Abstract

Penerapan Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) merupakan konsep rehabilitasi struktur jalan, dengan mengoptimalkan penggunaan kembali material lama menjadi material perkerasan baru. Nilai pori merupakan persentase perbandingan rongga pada campuran perkerasan dimana nilai pori ini sebagai penentu dari tingkat kekedapan campuran pada perkerasan. Apabila nilai pori ini mengalami peningkatan besar, maka rongga dalam campuran semakin kurang kedap terhadap air dan udara sehingga campuran perkerasan lebih mudah mengalami oksidasi dan lebih mudah diresapi oleh air sehingga lapisan perkerasan akan cepat mengalami kerusakan. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan bahan dari Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement untuk lapisan Hot Rolled Sheet (HRS) dengan memanfaatkan bahan tambah berupa material limbah styrofoam. Styrofoam memiliki sifat yang sama dengan aspal yaitu thermoplastik yang menjadi salah satu alasan dijadikan bahan tambah. Dari hasil pengujian KAO dibuat dengan variasi nilai 6,2%; 6,7%; 7,2%; 7,7%; 8,2% dan didapat nilai kadar aspal optimum sebesar 7,24%. Dari kadar aspal optimum yang didapatkan dilanjutkan dengan menambahkan styrofoam sebagai bahan tambah yaitu sebesar 6%, 12%, 18% dan 24% terhadap berat aspal optimum. Dari hasil yang didapatkan seiring dengan besarnya persentase penambahan Styrofoam membuat nilai pori pada lapis perkerasan semakin menurun yaitu pada penambahan 6% nilai porinya sebesar 8,39%; pada penambahan 12% nilai porinya sebesar 7,37%; pada penambahan 18% nilai pori yang didapatkan sebesar 4,57% dan pada penambahan 24% nilai pori yang didapatkan sebesar 3,83%. Hal ini disebabkan karena rongga antar butiran masih cukup besar sehingga styrofoam yang ditambahkan masih cukup mudah untuk masuk kedalam rongga-rongga campuran dan campuran menjadi semakin rapat. Sehingga campuran perkerasan akan semakin kedap. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan material Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) yang ditambah dengan styrofoam pada lapisan perkerasan Hot Rolled Sheet memiliki nilai pori semakin kecil sehingga campuran akan semakin kedap terhadap air dan udara.

Abstract

Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru Regional General Hospital is a health service facility that has the task and function of providing individual health services, referral centers, district / city hospitals in Riau Province. The Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital Pekanbaru is also a place of education for students of the Faculty of Medicine, Riau University and other health education institutions. Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru Regional General Hospital which provides vehicle parking facilities is expected to accommodate visitors who use the parking facilities. This study was conducted to determine parking accumulation, parking duration, parking capacity, parking index and parking demand factors. This research was conducted through a direct survey at the Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital Pekanbaru. By measuring the area of ​​the parking area and counting the entry and exit of four-wheeled vehicles. The survey was carried out for 1 day, namely Monday 27 June 2022. Data were taken from 07.00 – 18.59 WIB using a method based on the maximum difference between entering and leaving a vehicle. Also can use the method of maximum accumulation of intervals. The results of the evaluation during the study found that the parking capacity of four-wheeled vehicles was not sufficient to accommodate vehicles using the parking lot. The maximum parking accumulation rate is 64 vehicles with a total accumulation of 615, a duration of 1 hour, a parking capacity of 52 vehicles/hour, a parking index of 128.28%, and a parking need factor of 511 plots with an area of ​​5226.5 m2. Based on the results of the survey and calculations, it can be stated that the parking area for four wheels at the Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital Pekanbaru cannot accommodate parked vehicles. Abstrak RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru adalah fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang memiliki tugas dan fungsi memberikan pelayanan Kesehatan perorangan, pusat rujukan, Pembina Rumah Sakit Kabupaten /Kota se Provinsi Riau. RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru juga menjadi tempat pendidikan mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Riau dan institusi pendidikan kesehatan lainnya. RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru yang menyediakan sarana tempat parkir kendaraan diharapkan dapat menampung pengunjung yang menggunakan fasilitas parkir tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui akumulasi parkir, durasi parkir, kapasitas parkir, indeks parkir dan faktor kebutuhan parkir. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui survey secara langsung di RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru. Dengan mengukur luas area parkir dan menghitung masuk – keluar kendaraan roda empat. Survey dilaksanakan selama 1 hari, yaitu hari senin tanggal 27 Juni 2022. Data diambil dari pukul 07.00 – 18.59 WIB menggunakan metode berdasarkan selisih maksimum antara masuk dan keluar suatu kendaraan. Juga dapat menggunakan metode akumulasi maksimum dari interval. Hasil evaluasi selama penelitian didapat bahwa kapasitas parkir kendaraan roda empat tidak cukup untuk menampung kendaraan yang menggunakan lahan parkir. Angka akumulasi parkir maksimal sebanyak 64 kendaraan dengan total akumulasi sebanyak 615, durasi 1 jam, kapasitas parkir 52 kend/jam, indeks parkir sebesar 128,28 %, dan faktor kebutuhan parkir sebanyak 511 petak dengan luas 5226,5 m2. Berdasarkan hasil survey dan perhitungan dapat dinyatakan bahwa lahan parkir untuk roda empat di RSUD Arifin Achmad Pekanbaru tidak dapat menampung kendaraan yang parkir.

Abstract

Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement (RAP) is the residual waste generated from the dredging of damaged road pavements. Usually this RAP material is thrown away so it is rarely reused. In fact, RAP material that has become waste and is no longer used can be used as an added ingredient in the manufacture of new asphalt concrete with rejuvenator. This study aims to determine the durability value of reclaimed asphalt pavement with the use of buton granular asphalt (BGA) as a rejuvenating agent in the gradation of the Laston mixture (AC-WC) against the IRS value. The first testing stage is to test the characteristics of the reclaimed asphalt pavement material and then continue with the marshall test. The optimum asphalt content value obtained after testing is at 5,28% of the total aggregate. The reference used in testing the characteristics of Marshall and IRS is the specification of Bina Marga in 2018 revision 2. The results of the IRS test using the optimum asphalt content of 5,28% with the addition of BGA show that along with the increase in the level of BGA in the AC-WC mixture by using RAP, the ability of the mixture to withstand the load increases and the flexibility of the mixture decreases, so that the asphalt's durability increases, represented by the IRS test of 30 minutes and 24 hours which shows the durability value with 0% BGA content, the value is 112,70%, with the addition of BGA 1% obtained a value of 118,87%, BGA 2% 121,50% and with the addition of 3% BGA content which was 125,11% in the Laston mixture (AC-WC). So from the test results, the IRS value meets the requirements of the 2018 Highways Specification of 90%, so it is concluded that the results of the tests carried out meet the durability requirements and can be applied in the field.

Abstract

RAP material that is no longer used can be used as an additive in the manufacture of new asphalt concrete with rejuvenator. This study aims to determine the durability of used motor vehicle oil as a rejuvenating agent for RAP on the Lataston mixture gradation (HRS-WC) on Marshall and IRS characteristics. The testing stage is to test the characteristics of the RAP material. The optimum asphalt content (KAO) for the aggregate was obtained at 7,24%, while the optimum used oil content was obtained at 4,94% by weight of asphalt as a RAP rejuvenator. Marshall and IRS characteristics testing are in accordance with the 2018 Highways specification. Marshall test results show that as the amount of used oil freshener is added, the ability of the mixture to withstand loads decreases and the flexibility of the mixture increases, resulting in reduced asphalt durability represented by testing IRS 30 minutes and 24 hours which showed the durability value obtained a value of 60,49% in the Lataston mixture. As a result, the IRS value does not meet the requirements of the 2018 Highways Specification of 90%, so it is concluded that the results of the tests carried out do not meet the durability requirements and cannot be applied in the field..

Abstract

Many school facilities in big cities are located on the side of highways, where many vehicles travel at high speeds, thereby endangering children when crossing. The research aims to determine how effective the use of ZoSS is at SD Negeri 21 Pekanbaru. The method used is data analysis using the normal distribution statistic Z test. The research results show that in terms of markings and signs there are still many that are missing, some of the markings have faded. The level of service on the Pahlawan Kerja road is included in category D. The average instantaneous vehicle speed on the Pahlawan Kerja road is 40.46 km/hour, which means it still exceeds the permitted speed. The behavior of students at SD Negeri 21 Pekanbaru with a calculation result of -0.95 is still classified as not safe with a permissible error rate of 1.645. For the introductory behavior of students at SD Negeri 21 Pekanbaru it is classified as safe with a calculation result of 13.85 which is greater than the permitted error level. 1,645. The conclusion from the data that has been studied shows that the effectiveness of using ZoSS on the Job Hero road has not been effective. The suggestion regarding this problem is that there should be maintenance and additional traffic signs needed to complete the ZoSS facilities and training from the police for crossing guides so that the safety of students at SD Negeri 21 Pekanbaru is maintained.
