Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the strength of service quality dimensions on customer loyalty at the Sukabumi Life Vision Agency Insurance Service (PT. Prudential Life Assurance), and to see how much influence the strength of service quality has on customer loyalty either partially or simultaneously. This research method is an associative descriptive method with path analysis as a data analysis technique. The results showed that the quality of service through the dimensions of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy on customer loyalty had a simultaneous effect on customer loyalty at the Life Vision Agency Sukabumi Insurance Service (PT. Prudential Life Assurance), this was indicated by the total direct and indirect effect. indirect amounted to 6.601293138%. Service quality through the dimensions of Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy has a partial effect on customer loyalty at the Sukabumi Life Vision Agency Insurance Service (PT. Prudential Life Assurance) namely Tangible by 5.060%, Reliability by 8.684%, Responsiveness by 11.317%, Assurance of 11.927% and Empathy of 8.596% of the five dimensions show that the most dominant influence on Customer Loyalty at Life Vision Agency Sukabumi are Reliability/ Reliability, Responsiveness/ Responsiveness, and Assurance/ Guarantee. In conclusion, the more reliable the Agent and responsive in providing services and security in the transaction and administrative processes, the more Customer Loyalty to Life Vision Agency Sukabumi will increase. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of service quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction in Tour & Travel companies. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The type of sampling used is random sampling by distributing 79 questionnaires to consumers. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficient and simultaneous test (F test). The results of the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.151 can be interpreted that the effect of service quality and promotion on consumer satisfaction is 17.2% with 82.8% influenced by other factors not described in this study. Based on the F test the probability value of sig. 0.001 < 0.1, which means that together the value of Service Quality (X1) and Promotion (X2) significantly affect Consumer Satisfaction (Y). In conclusion, the variable service quality (service quality) and promotion have a significant effect simultaneously (simultaneously) on consumer satisfaction. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer retention and switching costs simultaneously on the loyalty of Indihome customers at Witel Sukabumi. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The data analysis technique used in this study was multiple correlation, coefficient of determination (R2), multiple linear regression analysis technique and F. The results showed, Adjusted R Square was 0.465 (46.5%). This means that the variation of customer loyalty can be explained by the second independent variable, namely customer retention and switching costs, while the remaining 53.5% (100%-46.5% = 53.5%) is another factor outside the study. In conclusion, customer retention and switching costs have a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty simultaneously. Keywords: Customer Loyalty, Customer Retention, Switching Costs

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of incentives on employee performance. The method used in this research is to use descriptive and associative methods. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature studies. The results of the calculation of the hypothesis test t arithmetic ab t abel is 14.071 ≥ 1.997. Conclusion, there is a significant influence between incentives on employee performance. Abstract

Financial statements are actually still a problem in a company that really needs to be taken seriously because the good and bad financial statements describe the company's financial condition. The purpose of this research is to find out how the company's financial condition and comparison of predictions of financial statements at PT. Three Pillars of Prosperous Food Tbk. The research method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, in which the authors collect data in the form of balance sheet financial position reports. Data collection techniques used were documentation and literature study. The results of this study indicate that there is a fluctuating development in the balance sheet and income statement, even in the balance sheet from year to year it also fluctuates, the income statement has increased from 2014 to 2016 and always decreases in 2017 Conclusion, by using trend analysis it can be predicted that the value of the postal year will come to experience a fluctuating development which is also the same as in previous years. Abstract

Financial distress is a condition where the results of the company's performance are unable to meet the company's obligations. The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Liquidity and Profitability in measuring financial distress in PT .eterindo wahanatama Tbk and PT. Waskita Karya Tbk. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis techniques, and for hypothesis testing is a partial statistical test (t test) and simultaneous test (f test). The results of the t test show that liquidity (CR) (X1) has an effect but not significant to financial distress, Profitability (ROA) (X2) has a significant effect on financial distress. Based on the simultaneous F test means that together Liquidity (CR) and Profitability (ROA) have no significant effect on purchasing decisions (Y). Based on the test of the coefficient of determination of 0.354 it can be interpreted that the effect of Liquidity (CR) and Profitability (ROA) on purchasing decisions is equal to 28.4%. The remaining 71.6% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study. Keywords : Liquidity, Profitability, financial Distress.

Abstract

The research was aimed at determining the influence of probability and leverage toward tax avoidance during the COVID-19 pandemic implemented on foods and beverages subsector companies registered in Indonesia’s Stock Exchange. The research methods applied were descriptive and associative; samples taken by purposive sampling method and Nonprobability sampling were in terms of 15 out of 53 companies that complied with the criteria, so that samples that were studied were amounted to 45 data counted from quarter I to III of 2020. The techniques of collecting data deployed were secondary data that included documentation and literature study. The technique of analyzing data applied was multiple linear regression. Based on the results, the research shows that partially there is no significant influence from profitability toward tax avoidance, yet leverage partially does. Thus, simultaneously both profitability and leverage significantly influence tax avoidance altogether on foods and beverages subsector companies registered in the Indonesia’s Stock Exchange with its influence ratio amounted to 24.8%. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of entrepreneurial orientation and innovation variables on marketing performance. This study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is the owner of MSME cake in the city of Sukabumi and the sample used is 36 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis and the sample technique used is probability sampling. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously and partially the variables of entrepreneurial orientation and innovation have a positive and significant influence on marketing performance. The results of the f test, which is known from the value of Fcount 44,229 > 3.28, shows that the value of Fcount is greater than Ftable and from the correlation results in this study, it has a very strong and high value of 0.737. Meanwhile, from the results of the t-test value, namely Tcount 3,555 > 1,692, it shows that Tcount is greater than Ttable, so it can be concluded that the entrepreneurial orientation and innovation variables have an influence on marketing performance. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan kawasan tanpa rokok di tempat umum khusus nya di terminal A Kota Sukabumi dengan menggunkan teori dari Van Metter dan Van Horn. Dikarenakan masih banyak ditemukan pengunjung, pedagang, bahkan petugas yang kedapatan merokok di dalam kawasan terminal. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan  kualitatif dimana unit analisis adalah Dinas Kesehatan kota Sukabumi dan pihak terminal A Kota Sukabumi. Selain dengan melakukan observasi peneliti menggali informasi dengan cara melakukan wawancara terhadap enam orang informan terdiri dari Kepala Seksi Promosi Kesehatan, Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja, Kepala Terminal A Kota Sukabumi, Pengunjung, dan Pedagang di dalam terminal. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa implementasi perda kawasan tanpa tanpa rokok di tempat umum khususnya pada terminal A Kota Sukabumi belum sepenuhnya terealisasi dengan baik. Ukuran dan tujuan dari kebijakan belum optimal masih banyak yang kedapatn merokok di dalam terminal. Sumber daya finansial yang belum cukup sehingga banyak fasilitas yang belum terpenuhi di dalam pelaksanaan kawasan tanpa rokok dan terbatasnya sumber daya waktu serta kurang nya personil Satpol PP dalam melakukan penindakan. Komunikasi antara dinas kesehatan dan pihak pengelola terminal A belum tersampaikan dengan baik dan secara menyuluruh. Lingkungan ekonomi harga rokok yang murah dapat dijangkau oleh semua masyarakat. Sedangkan karakteristik agen pelaksana dan sikap para pelaksana kebijakan sudah menjalankan sesuai dengan peraturan daerah tentang kawasan tanpa rokok (KTR) di kota Sukabumi.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui pengaruh capital expenditure dan operating cost terhadap keputusan investasi. Objek penelitian dalam penelitian ini ialah 3tahun laporan keuangan pada perusahaan-perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah dengan metode kuantitatif pendekatan deskriptif dan asosiatif. Sampel yang digunakan ialah dengan menggunakan pendekatan Nonprobability Sampling dengan metode Purposive Sampling, dari 18 perusahaan anggota subsektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI terpilihlah 10 perusahaan menjadi sampel penelitian. Teknik pengumpulan data ialah dengan menggunakan data sekunder yaitu dengan dokumentasi dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan adanya pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan dari capital expenditure terhadap keputusan investasi, adanya pengaruh secara negatif dari operating cost terhadap keputusan investasi namun tidak signifikan. Dan adanya pengaruh secara bersama-sama dari capital expenditure dan operating cost secara signifikan, dengan tingkat pengaruh sebesar 20,2%.
