Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the differences in student learning outcomes taught using the realistic mathematics approach (PMR) assisted by Obibul teaching aids and the learning outcomes of students taught using the direct learning model. The research method used is the experimental method, with a design namely pretest-posttest control group design. Sampling used a random sampling technique from 3 classes, namely classes VII.A, VII.B and VII.C, two classes were selected as samples with a total of 25 students as respondents for each class. Based on the results of the lottery drawing, class VII.B was selected as the experimental class which used a realistic mathematics approach (PMR) assisted by Obibul teaching aids while class VII.A was selected as the control class which used a direct learning model. The instrument used for research is in the form of a description/essay. Hypothesis testing uses the ANCOVA test which produces Fcount = 5.73, which is compared with the value of ????table = 3.94 so that ????0 is rejected. The results of this research concluded that there were differences in the learning outcomes of students who were taught using the realistic mathematics approach (PMR) assisted by Obibul teaching aids and the learning outcomes of students who were taught using the direct learning model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengembangan instrumen kemampuan penalaran matematis, dimana bertujuan menghasilkan instrumen untuk mengukur kemampuan penalaran matematis pada peserta didik yang memiliki kualitas kategori baik yang sudah diuji berdasarkan uji kevalidan, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran serta daya pembeda. Dengan jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian “formative research tessmer and development“ dimana terdiri atas; tahap preliminary, tahap self evaluation, tahap formative evaluation (prototyping) yang meliputi expert riviews, one-to-one, dan small group, serta field test (uji coba lapangan). Berdasarkan hasil yang didapat menunjukan jika instrumen yang dihasilkan sudah “valid” karena memiliki nilai CVR dan CVI dengan nilai 1 dengan reliabilitas tergolong reliabel dengan nilai 0,68. Hasil rata-rata tingkat kesukaran 0,52 dengan kategori sedang. Hasil rata-rata daya pembeda adalah sebesar 0,38 dengan kategori baik. Serta rata-rata kemampuan penalaran matematis peserta didik sebesar 33,61 dengan kategori cukup. Berdasarkan analisis data, dari 85 peserta didik ubjek uji coba terdapat 6 peserta didik (7,06%) yang memiliki kemampuan penalaran matematis sangat baik, 28 peserta didik (32,94%) yang memiliki kemampuan penalaran matematis baik, 36 peserta didik (42,35%) yang memiliki kemampuan penalaran matematis cukup, 14 peserta didik (16,47%) yang memiliki kemampuan penalaran matematis kurang, serta 1 peserta didik (1,18%) yang memiliki kemampuan penalaran matematis sangat kurang. Sehingga masih sangat dibutuhkan usaha lebih lanjut guru agar bisa memberikan tes-tes yang dapat memacu kemampuan penalaran matematis.

Abstract

Kemampuan siswa dalam bidang matematika masih terbilang rendah dalam hal aktivitas komunikasi matematis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa pada materi sistem persamaan linear dua variabel dengan menggunakan indikator kemampuan komunikasi. Penelitian menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Untuk menganalisis kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa diukur menggunakan angket yang subjek penelitiannya adalah siswa kelas VIII yang berjumlah 50 siswa. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa analisis kemampuan komunikasi matematis siswa kelas VIII tergolong dalam kategori baik pada materi sistem persamaan linear dua variable

Abstract

PPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) berbasis Pendekatan Saintifik pada materi Sistem Persamaan Linear Tiga Variabel di kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Bonepantai.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menarik minat belajar peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode R&D dengan model ADDIE yang meliputi tahap: (1) Analisis (analysis), (2) Perancangan (Design), (3) Pengembangan (Development), (4) Implementasi (Implementation), dan (5) Evaluasi (Evaluation). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu lembar validasi ahli media, lembar validasi ahli materi, lembar penilaian guru dan lembar respon peserta didik. Hasil uji validasi ahli media dan ahli materi sebesar 92% dan 82% dengan kriteria “Sangat Valid”. Kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran diperoleh dari hasil penilaian guru dan respon peserta didik. Hasil penilaian guru 81% dengan kriteria “Sangat Praktis”, hasil respon peserta didik 96% kriteria “Sangat Praktis”. Sehingga perangkat pembelajaran ini layak digunakan di kelas. This research aims to create Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on a Scientific Approach on the Three Variable Linear Equation System material in grade X of SMA Negeri 1 Bonepantai.This research was conducted to attract students' interest in learning. This research implemented the R&D method with the ADDIE model in the following stages: (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. It also utilized instruments of validation sheets from media and material experts, teacher assessment sheets, and student response sheets. The analysis found that the validation test results of media and material experts were 92% and 82% with “Very Valid” criteria. Likewise, the result of the feasibility of learning tools can be seen from the teacher assessment (81%)with “Very Pratical”  and student responses (96%) with “Very Pratical” criteria. In conclusion, the learning tool developed is suitable for classroom use.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbantuan media canva pada materi bentuk aljabar. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang diberikan terhadap 15 orang siswa kelas VII-A di MTs Al Mabrur Bone Raya sebagai subjek penelitian. Penelitian terlaksana sebanyak dua siklus dengan mengikuti tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui instrumen lembar observasi dan tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa melalui pembelajaran problem based learning berbantuan media canva. Hal ini diperoleh sesudah diterapkan tindakan lanjutan untuk perbaikan proses belajar mengajar pada siklus II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan observasi seluruh aktivitas guru dalam mengelola pembelajaran memperoleh minimal aspek baik dan sangat baik, observasi seluruh aktivitas siswa memperoleh minimal aspek baik dan sangat baik, dan hasil belajar matematika siswa juga memperoleh peningkatan sebesar 30% menjadi 86,67% siswa yang mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal pada materi bentuk aljabar.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to produce valid and practical student worksheets. This research was developed through the 4-D development model updated to 3-D define, design, and development.The results of the development obtained a student worksheet with realistic mathematic education characters on the material of a system of linear equations of two variables declared valid and feasible field trials based on the assessment of material experts and design experts. In expert validation, the product received a score of 85.18% from material experts and a score of 88.86% from media experts. In the assessment test to the teacher and 98.21% of the trial to students 96.47%. The students' worksheet through this trial received a very good response with very practical criteria and showed the interest of students in using LKPD during learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether using the discovery learning model can improve mathematical problem-solving skills on SPLDV material. In the 2024/2025 school year, class action research was carried out at MTs. Nurul Bahri Kabila Bone. The research subjects were VIII-1 class students with a total of 18 people. The instruments used are teacher and student activity sheets and math problem solving ability test questions. This research was conducted in two cycles with four elements namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The learning results of cycle 1 showed the analysis of teaching teacher activities of 78.94%, the results of the analysis of student activities of 70.59%, and the results of the analysis of mathematical problem-solving ability of 69.09%. The data has not met the specified success indicator of 80%. In cycle 2, the results of the analysis of teaching teacher activities were 94.73%, the analysis of student activities reached 91.17%, and the results of the analysis of students' ability to solve math problems were 94.73%. So obtained cycle 2 has reached the specified success indicator of 80%. The results showed that students of class VIII-1 MTs. Nurul Bahri Kabila Bone were able to solve math problems better using the discovery learning model, which gradually increased in each cycle.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using the Problem Based Learning Model on students’ mathematical problem-solving ability, which is higher than using a direct learning model on Social Arithmetic topics. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Limboto with the experimental method involving 2 classes as the experimental class and the control class with the number of students in each class, namely 20 students as the research sample selected using cluster random sampling technique. The research design used was a pretest-posttest control group design and the data collection technique used was giving a problem-solving ability test in the form of an essay. Inferential analysis in this study using the ANCOVA test. The results of this study indicate that the mathematical problem-solving ability of students who are taught using the Problem Based Learning Model is higher than the mathematical problem-solving abilities of students who are taught using the Direct Learning Model on Social Arithmetic material.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the problem-based learning model on students' mathematical problem-solving abilities in the social arithmetic materialThis study is an experimental study with a post-test only control group design. The sample in this study was class VII-A and VII-B at MTs Negeri 2 Kab. Gorontalo with a simple random sampling technique. The research instrument used was a problem-solving ability test on the Social Arithmetic material. The results of the study showed that there was an effect of problem-based learning on students' mathematical problem-solving abilities in the social arithmetic material, where the hypothesis testing using the t-test obtained a t-count value > t-table, namely 10.73 > 1.69. So it can be concluded that learning mathematics on the subject of social arithmetic using the problem-based learning model has a significant effect on improving students' mathematical problem-solving abilities compared to those using direct learning. So from what has been obtained, teachers can use the problem-based learning model as an effort to improve students' mathematical problem-solving abilities.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of electronic worksheets based on live worksheets on student learning outcomes in the material of systems of linear inequalities with two variables. This research is an experimental study with research subjects classified into two groups: X-Gusdur class as the experimental group and X-ir. Soekarno, as the control group with the population, is SMA Negeri 1 Momunu, using a pre-test and post-test control group research design. Data collection techniques were test instruments based on indicators after the learning process. Pre-tests and post-tests were used to measure student learning outcomes. Data processing used descriptive analysis, showing that the average student learning outcomes in the experimental class were higher than in the control class. The results of the inferential analysis showed that both data were normally distributed and homogeneous; thus, the covariance analysis (ANACOVA) was continued, and results were obtained where Ho was rejected and H₁ was confirmed.From the descriptive analysis, it can be seen that the average learning outcome score in the experimental group was 79.96, which was significantly higher than the average score in the control group, which only reached 69.19. Likewise, the results of hypothesis testing using the ANACOVA test also showed more favorable results for the experimental group with 𝛼 = 0.05 obtained by FcountFtable (12.024.04). Therefore, the research findings in heate that student learning outcomes are higher after being taught using ce on live worksheets than printed worksheets.
