Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of occupational health safety (K3) and leadership style on employee work productivity mediated by employee discipline in the operational section of PTPN IV Balimbingan. The research method used is quantitative research, where the variables are measured using a Likert scale. The number of samples in this study was 39 employees of the operational section of PTPN IV Balimbingan. Data collection techniques used in this research are document studies and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using Smart-PLS. The results of the study indicate that (1) Safety and occupational health (K3) has a significant effect on the work productivity of employees at PTPN IV Balimbingan. (2) Directly safe, occupational health (K3) has a significant effect on employee discipline at PTPN IV Balimbingan. (3) Directly leadership style has a significant effect on employee work productivity at PTPN IV Balimbingan. (4) Directly leadership style has a significant effect on employee discipline at PTPN IV Balimbingan. (5) Directly discipline has a significant effect on work productivity at PT. Nusantara IV Balimbingan Plantation. (6) Indirectly safety, and occupational health (K3) significantly influence work productivity through employee discipline at PTPN IV Balimbingan. In other words, discipline acts as a mediator between occupational safety and health (K3) on work productivity. (7) Indirectly, leadership style has a significant effect on work productivity through the discipline of PTPN IV Balimbingan employees. In other words, discipline acts as a mediator between leadership style and work productivity. This study was only limited by three factors, namely: occupational health safety (K3), leadership style, and discipline. Besides, this study also limits the discipline variable as a mediating variable. Further research can discuss other variables such as motivation, work environment, work ethic, skills, education, and so on. This research is limited only to employees of the operational division.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze Lifestyle and Promotion of Consumer Satisfaction at EDC (Electronic Data Capture) Yokke which is mediated by consumer purchasing decisions directly or indirectly. The population in this study are all customers who use EDC Yokke. The sample in this study uses a sample of the slovin formula totaling 100 customers who use Electronic Data Capture. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique in this study uses a quantitative approach using statistical analysis by using the Outer Model Analysis test, Inner Model Analysis, and Hypothesis Testing. Data processing in this study using the PLS (Partial Least Square) software program. The results of this study prove that directly lifestyle, promotion and purchasing decisions have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, lifestyle and promotions have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and indirectly purchasing decisions are able to mediate the influence of lifestyle and promotion on consumer satisfaction At EDC Yokke which means purchase decision acts as an intermediary variable..

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of product, price, place, promotion on purchasing decisions in South Tapanuli Regency partially or simultaneously. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all people who buy the product. The sample in this study used quota sampling totaling 100 people who bought MSME products. Data collection techniques in this study used documentation, observation, and questionnaire techniques. The data analysis technique in this study is the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression Hypothesis Testing and the coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study using the SPSS software program. The results of this study prove that partially and simultaneously product, price, place and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product quality and trust on consumer satisfaction with purchasing decisions as an mediating variable in the Alanza Hijab online shop in Medan. The population of this research is all consumers who have made a purchase at the Alanza Hijab online shop. The sample of this study are 210 respondents. The data analysis used in this research is the Partial Least Square (PLS method. The results showed that: (1) product quality has a positive and significant effect (2) trust has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) Product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (4) trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (5) Purchasing decisions have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. (6) Purchasing decisions play a role in mediating product quality on consumer satisfaction. (7) Purchasing decisions play a role in mediating trust in consumer satisfaction at the Alanza Hijab Online Shop in Medan City.Keywords: Customer Satisfaction; Product Quality; Purchase Decision;Trust Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan keputusan pembelian sebagai variabel mediasi di online shop alanza hijab kota Medan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian pada online shop alanza hijab. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 210 responden.. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan metode alternatif Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) kualitas produk berperngaruh positif dan signifikan (2) kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. (3) Kualitas produk berperngaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. (4) kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the influence of organizational climate on employee performance, the effect of work motivation on employee performance, the effect of organizational climate on OCB, the effect of work motivation on OCB, the effect of OCB on employee performance, the influence of organizational climate on employee performance through OCB, and the effect of work motivation on employee performance through OCB. This research uses associative research with a sample of 66 respondents who are employees of BPSDM North Sumatra Province. Data collection techniques using interviews and a list of statements such as questionnaires and data analysis techniques using Partial Least Square (SmartPls) to test the seven hypotheses proposed in this study. The results of the research show that organizational climate has a significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance, the organizational climate has a significant effect on OCB, work motivation has a significant effect on OCB, OCB has a significant effect on employee performance, the organizational climate does not affect employee performance through OCB. (In other words, OCB does not act as a mediator), work motivation does not affect employee performance through OCB (In other words, OCB does not act as a mediator).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of employee competence, digital transformation and skills renewal on employee performance At Dinas Sumber Daya Air, Cipta Karya Dan Tata Ruang Provinsi Sumatera Utara on Jalan Sakti Lubis No. 7 Medan. The sample in this study using the formula slovin 10% as many as 70 employees, where the population of all employees as many as 239 employees. Data collection techniques in this study using the questionnaire method and back as many as 70 questionnaire respondents, while data analysis techniques in this study using a quantitative approach with statistical analysis program SEM PLS version 21. The results of this study prove that directly employee competencies have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, directly digital transformation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and directly skill renewal (reskilling) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, employee competency, digital transformation and reskilling affect employee performance by 71.1%. This calculation provides an explanation that in order to realize good performance and increase, there needs to be improvement and more efforts in increasing competence, using digital transformation and updating skills (reskilling) for workers/employees. This shows that the development of employees through competence, digital transformation, and skills renewal (reskilling) can affect the performance of employees of the Department of Water Resources, Cipta Karya and spatial North Sumatra province in improving employee performance that is effective and efficient and more professional.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of service quality and price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction directly or indirectly. The approach used in this study is a causal approach. The population in this study is all customers Laundry Medan.Com. the sample in this study using the formula Slovin amounted to 286 customers Laundry Medan.Com. data collection techniques in this study using documentation techniques, observation, and questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study using a quantitative approach using statistical analysis by using the Auter Model Analysis Test, Inner Model Analysis, and hypothesis testing. Data processing in this study using software program PLS (Partial Least Square). The results of this study indicate that the quality of service, price and customer satisfaction have a significant effect on customer loyalty and service quality and price have a significant effect on customer satisfaction, and indirectly the quality of Service and price have a significant effect on customer loaylitas through consumer satisfaction in Laundry Medan.Com

Abstract

 Objectives: This study aims to examine the process of forming Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in employees. This study uses job satisfaction as a mediating variable to clarify the mechanism of the influence of servant leadership and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).Methodology: This study uses a causal type of research using a quantitative approach with a sample of 67 respondents who are employees of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Branch TPK Perawang Pekanbaru.  To evaluate the seven hypotheses put out in this study, data was collected via interviews and a list of assertions, such as questionnaires and data analysis methods employing Partial Least Square (SmartPls).Findings: The results of this study indicate that servant leadership and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Job satisfaction also plays a role in mediating the influence of servant leadership and organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior.Conclusion: This study examines how servant leadership and organizational culture influence employee job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior to achieve company goals. As a result, this condition is undoubtedly a source of concern for the company in terms of improving leadership and aligning all employees' perceptions of the organizational culture system that will be implemented in the company.

Abstract

The aims of this research are to provides guidelines for carrying out budget preparation and to provide benchmarks for assessing budget execution performance. As for the research scope, was all the Local Government Unit of Work (SKPD) under the Medan City Government. The target of this research is all non-physical activities that are financed by direct expenditure of the Medan City Government APBD for the 2018 Fiscal Year. Data collection is carried out by asking all work units, especially work units that perform non-physical work to submit data related to work that has never been carried out or become their authority to become raw materials for the preparation of non-physical ASB. Data analysis includes the data collection stage, the editing stage, the data tabulation stage, and the data description stage, namely the frequency table or diagram, the central tendency size, the dispersion measure to understand the characteristics of the research sample data. The result of this research was from 25 types of training that were sampled it can be concluded that 16 types of training are efficient while 9 others are inefficient.

Abstract

Peneletian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh organizational transformation, corporate culture terhadap corporate performance dengan organizational citizenship behavior sebagai variabel intervening. Jumlah responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 232 responden. Seluruh responden merupakan pegawai PT. Angkasa Pura Aviasi Bandar Udara Internasional Kualanamu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan instrument berupa angket kuesioner. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square dengan bantuan program Smartpls3.0. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini diperoleh beberapa hasil sebagai berikut : (1) Organizational transformation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap corporate performance; (2) Corporate culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap corporate performance,; (3) Organizational transformation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; (4) Corporate culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior; (5) Organizational transformation melalui organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap corporate performance; (6) Corporate culture melalui organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap corporate performance; (7) Organizational citizenship behavior berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap corporate performance.
