Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pengaruh budaya kerja dan iklim kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Korin Technomic Cirebon. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 74 karyawan di PT Korin Technomic. Data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS Statistic Versi 23. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah divalidasi dan direliabilitasi oleh pihak sesuai kriteria pada sampel yang diteliti. Metode analisis data mencakup analisis deskriptif, analisis korelasi, serta uji hipotesis regresi linear berganda. Hasil dari riset didapatkan, budaya kerja secara individu berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, begitu pula dengan iklim kerja. Secara keseluruhan, budaya kerja dan iklim kerja bersma-sama memberikan dampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Keywords: budaya kerja, iklim kerja, kinerja karyawan Abstract: This study analyzes the effects of work culture and work climate on employee performance at PT Korin Technomic Cirebon. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 74 employees at PT Korin Technomic. The data were analyzed using SPSS Statistics Version 23. The method of data collection utilized validated and reliable questionnaires as per the criteria set by the relevant parties for the sample under study. Data analysis methods included descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple linear regression hypothesis testing. The research findings indicated that individual work culture had a positive and significant impact on employee performance, as did the work climate. Overall, both work culture and work climate together had a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Keywords: work culture, work climate, employee performance
