Abstract

The purpose of this study is to test and analyze the effects of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at car and motorcycle leasing at PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance Medan; to test and analyze the effect of relationship marketing to the loyalty of customers of leasing cars and motorcycles at PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance Medan; as well as to test and analyze the effects of customer satisfaction and relationship marketing on customer loyalty leasing cars and motorcycles at PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance Medan. This research used a quantitative approach. The research populations were 125 customers who had taken the leasing services of the company more than once and the data taken were the subscribers recorded in December 2016. There were 30 customers from the population for pretest validity test and reliability of the research instrument the remaining 95 customers for analysis data. The results of this study indicate that partially, customer satisfaction has a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty at PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance Medan. Partially, relationship marketing had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance Medan. Simultaneously, customer satisfaction and relationship marketing had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty at PT. Internusa Tribuana Citra Multi Finance Medan. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Perimex, knowing the influence of leadership on employee performance at PT. Perimex, knowing the effect of productivity on the performance of employees of PT Perimex and knowing the effect of motivation, leadership and productivity simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT. Perimex is implemented at PT. Perimex with the population, namely all employees of PT. Perimex amounted to 96 people with saturated sampling technique using total sampling obtained a research sample of 96 people. As for the results of the research, partially obtained the value of motivation t count (X1) is 3.371 and the table value is 1.984 provided that the value of t count> t table (3.371> 1.984) and the value of sig <0.05 (0.001 <0.05), partially obtained the value of t count. Leadership (X2) is 3, Leadership and Productivity make a big contribution in explaining employee performance of 76.80% while the 23.20% chance is influenced by other factors outside of research. The conclusion of the study is that motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership has a significant effect and is the dominant variable that affects employee performance, productivity has a significant effect on employee performance and simultaneously motivation, leadership and productivity have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT.Perimex, to determine the effect of leadership on employee performance at PT.Perimex, to determine the effect of productivity on employee performance at PT Perimex and to determine the effect of motivation, leadership and productivity simultaneously on employee performance at PT.Perimex. .Perimex with a population of all employees of PT. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Perkebunan IV Kebun Adolina Nusantara Perbaungan, the study uses a quantitative approach, in collecting data using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, the population of all employees is 65 people, and The results showed that leadership style, discipline had a positive and significant effect, while the motivation variable had a positive and insignificant effect. Simultaneous testing shows that all variables of leadership style, motivation and work discipline have a positive and significant impact on the performance of PT Perkebunan IV Kebun Adolina Nusantara Perbaungan. While the results of the coefficient of determination show that 25, 4% variation in performance table (Y). Meanwhile, 74.6% are other independent variables that are not explained in this study.

Abstract

PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Amplas Trade Center Medan is one of the shipping companies in Indonesia. One of the most important factors in the development of PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Amplas Trade Center Medan is human resources. Based on employee performance data in 2019-2020, it shows a decrease in employee performance in the "According to Standard" category with a total of 46 employees and an increase in the number of employees "Not Meeting Standard" with a total of 3 employees. This can be caused by several factors, namely the state of the work environment, the relationship between employees, the level of employee discipline, and the motivation or encouragement of each employee. Based on these problems, it is necessary to research the above factors. In the results of the study, it was concluded that partially and simultaneously the work environment, work discipline, and motivation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir (JNE) Amplas Trade Center Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of motivation, satisfaction, and work discipline on employee performance at PT Rubber Hock Lie Sunggal Medan. This research is descriptive and explanatory. The population in this study was employees who found 166 people, and the sample found 117 respondents. The method in this study is quantitative. Data collection techniques used are interviews, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Then the data is processed using the IBM SPSS Statistics application. The results of this study prove that motivation, satisfaction, and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Rubber Hock Lie Sunggal Medan and partial motivation have no significant effect on employee performance, while job satisfaction and discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Rubber Hock Lie Sunggal Medan.

Abstract

Di era yang serba teknologi seperti saat ini, memudahkan banyak pelaku bisnis untuk mempromosikan usaha mereka melalui internet dengan berbagai cara. Tujuan utama dari penggunaan internet saat ini adalah untuk membantu dalam mendapatkan konsumen secara luas. Digital marketing adalah strategi yang sangat tepat untuk membantu aktivitas promosi. Madu adalah subtansi makanan manis dan kental yang dibuat oleh lebah madu dan beberapa serangga lain. Penggunaan dan produksi madu memiliki sejarah yang panjang dan bervariasi serta bisa ditelusuri sejak zaman kuno. Pada pengabdian masyarakat ini akan diajarkan cari budidaya lebah sampai menghasilkan madu. langkah-langkah budidaya lebah, antara lain menyiapkan segala perlengkapan, utamanya rumah lebah, yaitu kotak kayu. Kemudian memilih bibit Lebah yang unggul, salah satunya yang paling banyak dibudidayakan masyarakat saat ini adalah Apis Mellifera. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman tentang bagaimana hasil Budidaya Lebah Madu yang bisa kita manfaatkan untuk kebutuhan sehari-hari dan juga bisa dijadikan usaha untuk menghasilkan uang dan cara memasarkannya melalui media online. Khalayak sasaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah masyarakat di Kelurahan Kampung Baru Kecamatan Medan Maimun. Pada akhir sosialisasi peserta mengharapkan kegiatan semacam ini dapat kembali dilaksanakan pada masa mendatang

Abstract

Tujuan melakukan penelitian ini untuk menganalisi faktor dominan yang mempengaruhi hasil motivasi pemimpin terhadap karyawan, kedisiplinan karyawan terhadap jam kerja, kedudukan lingkungan kerja terhadap karyawan, dan hasil kinerja karyawan terhadap pemimpin di PT. Sumo Internusa Indonesia. Adapun penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sampel dalam riset berikut 4o karyawan dari seluruh populasi. Analisis data-data dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS yang memakai regresi linear berganda.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukanya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dengan tema Pelatihan Pemasaran dan Digital Marketing Inovasi Batik Mangrove di Desa Tanjung Rejo Kabupaten Deli Serdang adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan mengenai digital marketing serta pelatihan penerapan digital marketing. Metode yang di gunakan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan ini yaitu melalui ceramah dan praktik langsung penerapan digital marketing. Tahapan pelaksanaan acara ini meliputi pembukaan dan pengenalan digital marketing, pemaparan tentang digital marketing, pemaparan tentang beberapa masalah yang sering dihadapi UMKM, pemaparan tentang beberapa istilah asing berkaitan digital marketing kemudian dilanjutkan praktik yang berkaitan dengan digital marketing. The aim of carrying out this community service activity with the theme Marketing Training and Digital Marketing of Mangrove Batik Innovation in Tanjung Rejo Village, Deli Serdang Regency is to provide knowledge about digital marketing as well as training in the application of digital marketing. The method used in carrying out this activity is through lectures and direct practice in implementing digital marketing. The stages of implementing this event include opening and introducing digital marketing, a presentation about digital marketing, an explanation of several problems often faced by MSMEs, an explanation of several foreign terms related to digital marketing, then continued with practices related to digital marketing

Abstract

Objek penelitian berada di PT Uni Djaja pemilihan objek disebabkan karena terjadi berkurangnya disiplin karyawan dan motivasi kerja karyawan secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap menurunnya kinerja karyawan. Motivasi dapat diduga untuk mengukur kinerja karyawan agar dapat digunakan pada kondisi tertentu dan untuk mengamati perubahan daripada mengukurnya secara langsung. Kedisplinan adalah kesadaran dan kesediaan seseorang mentaati semua peraturan perusahaan dan norma - norma sosial yang berlaku. Analisis data bersifat kuantitatif atau statistik dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan. Metode sampel yang digunakan adalah Sampling Kuota (Qouta Sampling) dalam melakukan penelitian. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji regresi liner berganda, koefisien determinasi pengujian secara simultan (Uji-F) dan secara parsial (Uji-t). Populasi yang digunakan sebesar 151 karyawan dan jumlah sampel yang digunakan adalah 110 karyawan dan 30 orang karyawan digunakan untuk uji validitas dan realibilitas diambil dari perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan disiplin secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 77.3%. Dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (20.039 > 2.98) dan nilai uji thitung > ttabel variabel motivasi (2.530 > 1.703) dan variabel disiplin (1.864 > 1.703). Dengan demikian motivasi dan disiplin berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Uni Djaja. The object of research is at PT Uni Djaja, the choice of objects is due to the lack of employee discipline and employee motivation to significantly influence employee performance. Motivation can be suspected to measure employee performance so that it can be used in certain conditions and to observe changes rather than measure them directly. Discipline is one's awareness and willingness to obey all company regulations and social norms that apply. Data analysis is quantitative or statistical in order to test the established hypotheses. The sample method used is the Quota Sampling (Qouta Sampling) in conducting research. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression test, the coefficient of determination of testing simultaneously (F-Test) and partially (T-Test). The population used was 151 employees and the number of samples used was 110 employees and 30 employees were used for the validity and reliability tests taken from the company. The results showed that motivation and discipline simultaneously and partially had a significant effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination of 77.3%. With the value of Fcount> Ftable (20.039> 2.98) and test value of tcount> ttable motivation variable (2.530> 1,703) and discipline variable (1,864> 1,703). Thus motivation and discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Uni Djaja
