Abstract

Five-day prayer is a service that must be done in any condition and situation. Worship required by Allah SWT on the people of the Prophet Muhammad, one of which is prayer worship. The law of prayer is obligatory in the sense that is addressed to every person who is subject to the burden of law (mukallaf) and does not escape the obligation of someone to pray except if he has done it himself according to his provisions and cannot be represented, because what God wants in that action itself as a sign of obedience to God. Prayer is an obligation for Muslims, therefore we must know when the time of entry and passing of prayer times must be known carefully and well, not until the time of entering prayer has done it, consequently the prayer will be in vain without merit can even be done illegally. Because one of the requirements for the validity of prayer is to perform the prayer at the appointed time. Saadoe'ddin Djambek is one of the birth experts born in Bukittinggi (29 Rabi'ul Awal 1329 H or March 24, 1911 AD). An expert on rukyat reckoning, commonly called Datuk Sampono Radjo, is the son of a great ulama from Minangkabau, namely Sheikh Muhammad Djamil Djambek. Saadoe'ddin was born from a large family of Djambek who were educated, Islamic, respected and respected by the wider community of his day. The thought of Saadoe'ddin Djambek is a combination of reckoning experts and astronomers. In addition, his thoughts also tended to attempt to integrate the interpretations of scholars with astronomical theories in understanding passages relating to the initial provisions of prayer times. If most experts equate the prayer time with the extreme climate with the closest area that isstill identified during prayer times, Saadoe'ddin still adheres to the fact that the prayer times of an area cannot follow other regions because of differentlatitude. Judging from jurisprudence, pengqiyasan Saadoe'ddin Djambek above did not find a specific prayer time with the condition that people fall asleep or fainted was not right, because in reality they were in a state of being aware and aware of the natural state of their area. The author in this case tends to the opinion of T. Djamaluddin, that in fact for certain unidentified prayer time schedules, better and more certain use local normal time, before and after extreme time using the clock, so that the rhythm of prayer times will be regular and not difficult because it does not intersect with real phenomena in the area. The prayer time schedule also uses local latitude data and local time.

Abstract

Work motivation is an encouragement to increase the individual efforts of employees in doing their work in order to achieve organizational goals. With the motivation of work makes employees more passionate in carrying out their work. The higher the motivation given, the higher the performance of employees in a company. This study aims to find out how strong the relationship between work motivation and work environment and employee performance at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kebumen. The sample in this study amounted to 24 people taken from the total number of employee population at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kebumen. This study used primary data by distributing questionnaires sourced from employees at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kebumen. Secondary data sourced from documents. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple creation analysis processed using IMB SPSS Statistic 25. From the results of data processing analysis shows that there is a positive and direct relationship between work motivation and work environment with employee performance, but the closeness of relationships in this study is low at 0.288. Looking at the guidelines for relationship density, this study was in the number 0.20 – 0.399. This means that if the work motivation and work environment improves, the performance of employees at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Kebumen increases.

Abstract

Marriage is a momentum that is very important for the journey of human life. Besides bringing the bride and groom to a different realm, marriage will also automatically change the status of both. After the marriage, both parties will receive heavy burdens and responsibilities according to their respective nature. Responsibilities and burdens are not something that is easily implemented, so they must assume these responsibilities and carry them out. Marriage must be based on the agreement of the bride and groom. If the prospective husband has not reached the age of 19 years and the prospective wife has not yet reached the age of 16 want to get married must get a marriage dispensation from the Religious Court. Requests for marriage dispensation for those who have not yet reached the age of 19 years and 16 years, the prospective husband and wife are submitted by both male and female parents to the Religious Courts in the area of ​​their residence. The Religious Court, after examining the trial and believes that there are things that are possible to provide the dispensation, the Religious Court provides marriage dispensation with a determination.

Abstract

Prayer is an obligation for Muslims, therefore we must know when the time of entry and passage of prayer times must be known carefully and well, not until the time of entering prayer has done it, as a result the prayer will be in vain without reward. Because one of the requirements for the validity of prayer is to pray at the appointed time. The prayer service has been arranged in the verses of qauliyah, the Qur'an and explained also in the hadith of the Prophet. While the signs of that time are based on natural changes that occur (the verses of His qauniyah) in the form of the sun, moon, stars, occurring day and night and other celestial bodies. With the presence of these signs so that people think with His authority and give thanks for the blessings He gives by worshiping. Determining prayer times in a normal area is very easy to do, namely by knowing the matarari position and its changes. Dhuhr prayer starts from the sun slipping until the shadows are all the same or twice the length. Asr prayer starts from the shadow of something of the same length or shadow twice the length until the sun turns yellow. Maghrib prayer starts from the sunset until the loss of mega red. Isha prayer when the sun is 18 ° below the horizon. Fajr prayer when the sun is located 20 ° below the horizon. As for prayer in the polar regions or abnormal areas, namely: 1). The science of fiqh teaches that in such circumstances the person concerned, after waking up or regaining consciousness, is obliged to immediately carry out the evening prayer, after which the morning prayer will take place. 2). Prayer times in areas with latitude exceeding 45 ° North and South can use areas that have only 45 ° latitude and their longitude does not change. 3). For areas that do not experience loss of red mega, then to determine Isha and Subuh time based on the previous (season) time which can distinguish mega red when Maghrib and mega red during Fajr.
