Abstract

Children are the nation's next generation with the right to receive a proper education. Educational services are provided by teachers to children as students based on the teacher's duties and responsibilities. Still, violations often occur by teachers and fellow students in the implementation of education in schools, such as bullying, discrimination, or intolerance. The problem in this article is the need to enforce a teacher code of ethics in assisting child-friendly schools in Purworejo Regency and efforts to encourage the optimization of child-friendly schools in Purworejo Regency. This article uses a juridical-empirical approach which utilizes primary data sources and secondary data which is then analyzed using a descriptive-analytical approach. The results and discussion in this article show that Purworejo Regency needs assistance with a teacher's code of ethics in implementing safe home-based schools because in several schools there are still violations by educators and students in terms of bullying and discriminatory acts so that the implementation of child-friendly based schools is not yet ideal. Efforts to create an ideal child-friendly school in Purworejo Regency are by integrating the roles of stakeholders namely teachers, Regional Apparatus Organizations (Education Service), and the Republic of Indonesia Teachers Association (PGRI) in Purworejo Regency so that child-friendly education in Purworejo can be realized optimally. Mentoring, Teachers, Child-Friendly Schools.

Abstract

Legal protection for teachers in carrying out their professional duties is very much needed considering the many criminal and civil cases that often befall teachers. This became the basis for the author to conduct a study on the main problem of how the effectiveness of the socialization of legal protection against legal problems for teachers in the city of Semarang. The research was conducted using an empirical juridical approach that relied on data obtained from the field which was then analyzed using data triangulation to achieve the expected results. The results of the study show that intoe able to find out the effectiveness of the socialization of legal protection against legal problems for teachers in the city of Semarang, the authors have conducted a study of the number of socializations regarding legal protection for teachers that have been carried out by the Semarang City PGRI team for the last five years where the number found is a number 17 , of course, this number is quite good compared to other regions, which of course also influences the increasing understanding of legal protection for teachers in the city of Semarang.

Abstract

Enforcement of the teacher's code of ethics has a very important role in ensuring that teachers' professional duties are carried out professionally, especially in creating a child-friendly educational environment. This research aims to analyze the enforcement of the teacher code of ethics in Sukoharjo Regency, as well as its impact on creating child-friendly schools. The method used in this research is the Normative Juridical approach. The research results show that although the majority of teachers understand and try to apply the code of ethics in carrying out their duties, there are several challenges in enforcing it, such as limited supervision and differences in understanding of the code of ethics. Teachers who uphold a code of ethics tend to pay attention to students' psychological well-being and implement an educational approach that is inclusive, non-discriminatory and supports children's holistic development. Therefore, more effective enforcement of the code of ethics is needed, supported by continuous training and more intensive supervision to create better child-friendly schools in Sukoharjo Regency.

Abstract

This study examines the socio-economic and health challenges faced by female workers in the Kretek and Beedi industries in Indonesia and India, respectively. These industries, while culturally significant, involve labor-intensive processes that predominantly employ women in rural areas. However, the working conditions are hazardous, exposing workers to respiratory illnesses, musculoskeletal disorders, and chronic diseases, compounded by low wages and insufficient labor protections. This research highlights the disparity in regulatory frameworks between the two industries, with Indonesia’s Kretek industry benefiting from better safety standards compared to the informal Beedi sector. Despite the challenges, both industries contribute significantly to the local economy, particularly through the employment of marginalized women. The study proposes policy reforms that aim to improve occupational safety, wage equality, and social security for female workers, ensuring their economic and social empowerment. Recommendations include strengthening labor laws, formalizing employment structures, and offering skill development and healthcare initiatives. By creating a protective legal environment and prioritizing gender equality, this research calls for collaborative efforts from governments, industries, and NGOs to foster a sustainable, inclusive future for these workers. The findings emphasize the urgent need to balance cultural preservation with worker welfare, ensuring long-term stability for both sectors.

Abstract

Disciplinary actions carried out by teachers, which in the past were considered mediocre, have now shifted and are considered to violate human rights. On the one hand, teachers must enforce school discipline and discipline. On the other hand, they are worried aboutcriminalization by parents or child defense NGOs for allegations of violence against children. Thepurpose of this research is to find out the implementation of legal protection for teachers in providing punishment to discipline their teachers and toformulate the concept of legal protection for teachers. The method used is normative legal research. Based on the results of the research, Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning teachers and lecturers has expressly protected the profession of teachers and lecturers, but inits implementation the power of the law is still not seen to contribute to the fate of teachers as educators. The actions taken by teachers to discipline students within certain limits are seen as having a good purpose.

Abstract

Sentra batik Giriloyo merupakan salah satu industri yang berpusat pada kerajinan batik tradisional yang berkembang di Imogiri, Bantul. Dalam perkembangannya, Batik Giriloyo menjadi kekuatan ekonomi desa, namun seiring dengan perkembangan jaman banyak competitor batik hadir, baik dari dalam negeri maupun luar negeri. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengkaji peran sentra batik dalam meningkatkan ekonomi desa dan memberikan solusi atas manajemen keuangan yang dihadapi para pengrajin batik. Pendekatan yang digunakan dengan pengamatan mendalam dan penyuluhan dengan dilanjutkan penyuluhan serta pelatihan intensif. Hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa Sentra Batik Giriloyo mampu meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat, memberdayakan perempuan (ibu-ibu rumah tangga), mendorong regenerasi pembatik muda, dan memperkuat pengelolaan usaha. Dengan demikian, sentra batik tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai pelestari budaya, tetapi juga sebagai penggerak ekonomi desa yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Hukum Acara Perdata adalah rangkaian peraturan-peraturan yang memuat cara bagaimana orang harus bertindak terhadap dan dimuka Pengadilan dan cara bagaimana Pengadilan itu harus bertindak untuk melaksanakan berjalannya peraturan-peraturan Hukum Perdata. Lebih kongkrit lagi dapatlah dikatakan, bahwa hukum acara perdata mengatur tentang bagaimana cara mengajukan tuntutan hak, memeriksa serta memutusanya dan pelaksanaan dari pada putusannya. Tuntutan hak dalam ini tidak lain adalah tindakan yang bertujuan memperoleh perlindungan hukum yang diberikan oleh pengadilan untuk mencegah ?óÔé¼?ôeigenrichting?óÔé¼?Ø atau tindakan menghakimi sendiri. Abstract

Harmonisai hukum adalah upaya atau proses yang hendak mengatasi batasan-batasan perbedaan, hal-hal yang bertentangan dan kejanggalan dalam. Upaya atau proses merealisasi keselarasan, kesesuaian, keserasian, kecocokan, keseimbangan diantara norma-norma hukum di dalam peraturan perundangan ?óÔé¼ÔÇ£ perundangan sebagai system hukum dalam satu kesatuan kerangka hukum nasional. Makalah ini akan membahas mengenai: Bagaimana konsep langkah sistematik harmonisasi hukum? Serta Bagaimana harmonisasi pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan? Hasil pembahasan menyimpulkan bahwa: 1. Harmonisasi hukum diartikan sebagai upaya proses penyesuaian asas dan system hukum, agar terwujud kesederhanaan hukum, kepastian hukum dan keadilan. Harmonisasi hukum sebagai suatu proses dan pembentukan peraturan perundang-undangan, mengatasi hal-hal yang bertentangan dan kejanggalan diantara norma-norma hukum di dalam peraturan perundang-undangan, sehingga terbentuk peraturan perundang ?óÔé¼ÔÇ£ undangan nasional yang harmonis, dalam arti selaras, serasi, seimbang, terintegritas, dan konsisten, serta taat asas. Langkah sistematik harmonisasi hukum nasional, bertumpu pada paradigm Pancasila dan UUD 1945 yang melahirkan system ketatanegaraan dengan dua asas fundamental, asas demokrasi dan asas Negara hukum yang diidealkan mewujudkan system hukum nasional dengan tiga komponen, yaitu substansi hukum, struktur hukum beserta kelembagaannya, dan budaya hukum. 2. Di dalam suatu system hukum yang terdiri dari peraturan perundang-undangan sebagai sub system yang saling terkait tidak dapat berdiri sendiri terlepas dari system hukum tersebut Harmonisasi peraturan perundang-undangan mempunyai peranan yang sangat penting dalam menjaga keselarasan dan mencegah tumpang tindihnya peraturan perundang-undangan yang satu dengan yang lain yang dapat mengakibatkan terciptanya kondisi ketidakpastian hukum sehingga dapat menjamin tercapainya tujuan hukum yakni mengabdikan kepada tujuan Negara untuk menciptakan kesejahteraan dan kebahagiaan bagi rakyatnya. Mengingat hierarki peraturan perundang-undangan dan asas hukum yang berlaku, maka terdapat beberapa beberapa jenis harmonisasi peraturan perundang-undangan. Harmonisasi vertical, yakni harmonisasi perundang-undangan yang dilakukan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan yang lain dalam hierarki yang berbeda. Harmonisasi horizontal, yakni harmonisasi peraturan perundang-undangan yang dilakukan terhadap peraturan perundang-undangan yang berada dalam hierarki yang sama dan sederajat. Adapun saran dari makalah ini adalah bahwa ideal ditempuh langakah harmonisasi hukum yang bersifat leading harmozation, dengan cara menjadikan sebagai model, baik dalam bentuknya semula (adoption) maupun dalam bentuk yang sudah diubah (adaptation) model-model Negara hukum maju, antara lain uniform law dan model laws hasil perancangan badan-badan internasional. Dengan langkah demikian, norma-norma hukum yang dihasilkan lebih mempunyai nilai-nilai yang bersifat transnasional. Kata Kunci: Harmonisasi hukum, Peraturan Perundang-Undangan

Abstract

Prinsip-prinsip dasar yang melandasi eksistensi bantuan hukum di Indonesia secara yuridis konstitusional termuat pada pasal 27 ayat (1) Undang-undang Dasar 1945 yang menyatakan bahwa ?óÔé¼?ØSetiap warga negara bersamaan kedudukannya di dalam hukum dan pemerintahan dan wajib menjunjung hukum dan pemerintahan itu dengan tidak ada kecualinya?óÔé¼?Ø. Mengenai perlindungan terhadap keluhuran harkat dan martabat manusia dikemukakan di dalam penjelasan umum yakni; a) Perlakuan yang sama atas diri setiap orang di muka hukum; b) Penangkapan, penahanan, penggeledahan dan penyitaan hanya dilakukan berdasarkan perintah tertulis oleh pejabat yang diberi wewenang oleh undang-undang dan hanya dalam hal dan dengan cara yang diatur dengan udang-undang; c) Praduga tidak bersalah sampai adanya putusan pengadilan yang menyatakan kesalahannya dan memperoleh kekuatan hukum tetap; d) Pemberian ganti kerugian dan rehabilitasi bagi seorang tersangka yang ditangkap, ditahan, dituntut ataupun diadili tanpa alasan yang berdasarkan undang-undang dan atau karena kekeliruan mengenai orangnya atau hukum yang diterapkan; e) Peradilan yang cepat, sederhana dan biaya ringan serta bebas, jujur dan tidak memihak; f) Setiap orang yang tersangkut perkara wajib diberi kesempatan memperoleh bantuan hukum; g) Kepada seorang tersangka, sejak saat dilakukan penangkapan dan atau penahanan selain wajib diberitahu dakwaan dan dasar hukum apa yang didakwakan kepadanya, juga wajib diberitahu haknya itu termasuk hak untuk menghubungi dan meminta bantuan penasehat hukum; h) Pengadilan memeriksa perkara pidana dengan hadirnya terdakwa; i) Sidang pemeriksaan pengadilan adalah terbuka untuk umum kecuali dalam hal yang diatur dalam undang-undang; Dengan demikian jelas bahwa KUHAP di dalamnya telah mengandung perlindungan terhadap HAM, khususnya perlindungan terhadap warga negara yang menjadi tersangka, terdakwa dan terpidana yang dimaknai sebagai bentuk bantuan hukum bagi terdakwa. Abstract

Teachers as professional educators play a crucial role in efforts to educate the life of the Indonesian nation. Increasing the level of criminalization of teachers, due to the act of reporting teachers to the Police in certain cases when teachers are carrying out duties. This study aims to determine and analyze legal protection for teachers in instilling student discipline values from the threat of criminalization and analyze efforts to optimize teacher legal protection from the threat of criminalization in instilling student discipline. The urgency of this study is to see from the perspective of the case of teachers who are suspected of committing criminal acts, teachers as educators in carrying out professional duties are suspected of violating the law or suspected of committing criminal acts, where teachers in that case are carrying out their profession and in this study it is important to do because it is to provide understanding, especially teachers in carrying out their profession when faced with a legal problem. The research used data collection methods, namely mixed methods. Qualitative includes an interview guide for resource persons containing a list of questions or topics to be discussed in the interview. Quantitative is collecting and analyzing data based on numbers and numerical measurements. This approach aims to describe, explain, and test relationships between variables using statistical analysis. The results showed that teachers in carrying out their professional duties have not received maximum legal protection. The final results show that given the large number of cases involving teachers having to deal with the law, this needs to be handled seriously in protecting teachers' laws from the threat of criminalization in carrying out their professional duties and instilling discipline in students.
