Abstract

Emping Kedelai Marem merupakan salah satu Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) yang bergerak di bidang makanan (cemilan), yang berlokasi di Jambi. Saat ini UKM tersebut belum memiliki sistem pemasaran online yang mampu menjangkau masyarakat luas. Keterbatasan ini berdampak pada hasil penjualan UKM yang sulit terus meningkat. Dalam situasi pandemi ini, UKM menghadapi masalah yang dialami oleh sebagian besar usaha lain, yaitu penurunan pendapatan penjualan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah menerapkan strategi bauran promosi berupa periklanan online dan promosi penjualan melalui pemanfaatan media sosial. Identifikasi masalah dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara dengan pemilik usaha, dilanjutkan dengan perancangan sistem pemasaran, implementasi, edukasi, sosialisasi dan evaluasi. Output dari proyek ini berupa akun media sosial, facebook dan instagram, dilengkapi dengan materi pemasaran berupa video, e-catalog dan program diskon untuk menarik minat konsumen. Setelah dua bulan implementasi, kedua media sosial tersebut mampu menambah pengetahuan masyarakat tentang Kedelai Emping Marem, dan meningkatkan penjualan melalui hasil penjualan online. Kedepannya, strategi pemasaran ini diharapkan dapat dilanjutkan oleh para pemilik usaha melalui postingan yang teratur, video inovatif, kreatif dan konsisten. Lebih lanjut, semoga UMKM dapat mempertahankan eksistensinya dan terus berkembang.

Abstract

PT Sinar Makmur Terang Sejati is a business engaged in finance, namely foreign exchange (forex) which consists of various currencies such as SGD, MYR, USD, and others. PT Sinar Makmur Terang Sejati is located in Komp. Bumi Indah Blok B no 5 and has been established since 2017. The company's financial records have so far been done manually, which may lead to an inefficiency and error proneness. This project aims to solve the problems faced by PT Sinar Makmur Terang Sejati.The method used in this community service activity is scrutinizing qualitative information through interviews and observations. Next, an output design is carried out based on the transaction book. The main output of this activity is a Google Sheet-based financial report that shows a statement of financial position, ending balance and income statement.This community service activity is divided into three main stages, namely preparation (output design), implementation and evaluation (output use) and reporting stage. The implementation of recording financial transactions using Google Sheets in knowing the financial position, ending balance and profit and loss is proven to be able to speed up and simplify the decision-making process for the business run by PT Sinar Makmur. This is also very helpful for management in knowing what foreign exchange balances they have and being able to make transactions as quickly as possible.

Abstract

Pada masa pandemi ini, banyak pemilik bisnis yang mengalami kendala dalam menjalankan bisnisnya. Kendala tersebut dapat berupa penurunan pendapatan maupun kerugian yang tidak terhingga. Program ini dilakukan pada Comformindo yang berlokasi di Kota Batam. Program yang dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk memperluas pangsa pasar dan meningkatkan pendapatan pada Comformindo. Implementasi dilakukan dengan strategi bauran promosi yang dimulai dari bulan September hingga bulan Desember. Sebelumnya Comformindo hanya melakukan promosi berbasis Word of Mouth (WOM) dan promosi Door to Door tetapi kurang efektif sehingga harus menggunakan strategi baru yaitu strategi bauran promosi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah metode kualitatif yang terdiri dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Bauran promosi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari advertising dan sales promotion. Advertising dilakukan dengan pembuatan product profile video dan diunggah ke akun sosial media dan setelah itu akan dilakukannya promosi. Promosi dilakukan melalui sosial media yaitu Instagram Ads sebanyak 2 kali dengan durasi 7 hari setiap promosi. Sales promotion dilakukan dengan pengadaan diskon yang dibuat dalam e-brosur dan diunggah ke sosial media. Setelah implementasi, keuntungan Comformindo meningkat 6% per bulan yaitu Rp. 21,200,000 per bulan.

Abstract

The Sate Jawa Asli Restaurant is one of the MSMEs that experienced a decrease in sales due to lack of visitors. Sate Jawa Asli Restaurant has been registering their business in go food and grab food. In addition, Sate Jawa Asli Restaurant has Instagram but seldom to updates or interacts with Instagram users. So, the promotion mix is ​​implemented in the form of advertising, direct and digital marketing, and sales promotion using Instagram social media. The activities undertaken were content updates, endorsement, and a giveaway. The results of the promotion mix activities were increases in sales and the enhancement of brand awareness. The promotion mix is ​​expected to continuously implemented to maintain the existence and development of Sate Jawa Asli Restaurant.
