Abstract

ABSTRAK Kecemasan pada kehamilan merupakan reaksi emosional yang terjadi pada ibu hamilterkait dengan kekhawatiran ibu dengan kesejahteraan diri dan janinnya, keberlangsungankehamilan, persalinan, masa setelah persalinan dan ketika telah berperan menjadi ibu. Terapimusik dapat mengurangi kecemasan pasien dan stres, meringankan rasa sakitnya, memodifikasisejumlah parameter fisiologis dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup dalam pengobatan klinis.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh terapi musik terhadap kecemasan pada ibuhamil. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review dengan memasukkan kata kunciberupa "anxiety", "pregnant", "music therapy", dan "woman" pada database ebsco dari tahun2010 - 2020. Jumlah artikel yang muncul adalah sebanyak 58 temuan, lalu dipersempit denganmenerapkan kriteria inklusi yaitu Randomized Controlled Trial dan full text article, sehingga menjadi 12 artikel dan diambil 5 artikel yang sesuai kriteria. Hasil literatur didapatkan beberapa intervensi terapi musik pada ibu hamil dengan kondisi fertilisasi in vitro-transfer embrio, operasi caesar, ibu pada kehamilan trimester, ibu hamil yang sedang melakukan trans vaginal ultrasound serta ibu hamil yang sedang dirawat. Jenis musik yang digunakan adalah musik biola dan viola concerto karya Bach, Martini dan Mozart, musik bertempo pelan, musik Tao-lyre, musik dengan suara alam. Berdasarkan hasil literatur yang telah ditelaah, kelima artikel tersebut menyebutkan bahwa terapi musik terbukti dapat menurunkan tingkat kecemasan pada ibu hamil. Kata Kunci: Terapi Musik, Kecemasan, Ibu Hamil  ABSTRACT Anxiety in pregnancy is an emotional reaction that occurs in pregnant women related to the mother's concern for the welfare of herself and her fetus, the continuity of pregnancy, childbirth, the period after childbirth and when she has played the role of being a mother. Music therapy can reduce patient anxiety and stress, relieve pain, modify a number of physiological parameters and improve quality of life in clinical medicine. This study aims to determine the effect of music therapy on anxiety in pregnant women. This study used the literature review method by including the keywords "anxiety", "pregnant", "music therapy", and "woman" in the ebsco database from 2010 - 2020. The number of articles that appeared was 58 findings, then narrowed by applying the inclusion criteria, namely Randomized Controlled Trial and full text articles, so that there were 12 articles and 5 articles that met the criteria were taken. The results of the literature found several music therapy interventions in pregnant women with conditions of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer, caesarean section, women in trimesters of pregnancy, pregnant women who are doing trans vaginal ultrasound and pregnant women who are being treated. The types of music used are violin and viola concerto by Bach, Martini and Mozart, slow tempo music, Tao-lyre music, music with natural sounds. Based on the results of the literature that has been reviewed, the five articles state that music therapy is proven to reduce anxiety levels in pregnant women Keyword: Music Therapy, Anxiety, Pregnant Women

Abstract

ABSTRAK Remaja merupakan usia yang sudah mulai berkembang kematangan seksualnya, dan memerlukan   pengarahan dan pengawasan yang baik  dari orang tua mengenai kesehatan reproduksi,  khususnya tentang akibat – akibat perilaku seks pranikah maka mereka sulit mengendalikan rangsangan - rangsangan dan banyak kesempatan seksual pornografi melalui media massa yang membuat remaja melakukan perilaku seksual secara bebas tanpa mengetahui resiko -resiko yang dapat terjadi seperti kehamilan yang tidak dinginkan  dan infeksi seksual.Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan  penegetahuan  siswa dan siswi khususnya di SMKS Pasundan Jatinangor  tentang seks edukation.  Metode yang dipergunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyuluhan dengan tatap muka. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah adanya peningkatan yaitu 48,1 point . Kesimpulan Adanya peningkatan pengetahuan  siswa/siswi SMKS Pasundann tentang seks edukation , sehingga diharapkan , para remaja terhindar dari dampak seks bebas dan memahami dampak dari seks bebas sehingga dapat hidup dengan sehat  dan mengikuti pendidikan dengan semangat. Kata Kunci:  Remaja, Seks, Seks Education ABSTRACT Adolescents are an age that has begun to develop sexual maturity, and requires good guidance and supervision from parents regarding reproductive health, especially regarding the consequences of premarital sexual behavior, so it is difficult for them to control sexual stimulation and many pornographic opportunities through the mass media that make teenagers carry out sexual behavior freely without knowing the risks that can occur, such as unwanted pregnancy and sexual infections. This activity aims to help increase the knowledge of students and girls, especially at Pasundan Jatinangor Vocational School, about sex education. The method used in this activity is face-to-face counseling. The result of this activity was an increase of 48.1 points. Conclusion: There is an increase in the knowledge of Pasundann Vocational School students about sex education, so it is hoped that teenagers will avoid the impacts of free sex and understand the impacts of free sex so they can live healthily and participate in education with enthusiasm. Keywords: Teenagers, Sex, Sex Education.ave

Abstract

Abstrak Halusinasi termasuk gejala yang paling sering muncul pada pasien dengan gangguan jiwa. Seseorang dengan halusinasi sering kali menunjukkan perilaku agresif seperti marah, merasa tertekan, tidak dapat melakukan aktivitas dasar sehari-hari, menarik diri dari lingkungan bahkan resiko terjadinya bunuh diri. Intervensi keperawatan terhadap pasien tidak selalu mengandalkan secara farmakologi namun diberikan secara non- farmakologi yaitu melalui pendekatan religius atau keagamaan yang dikenal sebagai psikoreligius. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian tesebut yaitu untuk melihat jenis terapi psikoreligus yang diterapkan pada pasien halusinasi. Studi literatur ini menggunakan desain berupa narrative review dengan menggunakan databased PubMed dan search engine google schoolar proses seleksi artikel dengan menggunakan diagram PRISMA flowchart sehingga ditemukan 8 artikel yang relevan. Hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa terapi psikoreligius berpengaruh terhadap pasien dengan gangguan persepsi sensori: halusinasi. Terdapat berbagai cara dalam terapi psikoreligius yang digunakan dalam mengontrol gangguan persepsi sensori: halusinasi, yaitu dengan dzikir, dzikir dengan lima jari, membaca surat al-fatihah, dan membaca kitab suci Al-Qur’an. Kata Kunci:Pasien, Halusinasi, Terapi Psikoreligius

Abstract

The increasing free sex culture among students began to threaten the future of the Indonesian nation. Even free sex behavior is increasing from year to year. The data collected by the Director of Youth and Protection of Reproductive Rights of the National Family Planning Coordinating Board (BKKBN), Masri Muadz, shows that the case shows an increasingly saddle for us. The goal to be achieved in this research is to identify the knowledge, attitudes and actions of respondents about free Sex Behavior in adolescents in SMA Negri 2 Leles. This research uses descriptive research design. Descriptive is a research method that is done with the main purpose to create a description or description of a situation objectively (Notoatmodjo, 2005). Where this research to know the description of sexual behavior of adolescent in SMA Negri 2 Leles. The sample used is 100 respondents consisting of grade 1, class 2, and grade 3 with inclusion criteria registered as a student of SMA Negri 2 Leles. Instruments used in the form of questionnaires knowledge, attitudes and actions of students related to free sex behavior in adolescents. The questionnaire was modified again by researchers from previous researchers.Conclusions from the study: Free sex is a sexual relationship conducted with people based on likes like, ranging from kissing (kiss the forehead, cheeks, and lips) to stimulate the holding of the genitals and sexual intercourse. Teenagers have free sex because of internal and external factors. The various reasons and factors of teenagers to have free sex are teenagers have a wrong view of the meaning of love, easy to get emotion and persuasion couples or peers based on the mistaken love, so it is easy to have free sex. Besides that the influence of social media about sex that smells porn easy and easily accessed flowing freely. The teenagers are now not only in the city even in the village has experienced a shift in value that is quite worrying about sex and romance, many teenagers who do not understand about the problem of sex and adolescent love today. Keywords: Behavior, Free Sex, Adolescent

Abstract

Bunuh diri diartikan sebagai tindakan secara sengaja untuk mengakhiri kehidupannya sendiri. Bunuh diri dapat terjadi di setiap rentang usia dan menjadi yang menyebabkan kematian  kedua terbesar,  pada anak usia 15-29 tahun secara global pada tahun 2019. Tragedi bunuh diri dapat memengaruhi dan berefek jangka panjang pada orang-orang yang ditinggalkan serta berimbas kepada keluarga, komunitas, dan seluruh negara. Studi pustaka ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui intervensi yang dapat dilakukan sebagai upaya pencegahan bunuh diri pada remaja. analisis literatur yang digunakan  adalah Scoping review, pencarian artikel penelitian menggunakan tiga database google scholar,Pubmed dan EBSCO dari  tahun 2015-2020 ,dengan perolehan 189 artikel sesuai kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Setelah dilakukan screening judul, abstrak dan kriteria inklusi dipilih 7 artikel yang sesuai. Ke tujuh artikel diambil dengan rincian 4 artikel berbahasa Inggris dan 3 artikel berbahasa indonesia. Artikel tersebut berasal dari berbagai database, 4 artikel dari google scholar, 2 artikel dari Pubmed dan 1 artikel dari EBSCO Dalam artikel tersebut ditemukan 7 intervensi yang dapat dilakukan pada remaja dengan resiko bunuh diri yaitu MFHA, Teen Mental Health First Aid, Pelatihan Rise and Shine, program SPIRIT, program training non-mental health professional, terapi suportif dan program SAFETY . Intervensi yang dapat dilakukan untuk mencegah bunuh diri pada remaja, antara lain Mental Health First Aid, pelatihan teen Mental Health First Aid, Program SPIRIT (Suicide Prevention and Implementation Research Initiative), Rise and Shine sebagai bentuk psikoedukasi, pelatihan non-mental health professionals, terapi suportif dan program SAFETY. Penelitian ini sebagai masukan bagi institusi –institusi baik  pendidikan ataupun non  kependidikan  dalam mencegah terjadinya bunuhdiri.

Abstract

Abstrak: COVID-19 merupakan penyakit menular yang disebabkan oleh jenis virus corona yang muncul di Wuhan, Tiongkok pada bulan Desember 2019, kemudian menyebar ke banyak negara di seluruh dunia. Begitu juga di Indonesia dan Jawa Barat penyebarannya sampai kepelosok daerah terpencil. Kondisi tersebut sangat berdampak terhadap gangguan kesehatan mental. Melihat permasalahan kesehatan mental dalam konteks situasi pandemi COVID-19, maka perlu upaya untuk mengatasi situasi global mengatasi masalah yang timbul. Karena masalah kesehatan mental akibat  Pandemi COVID-19 dapat mempengaruhi terhadap  individu, keluarga dan masyarakat. Masalah  psikososial  yang sering terjadi yaitu kecemasan  harga diri rendah, isolasi sosial, keputusasaan, stress sampai bunuh diri,  baik yang di sadari maupun tidak. Tujuan dari Pengabdian ini masyarakat diharapkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang dampak serta cara mengatasi masalah kesehatan jiwa dan psikososial akibat COVID-19. Metode yang digunakan adalah  edukasi dengan webinar, populasinya adalah masyarakat sebagai mitra KKN.  Hasil kegiatan setelah dilakukan edukasi tentang dampak serta cara mengatasi masalah kesehatan jiwa dan psikososial akibat COVID-19 adalah rata-rata nilai pengetahuan peserta sebelum dilakukan edukasi sebesar 70 point dan setelah dilakukan edukasi menjadi 95 point. Ada peningkatan rata-rata nilai pengetahuan sebesar 25 point. Kesimpulannya setelah dilakukan edukasi ada peningkatan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang dampak serta cara mengatasi masalah kesehatan jiwa dan psikososial akibat COVID-19.Abstract: COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by a type of corona virus that appeared in Wuhan, China in December 2019, then spread to many countries around the world. Likewise in Indonesia and West Java it spreads to remote areas. This condition greatly affects mental health disorders. Seeing mental health problems in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic situation, efforts are needed to overcome the global situation to overcome the problems that arise. Because mental health problems due to the COVID-19 Pandemic can impact individuals, families and communities. Psychosocial problems that often occur are anxiety, low self-esteem, social isolation, hopelessness, stress to suicide, both consciously and unconsciously. The purpose of this community service is to increase public knowledge about the impacts and ways to deal with mental health and psychosocial problems due to COVID-19. The method used is education with webinars, the population is the community as KKN partners. The results of the activity after education about the impact and ways to deal with mental health and psychosocial problems due to COVID-19 are that the average participant knowledge before education is 70 points and after education is 95 points. There is an average increase in the value of knowledge by 25 points. In conclusion, after education has been carried out, there is an increase in public knowledge about the impacts and ways to deal with mental health and psychosocial problems due to COVID-19.

Abstract

Aggressive behavior among peers is currently gaining renewed attention within educational institutions. Peers exerting negative pressure can influence deviant behavior, one of which is bullying. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between peer pressure and the incidence of bullying among adolescents at SMP X. This study employed a quantitative correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. The study population comprised all adolescents at SMP X, totaling 1.047 individuals. The sample was drawn using the Slovin formula with the proportionate stratified random sampling technique, resulting in a minimum sample size of 289 individuals. Data collection utilized the peer pressure inventory and the adolescent peer relations instrument questionnaires, which were then analyzed using the Spearman rank test with the SPSS application. The results indicated that the incidence of bullying among adolescents was in the high category (54%), with a similarly high level of peer pressure (53%). Furthermore, there was a relationship between peer pressure and bullying incidence among adolescents (p=0.000) with a positive direction and a weak correlation between the variables (r=0.285). The incidence of bullying among adolescents in the school environment was influenced by peer factors. New strategies from various parties were expected to be developed to prevent bullying among adolescents.

Abstract

Children with Special Needs (CSN) have the right to receive inclusive education with teachers as an important factor and the center of the entire education structure. The results of data collection through Focused Group Discussion with Special Education Teachers (SET) in Pangandaran Regency on 27th October 2022, showed that SET sometimes feel anxious about the behaviors shown by CSN at school, such as eating and drinking indiscriminately from items around them that can threaten children's health. And also feel burdened by the hopes of parents who want their child to recover completely after attending special school. Objective: The purpose of this study is to identify the relationship between mental workload and the level of stress of SLTs in Pangandaran Regency. Method: The method in this study is descriptive correlational with a cross-sectional approach. Primary data were collected using the NASA-TLX questionnaire and the SET Stress Level Questionnaire. There were 82 teachers as respondents using a total sampling technique. Result: Data was collected online through a questionnaire distributed to all special education teachers in Pangandaran Regency. The data was processed statistically using the Spearman Rank test which showed a significance of 0.011 (P value <0.05) with a correlation coefficient value of 0.280 which indicated that the strength of the correlation was sufficient (moderate) with a positive correlation direction. Conclusion: It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between mental workload and the stress level of special school teachers in Pangandaran Regency.

Abstract

The high number of deaths or disabilities due to accidents is caused by delays in handling victims and errors in providing first aid by helpers. The Youth Red Cross, as a school health cadre, has various responsibilitys, one of which is providing first aid during accidents. Objective: the study imed to determine the knowledge of youth red cross members about first aid in traffic accidents in Pangandaran. Method: This study used descriptive quantitative research methods with a cross-sectional approach. The sample of this research is all members of RCY from senior high school 1 Parigi class X and XI, totally 76 peoples. The sampling method employed was saturated sampling. The instrument used to measure knowledge of first aid in traffic accidents was developed by the researchers and validated, with all question items proving valid and reliable (Cronbach's Alpha = 0.772). Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire administered through Google Forms. The data analysis technique employed was categorical univariate analysis. Results: The results showed that 63.2% of respondents had good knowledge, 35.5% had sufficient knowledge, and only 1.3% had poor knowledge. Conclusions: These findings suggest that the knowledge levels are influenced by the training provided by the RCY coach and the availability of a guidebook on the material.
