Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara Komunikasi, Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kantor Cabang Kualanamu.  Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan asosiatif kuantitatif yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan untuk mengetahui metode analisis pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung antara variabel eksogen dengan variabel endogen. Untuk pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan uji analysis path. Uji analysis path bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh langsung dan tidak langsung diantara variabel eksogen dan variabel endogen. Teknik sampling yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh berjumlah 42 orang. Sampel penelitian ini adalah  seluruh karyawan di unit Safety, Risk, and Qualtity Control pada PT. Angkasa Pura II Kantor Cabang Kualanamu. Hasil penelitian ini dengan uji analysis path menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh dan signifikan antara variabel komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap motivasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh dan tidak signifikan antara variabel komunikasi terhadap kinerja, ada pengaruh dan signifikan antara variabel lingkungan kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja. Selanjutnya hasil penelitian menunjukan motivasi bukan berperan sebagai mediator pada pengaruh komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pada unit Safety, Risk, and Quality Control di PT. Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kantor Cabang Kualanamu.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis Pengaruh Kepemimpinan dan Kompensasi terhadap Kepuasan Kerja melalui Motivasi Kerja. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian eksploratif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan berupa daftar pertanyaan (questionnaire). Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampel validitas sebanyak 30 orang yang diambil dari total populasi yaitu 145 orang, sedangkan untuk sampel penelitian maenggunakan sampel jenuh. Pengolahan data menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 24 dengan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis data menggunakan path analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja. Kepemimpinan bepengaruh secara langsung terhadap Kepuasan Kerja tanpa dimediasi oleh Motivasi Kerja. Kompensasi berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap Kepuasan Kerja tanpa dimediasi oleh Motivasi Kerja.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of training and organizational culture on employee performance mediated by work discipline in the Electronic Facility & IT division of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu International Airport. The sample in this study used a saturated sample, where all of the population was sampled. The sample in this study amounted to 35 employees. The data collection technique in this study used the questionnaire method, while the data analysis technique in this study used a quantitative approach, with SEM-PLS statistical analysis. Data processing in this study using the software program SmartPLS 3.3.3. The results of this study prove that directly training has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, directly organizational culture has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, direct work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance, and direct training has a positive and significant effect on discipline. work, directly organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, indirectly training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by work discipline, indirectly organizational culture has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance mediated by work discipline. This shows that work discipline mediates the effect of training on performance and work discipline mediates the influence of organizational culture on performance in the Electronic Facility & IT division of PT Angkasa Pura II (Persero) Kualanamu International Airport.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh citra merek dan promosi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan yang dimediasi dengan keputusan pembelian mie instan” sedaap “di kota Medan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang mengkonsumsi mie instan “sedaap” yang berada di kawasan Medan Timur, dan sampel yang diambil 96 orang. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah asosiatif, dengan melakukan pengumpulan data dengan metode penyebaran angket, dan menggunakan teknik analisis jalur menggunakan alat aplikasi smart PLS. Abstract

Supervision is a function in functional management that must be carried out by each leader of all units or work units on the implementation of work or employees who carry out in accordance with their respective main tasks. Motivation is a variety of efforts made by humans, of course, to fulfill their wants and needs. Work discipline is an attitude that is obedient to the rules and norms that apply in a company in order to increase the constancy of employees in achieving company or organizational goals. While performance is a science that combines art in it to apply a management concept that has a representative and aspirational level of flexibility in order to realize the vision and mission of the agency by using people in the organization. The population in this study were all employees of the state civil apparatus at the Medan City Library and Archives Service, amounting to 54 people, while the sample was the total population of 54 people. Data collection techniques using a list of questions such as questionnaires and data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square (SmartPls) to test the seven hypotheses proposed in this study. The results of the research show that: (1) the effect of supervision on performance is positive and significant; (2) the effect of motivation on performance is negative and not significant; (3) the effect of supervision on work discipline is positive and significant; (4) the effect of motivation on work discipline is negative and insignificant; (5) the effect of work discipline on performance is positive and not significant; (6) work discipline mediates the effect of supervision on performance is positive and not significant; (7) work discipline mediates the effect of motivation on performance is negative and not significant.

Abstract

Employee performance is a determining factor for the company's success. The problem that occurs in this study is a decrease in performance by employees at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Agma, North Sumatra Province. The decline in performance is seen from the lack of supervision and attention made by superiors to their subordinates; There are employees who are still working on individual jobs; and demands of work roles that exceed the capabilities of employees. This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and job satisfaction on performance either directly or indirectly through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The number of samples in this study were 66 employees. Data collection methods are interviews and questionnaires. Methods of data analysis using regression and path analysis. The results showed that supervision and job satisfaction had a direct or indirect effect on employee performance through OCB in a positive direction. OCB is proven to be able to mediate the effect of supervision on employee performance, but OCB is not able to mediate the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance in the Ministry of Agma Region of North Sumatra Province.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior on the performance of lecturers at the Ganesha Polytechnic Medan both partially and simultaneously. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method using a normative approach (legal research) for secondary data and an empirical approach to obtain primary data through field research. The population in this study were all permanent lecturers at the Ganesha Polytechnic Foundation, Medan, totaling 38 lecturers in sampling using probability sampling techniques. The sampling technique used is the Questionnaire technique using the Likert Summated Rating method. With the help of SPSS 24.00 (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) software. The results showed that simultaneously the work environment, job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior had a significant effect on the performance of lecturers at the Ganesha Polytechnic Medan. The results of the study partially the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of lecturers at the Ganesha Polytechnic Medan. Partially, job satisfaction has a significant effect on the performance of lecturers at the Ganesha Polytechnic Medan. Partially, organizational citizenship behavior has a significant effect on the performance of lecturers at the Ganesha Polytechnic Medan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health safety (K3) and leadership style on employee work productivity mediated by employee discipline in the operational section of PTPN IV Balimbingan. The research method used is quantitative research, where the variables are measured using a Likert scale. The number of samples in this study was 39 employees of the operational section of PTPN IV Balimbingan. Data collection techniques used in this research are document studies and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Smart-PLS. The results of the study indicate that (1) Safety and occupational health (K3) has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at PTPN IV Balimbingan. (2) Directly safe, occupational health (K3) has a significant effect on employee discipline at PTPN IV Balimbingan. (3) Directly leadership style has a significant effect on employee work productivity at PTPN IV Balimbingan. (4) Directly leadership style has a significant effect on employee discipline at PTPN IV Balimbingan. (5) Directly discipline has a significant effect on work productivity at PT. Nusantara IV Balimbingan Plantation. (6) Indirectly safety, and occupational health (K3) significantly influence work productivity through employee discipline at PTPN IV Balimbingan. In other words, discipline acts as a mediator between occupational safety and health (K3) on work productivity. (7) Indirectly, leadership style has a significant effect on work productivity through the discipline of PTPN IV Balimbingan employees. In other words, discipline acts as a mediator between leadership style and work productivity. This study was only limited by three factors, namely: occupational health safety (K3), leadership style, and discipline. Besides, this study also limits the discipline variable as a mediating variable. Further research can discuss other variables such as motivation, work environment, work ethic, skills, education, and so on. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of seniority, work experience, and competence on job promotion in the Airport Maintenance Division of PT. Angkasapura II (persero) International Kualanamu Airport. This research uses a quantitative associative approach. The population in this study was in the Airport Maintenance Division of PT. Angkasapura II (persero) International Kualanamu Airport. The sample in this study used a saturated sample of 57 people. Data collection techniques through questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Seniority has a significant positive effect on job promotion with a value of 0.356 and P-Values of 0.000. (2). Work experience has a significant positive effect on job promotion satisfaction with a value of 0.401 and P-values of 0.004. (3). Competence has a significant positive effect on job promotion with a value of 0.295 and P-values of 0.012. (4). Seniority, work experience, and competence simultaneously have a significant positive effect on job promotion

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of personal selling and distribution on marketing performance directly or moderated by regulation. The research method used is quantitative which is associative by using primary data, namely interviews, and secondary data, namely sales, distribution, and data sourced from PT. Kimia Farma Trading Medan Branch. The research instrument was carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants are determined and determined based on the number needed, but based on consideration of the function and role of information according to the focus of the research problem. So that the informants in the study are 58 people who are managers at PT. Kimia Farma Trading Medan Branch. The results of this study indicate that this study shows that the direct effect of personal selling has a positive and significant effect on Marketing Performance (Marketing). Furthermore, the distribution has a positive but not significant effect on Marketing Performance (Marketing). Regulation has a negative and insignificant effect on Marketing Performance (Marketing). With the results of the moderating effect analysis, it can be seen that the regulation mediates the influence of personal selling and distribution on Marketing Performance (Marketing), and regulation mediates the influence of personal selling but not moderating distribution on Marketing Performance (Marketing) PT.Kimia Farma Trading Cab. Field.
