Abstract

Organization­is­place­or­process­in­fulfilling­the­needs­of­individual­and­organization.­Organization must own cultur that is made characteristic behavior pattern of member the organizations which aims as differentiator from other organizations, the indentity of organization, and trigger organizational members commitment. Organizational culture must be dynamic, according to the needs of internal and external organizations. Within the organizational culture needs to implement strategic management. Management strategy oriented to internal and external decision making.

Abstract

Supervisi merupakan suatu aktivitas pembinaan yang di rencanakan untuk memberi pelayananagar guru lebih professional dalam menjalankan tugasnya, dengan cara mengumpulkan data, kemudian data-data itu digunakan sebagai bahan pengolahan untuk menemukan masalahmasalah,kesulitan-kesulitan yang dapat di pakai sebagai dasar, untuk perbaikan sertapeningkatan kinerja dan kompetensi guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimanapelaksanaan supervisi akademik di sekolah dasar di kabupaten aceh besar. Teknik pengumpulandata dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi dan dikumentasi. Prosedur penelitian denganmengunakan reduksi data, desplay data dan verifikasi. Subjek penelitian kepala sekolah, guru danpengawas sekolah. Hasil penelitian pelaksanaan supervisi akademik belum optimal disebabkankarena ada sebagian sekolah melaksanakan supervisi akademik hanya sebatas pemeriksaansebagai kelengkapan administrasi saja, tidakk adanya pembinaan yang kontinu. Teknik yang digunakan bersifat individual dan berkelompok, pelaksanaan supervisi oleh pengawas waktunyasangat singkat karena keterbatasan waktu, satu orang pengawas melakukan pembinaan sampai 10sekolah, sehingga pelaknaan supervisi belum optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the principal's academic supervision based on the implementation program, supervision, supporting and inhibiting factors in online learning during the covid-19 period at a state junior high school in  Pidie Jaya. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, and documentation study. The research subjects were school principals and teachers, totalling 12 respondents. The data analysis used was reduction techniques, data presentation, data interpretation and data verification. The results showed (1)The planning of the principal's academic supervision is carried out by establishing cooperation between teachers, principals and related parties for the achievement of learning quality. (2) The implementation of the principal's academic supervision is carried out by observing teachers doing online learning through competency standards, basic competencies, success indicators, and teaching materials. In addition, the presentation of fun material, the use of appropriate methods, and the presence of media are integrated indicators to determine the success of learning. (3) The existence of teacher awareness, good teacher perceptions, and support from parents to students are supporting factors for academic supervision so that the implementation runs successfully during the covid-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Di dunia pendidikan, guru profesional menjadi faktor utama dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia. Begitu penting peran guru dalam proses pendidikan, maka seorang guru dituntut untuk selalu meningkatkan kemampuannya. Namun kenyataan masih banyak ditemukan guru yang kurang berkompeten khususnya pada kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional guru dalam peningkatan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, angket, tes, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi pedagogik guru tergolong baik, terlihat dari sikap guru dalam menghadapi peserta didik, pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang berpedoman pada RPP, pengelolaan kelas dan melakukan evaluasi setiap habis pokok pembahasan. Pada kompetensi profesional, guru terlihat menguasai substansi keilmuan yang terkait dengan bidang studi dan memahami materi ajar. Namun ada beberapa materi yang masih perlu dipelajari seperti teori kinetik gas, hukum termodinamika dan inti atom. Selain itu, upaya guru dalam peningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik juga sudah maksimal. Meski masih memiliki kekurangan, namun hal tersebut tidak menjadi alasan bagi guru dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar, karena hasil belajar tidak sepenuhnya dipengaruhi oleh kompetensi guru. Ada faktor lain yang mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran seperti minat, tingkat kecerdasan, bakat, motivasi, dan lingkungan peserta didik.

Abstract

The principal's strategy is one of the efforts to improve teacher performance in the learning process. The principal acts as a central force that drives school life, understands the duties and abilities for the success of the school and has a concern. The purpose of this study is to explain the principal's leadership strategy in improving teacher performance at SMAN 2 Unggul Ali Hasjmy, to mention the constraints of the principal's leadership strategy in improving teacher performance at SMAN 2 Unggul Ali Hasjmy, to describe how to overcome the problem of the principal's leadership strategy in improving the performance of SMAN teachers. 2 Superior Ali Hasjmy. The literature review used to analyze the results of this study, namely the Principal's Strategy and Leadership and Teacher Performance and the Principal's Strategy in improving teacher performance. The method used in this research is descriptive-analysis using a qualitative approach, data collection techniques with the stages of observation, interviews and documentation. The research procedure is planning, collecting data, describing, analyzing and concluding. The results of the study, the principal's leadership strategy in improving teacher performance at SMAN 2 Unggul Ali Hasjmy by increasing discipline, providing motivation, being an example for teachers and education staff and conducting supervision. Constraints that occur in the principal's leadership strategy in improving teacher performance at SMAN 2 Unggul Ali Hasjmy, some teachers are late for school, leave earlier than the time specified in the school teaching and learning process, do not improve performance, and the ability of the principal to supervise effectively is one of the problems. One obstacle for school principals is to improve teacher performance.Keywords: Principal Strategy, Teacher Performance
