Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi Program Pengimbasan Sekolah Penggerak yang dilaksanakan oleh SMP Labschool Kebayoran dengan menggunakan pendekatan evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dan melibatkan subjek penelitian yang terdiri dari Kepala Sekolah dan Guru di SMP Labschool Kebayoran serta sekolah sasaran yaitu SMP Islam Assalam, SMP PSKD IV Bulungan, dan SMP Islam At Taufieq. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan analisis dokumen, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis tematik dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Program Pengimbasan ini dirancang dengan memperhatikan konteks masing-masing sekolah sasaran, dengan penyesuaian program yang dilakukan berdasarkan kebutuhan spesifik setiap sekolah. Evaluasi input menunjukkan bahwa meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam keterbatasan jumlah guru tetap di beberapa sekolah sasaran, program ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman guru terhadap Kurikulum Merdeka. Pada tahap proses, implementasi program berlangsung efektif melalui workshop dan pendampingan yang berkelanjutan. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam merancang pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan mengelola kurikulum. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa program ini berhasil mencapai tujuan utamanya, meskipun beberapa tantangan perlu diatasi untuk keberlanjutan program di masa mendatang.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi kebijakan peningkatan mutu layanan pendidikan melalui pengembangan kompetensi kepala sekolah di Jakarta Timur, sebagaimana diatur dalam Peraturan Direktur Jenderal Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan (Perdirjen GTK) No.7327/B.B1/HK.03.01/2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru, pengawas, serta pejabat dinas pendidikan. Selain itu, observasi langsung terhadap praktik kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan analisis dokumen kebijakan dilakukan untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan ini telah berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap peningkatan profesionalisme kepala sekolah dalam aspek kepemimpinan transformasional, manajerial, supervisi akademik, serta inovasi pendidikan. Namun, dalam implementasinya, terdapat beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan sumber daya, kesiapan individu kepala sekolah dalam menerapkan kebijakan, serta dukungan institusional yang masih perlu ditingkatkan. Studi ini merekomendasikan peningkatan dukungan kebijakan melalui penguatan peran dinas pendidikan, peningkatan program pelatihan yang berkelanjutan, serta optimalisasi peran kepala sekolah sebagai pemimpin pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Jakarta Timur.

Abstract

Abstak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung antara supervisi akademik terhadap kinerja guru Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri di Jakarta Timur yang menjadi tempat penelitian. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan angket yang dirancang dalam bentuk pernyataan dengan penilaian Likert. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa supervisi akademik berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja guru. Besarnya pengaruh tersebut ditunjukan oleh nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,995 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,540. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa peningkatan supervisi akademik akan mengakibatkan terjadinya peningkatan kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kota Jakarta Timur. Saran yang dapat diberikan dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui supervisi akademik dan motivasi kerja yaitu sebagai berikut; (1) Sebagai supervisor kepala sekolah lebih terjadwal dan kontinu dalam mengimplementasikan program supervisi akademik kepada guru, karena melalui program supervisi akademik guru mendapatkan bimbingan dan arahan dari supervisor dalam meningkatkan kemampuannya, (2) Diharapkan guru dapat memahami dan menyadari manfaat supervisi yang dilakukan kepala sekolah terhadap guru, (3) Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat mengungkap lebih jauh faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dengan meneliti variabel-variabel lain. Kata Kunci: Supervisi, Supervisi Akademik, Kinerja Guru

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of marketing quality and educational services on student satisfaction in class XII of public high school in Tapos District, Depok City. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach using the path analysis technique. This research data was obtained by questionnaire. The survey involved 208 students as samples using simple random sampling technique. The results showed: 1) There is a positive direct effect of marketing quality on learner satisfaction with a path coefficient value of 0.262 and a calculated t coefficient value of 4.225, 2) There is a positive direct effect of education services on student satisfaction with a coefficient value of 0.144 and a calculated t coefficient value of 2.645, 3) There is a positive direct effect of marketing quality on educational services with a path coefficient value of 0.143 and a calculated t coefficient value of 2.079. Therefore, the three calculated t coefficient values are greater than the t table value, thus H0 is rejected Ha is accepted, namely that marketing quality has a direct positive effect on student satisfaction, education services have a direct positive effect on student satisfaction, and marketing quality has a direct positive effect on education services. Abstract

Abstract: This study examines the influence of transparency and trust on parental participation in MTS Negeri Kecamatan Cakung, Jakarta Timur. Using a quantitative correlational design, data were collected from 120 parents selected through proportionate stratified random sampling. The primary data collection tool was a structured questionnaire measuring transparency, trust, and parental participation. Descriptive analysis revealed that trust scored higher (M = 4.37, SD = 0.46) than transparency (M = 4.23, SD = 0.54) and parental participation (M = 3.89, SD = 0.61). Correlation analysis showed significant positive relationships among transparency, trust, and parental participation, with trust emerging as a stronger predictor. Regression analysis confirmed that transparency (β=0.32, β=0.32, p < 0.01) and trust (β=0.41, β=0.41, p < 0.001) significantly influence parental participation, collectively explaining 42% of the variance (R2=0.42, R2=0.42). Furthermore, trust was found to moderate the impact of transparency on parental participation. These findings highlight the need for schools to adopt integrated strategies that promote transparent communication and build trust with parents. The study provides practical implications for school leaders, policymakers, and educators to enhance parental engagement, ultimately contributing to better educational outcomes. Future research is encouraged to explore the influence of cultural, socioeconomic, and policy-related factors on school-community partnerships. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of research: knowing deeply about the influence of organizational justice towards the perception of organizational support, organizational support for OCB Justice organization affects the OCB site research place of East Jakarta Area 1. Research conducted for 12 months from July 2018 until June 2019 the method used is a survey with a quantitative approach. The results showed that justice organizations were positively related to Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). That is, the better and conducive justice of the organization then the increasing behavior organizational citizenship behavior of senior high school teachers in East Jakarta Region 1 perception of organizational support (POS) berhubungan positif dengan organizational citizenship behavior. That is, the better the perception of organizational support, the higher organizational citizenship behavior of SMA Negeri teachers in East Jakarta Region 1. Fairness of organizational and organizational support perception jointly relates positively to organizational citizenship behavior. That is, the better and conducive justice of the Organization and the more positive the perception of organizational support together, the stronger the organizational citizenship behavior of senior high school teachers in East Jakarta region. 1

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to describe the service quality by focusing to the responsiveness of service; the competency of service; and the usage of school facilities. This is qualitative research with a case study method conducted in Primary School IAS Al-Jannah, Depok, in 2019. The data was collected by conducting interviews, observation, recording, and collecting documents. The reliability of this research is confirmed by triangulation method which included sources of data, method of finding the data, and the theories. Results of this research showed that (1) teachers can actualize themselves through activities that support school programs which make them experience more self-determination, meaning, competence, and impact regarding their role in the working environment; (2) factors that caused costumer’s loyalty to the educational services in Primary School IAS Al-Jannah are the supportive environtment; positive changes on their children’s not only academically but also their behavior by implementing better daily religious practice; their children can speak English fluently; and have discipline time management. (3) Primary School IAS Al-Jannah has adequate facilities and infrastructures which support the learning process.

Abstract

This study analyzes the digital divide in the utilization of e-journals among students at Universitas Negeri Jakarta (UNJ). A qualitative method was employed through in-depth interviews with 45 students from various faculties. The results reveal that although access to e-journals has been provided through subscriptions to premium platforms, the actual utilization rate remains very low only 18% of students have ever used them, and 6.7% are active users. The findings identify a multidimensional digital divide, particularly in the aspects of skills (58% of students faced technical difficulties) and motivation (47% of students preferred alternative platforms). Analysis using the UTAUT theory uncovered barriers in performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. Disparities in usage were also evident across faculties, indicating the need for discipline-specific approaches. This study recommends comprehensive strategies, including simplifying technical access, integrating digital literacy into the curriculum, enhancing massive socialization, and expanding relevant collections. The implementation of these strategies is expected to support the transformation of UNJ's library services toward inclusive and empowering digital services

Abstract

Management of educational facilities and infrastructure will have an impact on the optimal, effective, and efficient implementation of educational activities in schools. SMAN 71 Jakarta is known for its lush and comfortable environment, as well as adequate facilities and infrastructure to support the implementation of education in the school. Therefore, this research aims to determine how the management of educational facilities and infrastructure is conducted in SMAN 71 Jakarta. This study is a qualitative research using a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques in this research are conducted through observation, interviews, and documentation, known as data triangulation. Interviews were conducted with eight informants related to the management of educational facilities and infrastructure in the school. Furthermore, data analysis techniques in this research are carried out through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that SMAN 71 Jakarta has implemented seven main functions of management of educational facilities and infrastructure, namely planning, procurement, distribution, inventory, maintenance, storage, and disposal, quite well although there are still some challenges in its implementation.
