Abstract

Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus adalah anak yang dalam pendidikan memerlukan pelayanan yang spesifik, berbeda dengan anak pada umumnya. Ketunaan anak berkebutuhan khusus dibagi menjadi beberapa golongan antara lain: tunanetra, tunarungu, tunagrahita, tunadaksa, dan autis. Anak tunarungu akan memiliki hambatan dalam komunikasi verbal/lisan, baik itu secara ekspresif maupun reseptif. Dalam hal tersebut anak berkebutuhan khusus terlebih tunarungu dalam pendidikannya juga mengalami kesulitan belajar. Kesulitan belajar yang terkait dengan perhitungan matematika dinamakan diskalkulia. Mengenal bilangan merupakan salah satu kesulitan belajar matematika yang dialami oleh siswa tunarungu. Untuk mengetahui diskalkulia pada anak berkebutuhan khusus tunarungu dalam mengenal bilangan maka peneliti mengambil penelitian tersebut. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskripsi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas 3 golongan tunarungu di SLB Negeri Branjangan Jember tahun ajaran 2022/2023 sebanyak 2 siswa. Hasil penelitian akan mengidentifikasi disklakulia pada anak berkebutuhan khusus tunarungu dalam mengenal bilangan secara individu yang didapatkan dari data observasi, tes, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu pada S1 diskalkulia yang sesuai dengan karakteristik diskalkulia yaitu gangguan persepsi visual. Sedangkan S2 memiliki diskalkulia pada jenis diskalkulia yaitu diskalkulia verbal dan karakteristik diskalkulia yaitu gangguan perhatian.

Abstract

Children with Special Needs are children who in education require specific services, different from children in general. Children with special needs are divided into 10 groups, namely: Blind, mentally retarded, dyslexic, hyperactive, mentally impaired, deaf, mute, autistic, disabled, gifted child. Blind is someone who has less accurate/poor vision compared to sighted people, even though they already assisted with visual aids, and cause them to require a lot of energy and time to do visual tasks. Therefore, blind children experience more difficulties in their education. Learning difficulties in mathematics are called dyscalculia. The most basic dyscalculia experienced by blind children is knowing numbers. So to find out the dyscalculia experienced by children with special needs who are blind in knowing numbers, the researchers took this research with a descriptive type of research and with a qualitative approach. The subjects of this study consisted of 2 students from class 4 of the blind group at SDLB Negeri Branjangan for the 2022/2023 academic year. The results of identification of dyscalculia in children with special needs in recognizing numbers are presented in the form of a description of each individual obtained from observation data, tests and interviews. The results of this study were that S1 subjects had dyscalculia on the characteristics of dyscalculia, namely visual motor associations and attention disorders, on the classification of dyscalculia, namely knowledge of numbers, on the types of dyscalculia, namely weak in planning and inability to do simple calculations. Whereas subject S2 has dyscalculia in the types of dyscalculia, namely weak in planning and inability to do simple calculations. Keywords: Children with Special Needs, Blind, Dyscalculia

Abstract

Let G be a connected and simple graph with vertex set V(G) and edge set E(G). For a graph G, we define k-labeling such that the edges of G are labeled with integers {1,2,3,....,k_e} and the vertices of G are labeled with even integers {0,2,4,....,2k_v}, where k=max{k_e, 2k_v}. If there is a different weight for all edges, then the labeling is called edge irregular reflexive k-labeling. The weight of edge xy, notated by wt(xy) is defined as a sum of label of x, label of xy, and label of y. The minimum k for which G has an edge irregular reflexive k-labeling is defined as reflexive edge strength of G, symbolized by res(G). In this research, we determined the reflexive edge strength of several Cartesian graphs, namely P_5xP_n, S_4xP_n, C_5xC_n, and F_3xP_n. Abstract

Learning difficulties are commonly found in students from the lowest level of education to higher education. In elementary school children, there are many learning difficulties, the causes of which are different for each individual. Dyscalculia is one of the learning problems in Mathematics. The purpose of this study is to determine dyscalculia in elementary school students in addition and subtraction material. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The subject of this research is first grade students of Keronegoro 01 Elementary School in the 2024/2025 school year as many as 2 students. The results of the research identify elementary school students obtained from observation, test, and interview data. The dyscalculia that occurs in A1 is pre-cognostic dyscalculia, intermediate dyscalculia, graphic dyscalculia, lexical dyscalculia, and qualitative dyscalculia. While the dyscalculia experienced by A2 is indiagnostic dyscalculia. Keywords: dyscalculia, addition and subtraction

Abstract

The stock price movements are important in the stock market because they provide information about company performance, market sentiment and other economic factors. This makes stock price movements important to monitored by investors, analysts and other market participants to make the right investment decisions when to buy or sell these stocks. The aims of the research is to predict the stock price of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk using the Auto Regressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) method. The ARIMA method is used to predict future values based on historical data. The data used is the stock price of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk from 3 July 2023 to 28 March 2024 that obtained from the Yahoo Finance website. There are four steps that will be used. First, explore the data to get a general description of the used data. Second, identify data stationarity. Third, identify the ARIMA model that will be used. Fourth, predict the stock price of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) for April 2024 period. The result is the most optimal model for predicting stoke prices of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) in the April 2024 period is ARIMA (1,1,1).

Abstract

Tahun 2022 luas hutan Indonesia sebesar 125,76 hektar atau 62,97% dari luas daratan Indonesia. Hutan memegang peranan penting bagi kahidupan manusia, salah satunya adalah hutan sebagai sumber air. Kebakaran hutan menjadi ancaman yang serius bagi keberlangsungan hutan di Inodonesia. Kebakaran hutan di Indonesia terjadi hampir setiap tahun dengan luas hutan yang terbakar setiap tahunnya berfluktuatif. Kebakaran hutan disebabkan akibat aktivitas manusia dalam pembukaan lahan, musim kemarau, atau faktor lainnya. Hutan yang rusak dapat berdampak kepada banyak hal, salah satunya yakni kodisi sumber air atau kondisi aliran sungai yang dapat ikut menurun secara kualitas atau kuantitasnya. Salah satu mitigasi bencana yang dapat dilakukan dalam fenomena kebakaran hutan adalah dengan melakukan analisis data dalam memodelkan prediksi luas kebakaran hutan di Indonesia. Metode prediksi yang dapat digunakan adalah analisis runtun waktu model ARIMA dan analisis regresi linier. Setelah dilakukan analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan (1) Model ARIMA (3,2,0) dan model regresi linier sederhana dengan variabel independen status el-nino, layak digunakan untuk memodelkan prediksi luas kebakaran hutan di Indonesia. (2) Variabel independen status elnino berpengaruh terhadap luas kebakaran hutan di Indonesia, dengan nilai korelasi ( R ) sebesar 0.462. (3) Tahun 2025 prediksi luas kebakaran hutan Indonesia untuk model ARIMA(3,2,0) adalah sebesar 0.457 juta hektar. (5) Untuk model regresi linier sederhana jika tahun 2025 terjadi el nino, luas kebakaran hutan Indonesia diprediksi sebesar 1.09 juta hektar. (6) Untuk model regresi linier sederhana jika tahun 2025 tidak terjadi el nino, luas kebakaran hutan Indonesia diprediksi sebesar 0.45 juta hektar.

Abstract

This study is important because of the many challenges faced by students in understanding word problems, especially those related to the concepts of LCM and GCF. Therefore, this study intends to examine students' mathematical disposition in solving word problems related to the concepts of Least Common Multiple (LCM) and Greatest Common Divisor (GCF). The research method used was a qualitative one, analyzing subjects in junior high school. This study was conducted in grade VII of junior high school MHI Bangsalsari. The instruments used include observation, problem study (questions), interviews, and documentation. We analyze the data using qualitative descriptions to solve word problems, utilizing Congklak as an educational tool. The research findings show that the congklak game serves as an excellent medium to increase students' interest in mathematics during the learning process. The implications of this research can help teachers in explaining topics by providing learning media that facilitate student understanding.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to increase awareness of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) among rubber cord workers who process motorcycle tire waste in Sukorejo Village, Bangsalsari Subdistrict, Jember Regency. This home-based industry poses high occupational risks, such as exposure to tire dust, fine particles, hazardous chemicals, and the potential for injuries from sharp tools. Low understanding and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) exacerbate the risks of respiratory issues, skin irritation, and cuts. The method used was an interactive 3-hour session, including lectures, participatory discussions, and demonstrations on proper PPE usage. Evaluation results showed a significant increase in workers' knowledge about specific workplace risks and the importance of PPE. Additionally, the workers demonstrated strong motivation to adopt safer, healthier, and more productive work practices on an ongoing basis. The impact of this activity is expected to reduce workplace accidents and work-related illnesses while enhancing productivity in the rubber rope processing home industry. Future recommendations include regular mentoring and the provision of affordable PPE to ensure the sustainability of OSH practices in the field.

Abstract

Knitting activities not only involve elements of manual skills and art but also contain patterns closely related to mathematical concepts, particularly geometric transformations such as reflection, rotation, translation, and dilation. Therefore, this study intends to explain how the activity of knitting visual-based motifs can help understand the concept of geometric transformation. The study used a qualitative descriptive approach. Two knowledgeable lecturers verified the instrument the researchers developed through interview instructions and observations. The study's results reveal that reflection is the most commonly utilized transformation in the knitting process. This reflection appears in the form of symmetrical patterns, both with respect to the vertical, horizontal, and diagonal axes. In addition to reflection, the resulting patterns also show rotation with a specific center point, shifts (translations) in the repeating motifs, and changes in size (dilation) in several parts of the design. Visual strategies used in designing motifs include dividing the plane into certain parts to arrange the pattern in a balanced manner, determining a reference point as the center of rotation or enlargement, and using a grid-like arrangement to maintain the regularity of the shape. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that knitting motifs is an activity that emphasizes aesthetic aspects and provides an in-depth learning experience regarding the concept of geometric transformation. We can use this activity as a fun, alternative, and meaningful medium to understand geometry in a real and contextual way.

Abstract

Indonesia akan melaksanakan pemilu pilpres pada tahu 2024 mendatang. Dimana pada tahun tersbebut masyarakat Indonesia akan menggunakan hak pilihnya dalam memilih Presiden dan Wakil Presiden secara langsung. Namun, ada kekhawatiran yang dialami oleh Pemerintah maupun KPU, yakni tingkat golput yang cukup tinggi. Golput adalah sikap untuk tidak mengunakan hak pilih dalam pemilu. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk melakukan peramalan data tingkat golput masyarakat. Hal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prediksi tingkat golput pada pemilu pilpres tahun 2024. Dengan harapan, bagi pihak terkait agar dapat menentukan kebijakan yang terbaik dalam mengatasi angka golput yang cukup tinggi, yakni mencapai 30% pada tahun 2014, dan 18.03% pada tahun 2019. Dalam peramalan data ini, akan digunakan 2 metode, yakni metode exponential smoothing dan metode moving average. Dari kedua metode tersebut, diperoleh hasil bahwa metode exponential smoothing lebih baik dibandingkan metode moving average dalam meramalkan tingkat golput pada pemilu pilpres tahun 2024 mendatang. Dimana model yang diperoleh adalah model single exponential smoothing (? = 0.9). Model ini memberikan nilai MSE sebesar 34.24, MAE sebesar 3.92, dan MAPE sebesar 35.76. Dengan peramalan tingkat golput pada pemilu pilpres tahun 2024 adalah sebesar 19.20%.
