bahwa mereka tidak ikut PD secara fulltime karena punya aktivitas lain yang lebih penting, merasa bosan, dan merasa sudah memahami materi. Namun di waktu yang sama, mereka juga menginginkan PD dilanjutkan seandainya pandemi telah usai. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa komitmen dan preferensi mahasiswa di atas bukan hanya berkait erat dengan hambatan umum, melainkan juga dipengaruhi kompetensi dosen dalam menyelenggarakan PD. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan otokritik pendidikan tinggi atas ketidaksiapan PD ditinjau dari tiga aspek.

Abstract

Kode respons cepat (QR) merupakan metode pengumpulan data yang cepat,mudah, nyaman, akurat, dan otomatis. Untuk menerapkan manfaat teknologi ke bidang pelayanan, untuk penelitian ini, kami menggunakan berbagai aplikasi kodeQR di sistem manajemen pelayanan pemesanan menu makanan maupun minuman di Restoran bernama Bale Ayam Nusantara Food Court di Tanggerang. Disitu masih mempunyai manual menu, dan pemesanan makanan dilayani oleh pramusajisecara langsung. Dengan sistem yang digunakanmengakibatkan antrian pemesanansehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Kemudian menu pembayaran yang masih menerima tunai yang menyebabkan antrian jika pengunjung restoran tersebut rame. Dengan masalah yang ada mengakibatkan pelanggan yang sedang ingin memesan memerlukan proses yang lebih lama untuk mendapatkan pesanan makanannya. Sehingga dibutuhkan penyelesaian berupa sistem yang dapat mengautomatisasi pemesanan baik untuk pelanggan dan pihak restoran agar mendapatkan pelayanan secara efisien. Kami mengajukan solusi untuk menjawab permasalahan diatas berupa pembayaran digital “Aplikasi Berbasis Web Sistem Pemesanan Makanan dan Minuman Menggunakan QR Code”. Jadi Aplikasi ini berbasis web dengan metode pengembangan waterfall yang menggunakan frimework Laravel dengan menggunkan Bahasa pemrograman PHP. Aplikasi ini menggunkan database Postgree SQL. Langkah-langkah penggunaan Aplikasi ini adalah pelanggan/pengguna diminta melakukan scanning QR-Code yang mana pengguna akan diarahkan pada website pemesanan. Pelanggan dapat memesan menu-menu pada restoran tersebut dan bisa melakukan pembayaran secara digital. Pemesanan tersebut akan diverifikasi oleh kasir. Sehingga diharapkan system ini dapat membantu mengoptimalkan dalam pelayanan yang disediakan oleh restoran.

Abstract

Puskesmas Kosambi employs Non-PNS staff whose discipline, particularly regarding attendance and work location, needs to be evaluated. The previous manual attendance system was found to be ineffective in monitoring staff discipline. This study aims to develop a mobile-based attendance system equipped with GPS radius and selfie photo features to improve the accuracy and management of attendance. The GPS radius feature ensures that staff can only clock in within the designated area, such as the Puskesmas area, while the selfie photo feature verifies the identity of the staff member clocking in. This study involved 24 Non-PNS staff members and used the K-Means Clustering algorithm to group staff based on their discipline levels. The results showed that the system was effective in improving staff discipline, with 11 employees categorized as highly disciplined, 10 as moderately disciplined, and 3 as lowly disciplined. The implications of this study suggest that the implementation of a mobile-based attendance system can improve attendance monitoring and enhance work discipline at Puskesmas Kosambi.

Abstract

School is an educational institution that aims to educate the nation. However, sometimes there are many problems, especially those related to students or students. Starting from cases of brawls, discipline, harassment, to bullying. Bullying is actually nothing new, but along with the times and changes in technology, there is also a lot of news that is viral and widely discussed. Bullying can also cause addiction for students and can form groups with certain members, which can even become potential gangsters in the future. The aim of this PKM in the field of law is one of the KKM programs for students from the 40 Cikerai Village groups at Bina Bangsa University as a form of concern for the rise in cases of bullying and gangsters at the secondary school level, especially Junior High Schools (SMP), which have a negative impact in the long term. The method for implementing PKM this time was a seminar on legal protection of the dangers of bullying and gangsterism among junior high school students. The results of this PKM conclude that there is a negative impact on bullying and gangsterism, both on physical, mental and psychological health. And can be caught in the law regarding bullying and gangsterism.

Abstract

The Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah (KIP-K) is a scholarship program provided by the government for high school graduates who excel academically but are economically disadvantaged and unable to continue their studies at university. The KIP-K program aims to increase opportunities for students to pursue higher education by providing monthly living expenses and tuition fees for students who meet the eligibility criteria. Through KIP-K, it is expected to create a competitive and well-educated generation of future leaders. In North Maluku Province, particularly in Malifut, North Halmahera Regency, many students still lack information about the KIP-K scholarship. Therefore, this community service activity aimed to provide insights into the importance of pursuing education at the university level and how underprivileged students can apply for the KIP-K scholarship. This activity was carried out at SMAN 4 Halmahera Utara and SMKN 2 Halmahera Utara. As a result of this socialization, students successfully created their own accounts and registered for the KIP-K scholarship. It is hoped that through this program, students will take advantage of higher education opportunities through KIP-K and be able to continue their studies and achieve their goals.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the strategic profitability of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk during the period 2021–2023. Using a descriptive quantitative approach, this study evaluates the company's financial performance through profitability ratio analysis, including Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), and Return on Equity (ROE). Data were obtained from the company's publicly available annual financial reports. The results of the analysis show a fluctuating trend in the company's profitability during the period, reflecting the impact of changing business strategies and market conditions. These findings provide insight for management in formulating more effective business strategies in the future.

Abstract

This study investigates how transformational leadership, work motivation, and human resource (HR) human resources training influence employee performance across various industrial sectors in Indonesia. Improving employee performance is crucial for organizational success in an increasingly dynamic business environment. This study utilizes a quantitative survey method and involves 200 people from the manufacturing, service, and trade sectors. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression after being collected through questionnaires. Research shows that human resource training, work motivation, and transformational leadership simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The results indicate that organizations must enhance their inspiring leadership styles, boost employee morale through internal and external approaches, and implement sustainable training programs to improve their employees' skills. This study provides a theoretical basis for the advancement of human resource management science and offers practical benefits for human resource managers and practitioners in improving organizational efficiency.
