Abstract

The objective of this research is to obtain information about the effect of reward and psychological contract on lecturer organizational citizenship behavior.It was quantitative research with survey methodinof FKIP Halu Oleo University.The research was conducted to all lecturer of FKIP Halu Oleo University (UHO) by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 156 lecturer as sample was selected by using Slovin formula.The research conclude: (1) Thereis a direct positive effect of reward on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). (2) There is a direct positive effect of psychological contract on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). (3) There is a direct positive of reward on psychological contract

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to make improvements in the learning process and improve learning outcomes Indonesian fourth grade student at Arrayaahiin Elementary Islamic School west C ikarang Bekasi District using the PQ4R method (Preview, Question, Read, Recite, Reflect and Review.) This research was conducted in SDI Arrayaahiin Bekasi Regency. This research method is a class action research that uses a spiral or cycle model from Kemmis and Taggart. The cycle is carried out twice with four rounds of each cycle, namely planning, implementation, action, observation and reflection. That is, in the first cycle, the percentage of reading comprehension reached 67%, with a teacher observation size of 93%. In the second cycle, the percentage of reading comprehension reached 80%, and observation measured 94% of teachers. Once discovered, there is a gradual increase in learning after the action. The PQ4R method not only helps students in the skills expected in the learning process at school. However, it is very important to equip students with a systematic learning method. The method of use for the benefit of the studio will produce supported understanding, not memory. Understanding that discuss relative will last longer in the brain, than just remembering the facts.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation policy of PPDB Zoning at SMAN 14 Bekasi to equalize access and high-quality education services. This research was conducted in January 2020. This research focuses on the level of SMA Negeri 14 in Bekasi. Sampling was conducted with a specific objective, namely the favorite high school in the area closest to the capital city of West Java Province. The analysis of this research uses the Van Meter and Van Horn (1975) implementation model approach which includes the size and policy objectives, resources, characteristics of the executing agent, the attitudes (disposition) of the executors, inter-organizational communication and executive activities, economic environment, social, and Politics. Based on the results of the analysis, the results of this study is that the implementation of PPDB Zoning in West Java Province has been successful in efforts to equalize access and quality of education. The distribution of students from the distance side has approached the student's house and in terms of input quality, it has also spread across various schools so that there is no longer a dichotomy between superior and non-superior schools. Key words: Implementation, Policy, school enrollment zoning system Penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis kebijakan implementasi pelaksanaan PPDB Zonasi di SMAN 14 Bekasi dalam upaya pemerataan akses dan layanaan mutu Pendidikan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini dilakukan bulan Januari 2020. Penelitian ini berfokus pada jenjang SMA Negeri 14 di Bekasi. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan tujuan tertentu, yaitu SMA favorit di wilayah terdekat ibukota Provinsi Jawa Barat. Analisis penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan model implementasi Van Meter and Van Horn (1975) yang meliputi variabel Ukuran dan Tujuan Kebijakan, Sumberdaya, Karateristik Agen Pelaksana, Sikap/ kecenderungan (Disposition) para Pelaksana, Komunikasi Antarorganisasi dan Aktivitas Pelaksana, Lingkungan Ekonomi, Sosial, dan Politik. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan PPDB Zonasi di Provinsi Jawa Barat sudah berhasil dalam upaya memeratakan akses dan mutu pendidikan. Sebaran siswa dari sisi jarak sudah mendekat ke rumah siswa dan dari sisi mutu input juga telah menyebar di berbagai sekolah sehingga sudah tidak ada lagi dikotomi sekolah unggulan dan non unggulan Kata kunci: manajemen, kebijakan, PPDB System Zonasi

Abstract

The purpose of this research isto know aboutthe influence of supervision and Quality of Work Life (QWL) to the teacher’s motivation of work. To achieve these objectives, this study uses a quantitative approach and data collection technique using questioning form. The survey was conducted from December 2018until February 2019and involving 305 teachers from all national elementary school at District South Bekasi. The sample on this research is determined randomly by using the Slovinformula, andinvolved 173 teachers for test instruments. The results this study was findings: first, the existence of the positive influence of supervision directly and significantly to the teachers motivation of work with path coefficient 0.329. Second, the Quality of Work Life (QWL) positive directly influence to the teacher motivation of work with path coefficient 0.298. Third, the existence of supervision positive directly influence to the Quality of Work Life (QWL) with the coefficient 0.236.Based on the results of this research work, the teacher’smotivation can be improved by increasing the supervision of the principal that is capable of encouraging the development of motivation on teachers in carrying his duties as well as support teachers working environment is good.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to obtain information concerning to the effect of organizational communication and job satisfaction toward work motivation in Catholic Senior High Schools at West Jakarta.The research was conducted by using survey method with path analysis in testing hypothesis. In this research, 130 from 192 teachers had selected random sampling. The responders were involved by sending their feedback within the questionnaires.The results showed that: first, there are positive influences between organizational communication and work motivation; second, there are positive influences between job satisfaction and work motivation; third, there are positive influences between organizational communication and job satisfaction. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi mengenai pengaruh komunikasi organisasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap motivasi kerja di Sekolah Menengah Atas Katolik di Jakarta Barat. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei analisis jalur dalam. Dalam penelitian ini, 130 dari 192 guru telah memilih sampel acak. Para responden dilibatkan dengan mengirimkan umpan balik mereka dalam kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, ada pengaruh positif antara komunikasi organisasi dan motivasi kerja; kedua, ada pengaruh positif antara kepuasan kerja dan motivasi kerja; ketiga, ada pengaruh positif antara komunikasi organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership and psychological contract on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). To achieve this goal, this study uses a quantitative approach and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The survey was conducted from June 2018 - March 2019 by involving of 115 lecturers at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teachers Training, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling technique using the Slovin formula and instrument testing as many as 20 lecturers. The findings from the results of this study indicate: first, the existence of leadership influences that serve directly positively and significantly towards organizational citizenship behavior with a path coefficient of 0.332. Second, there is a direct positive psychological contract influence on organizational citizenship behavior with a path coefficient of 0.304. Third, the influence of leadership that serves is directly positive and significant for psychological contracts with a path coefficient of 0.290. Based on the results of this study, organizational citizenship behavior of lecturers can be improved by strengthening leadership that serves, namely leadership that prioritizes the interests of lecturers (subordinates) compared to the interests of their own leadership.Psychological contracts intended to improve organizational citizenship behavior of lecturers by fulfilling shared obligations, lecturers' trust in promises and agreements with organizations. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh servant leadership (kepemimpinan yang melayani) dan psychological contract (kontrak psikologis) terhadap oraganizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan angket. Survey dilakukan sejak bulan Juni 2018 – Maret 2019 dengan melibatkan 115 dosen Fakultas Ilmu Tarbiyah dan Keguruan, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan dengan teknik purposive samplingmenggunakan rumus Slovin dan ujicoba instrumen sebanyak 20 dosen. Temuan dari hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan: pertama, adanya pengaruh kepemimpinan yang melayani secara langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan koefisien jalur 0,332. Kedua, adanya pengaruh kontrak psikologis secara langsung positif terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan koefisien jalur 0,304. Ketiga, adanya pengaruh kepemimpinan yang melayani secara langsung positif dan signifikan terhadap kontrak psikologis dengan koefisien jalur 0,290. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, organizational citizenship behavior dosen dapat ditingkatkan dengan memperkuat kepemimpinan yang melayani, yaitu kepemimpinan yang mengutamakan kepentingan dosen (bawahan) dibanding kepentingan pimpinannya sendiri. Kontrak psikologis yang dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan organizational citizenship behavior dosen dengan memenuhi kewajiban bersama, kepercayaan dosen terhadap janji dan kesepakatan dengan organisasi. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the Effect of Transactional Leadership and the Appreciation of Teacher Performance at State Vocational Business Management in Central Jakarta. This study uses path analysis is a technique to estimate the effect of variables, namely exogenous and endogenous variables. This approach was chosen to analyze the pattern of relationships between variables in order to determine the direct or indirect effects of a set of exogenous variables (independent variables) and endogenous variables (dependent variables). The sample from this study were 98 teachers in the State Vocational Business and Management Vocational School in Central Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that; (1) Effect of Transactional Leadership on Performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.467 and path coefficient values ​​of 0.365, (2) Effect of Award on Performance with a correlation coefficient of 0.446 and path coefficient values ​​of 0.334, (3) Effect of Transactional Leadership on Awards with the correlation coefficient value is 0.307 and the path coefficient value is 0.307. Thus the increase in performance can be achieved well if there is a strong influence of transactional leadership, and rewards that are built well. Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transaksional dan Penghargaan Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Negeri Bisnis Manajemen di Jakarta Pusat. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis jalur adalah suatu teknik untuk mengestimasi pengaruh variabel yaitu variabel eksogen dan endogen. Pendekatan ini dipilih untuk menganalisis pola hubungan antar variabel dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung seperangkat variabel eksogen (variabel bebas) dan variabel endogen (variabel terikat). Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 98 orang guru di lingkungan SMK Negeri Bisnis dan Manajemen di Jakarta Pusat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transaksional terhadap Kinerja dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,467 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,365, (2) Pengaruh Penghargaan terhadap Kinerja dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,446 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,334, (3) Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transaksional terhadap Penghargaan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,307 dan nilai koefisien jalur sebesar 0,307. Dengan demikian peningkatan kinerja dapat diraih dengan baik apabila adanya pengaruh kuat dari kepemimpinan transaksional, dan penghargaan yang terbina dengan baik . Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of supervision, persuasive education, managerial competence on academic service quality. This study uses a quantitative approach with survey methods and path analysis with path analysis techniques. The results of the study show that: (1) There is a positive direct influence of the organizational culture on the quality of teacher services. (2) There is a positive direct effect of communication on teacher service quality. (3) There is a positive direct influence of organizational culture on teacher communication. The results of the descriptive analysis of teacher service quality are very high as well as organizational and communication culture to make continuous improvements to teachers. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi, kemonukasi persuasive, kompetensi manajerial terhadap mutu layanan akademik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan path analysis dengan teknik analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif budaya organisasi terhadap mutu layanan guru. (2) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif komunikasi terhadap mutu layanan guru. (3) Terdapat pengaruh langsung positif budaya organisasi terhadap komunikasi guru. Hasil analisis deskriptif mutu layanan guru sangat tinggi serta budaya organisasi dan komunikasi untuk membuat perbaikan terus menerus pada guru. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and teamwork on teacher job satisfaction. To achieve this goal, this study uses a quantitative approach and data collection techniques using questionnaires. The survey was conducted from October 2018 to January 2019 involving 459 people from the SD Negeri Kecamatan Pasar Minggu South Jakarta. The sample in this study was randomly determined using the Slovin formula with 214 instrument trials. The findings from the results of this study indicate: first, the influence of direct leadership is positive and significant to the job satisfaction of the teachers with a path coefficient of 0.225. Second, there is a direct positive effect of teamwork on job satisfaction with path coefficients0,244. Third, there is a direct positive influence of leadership on teamwork with path coefficients 0.212 Based on the results of this study, teacher job satisfaction can be increased by the high atmosphere of leadership that is able to turn on the school atmosphere and influence followers. Team collaboration is used to increase job satisfaction, namely coordination, interpersonal activity, responsibility, support between individuals and collaboration.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to see the influence of (1) learning organization, (2) organizational culture, (3) commitment of LPMP Banten Province employees. This research uses an associative quantitative approach with survey methods and correlational techniques. The survey was conducted from August to October 2018, involving 75 LPMP Banten Province employees with ASN status. Determination of the research sample is done by themethod Purposive Sampling. The findings of this research indicate first, a meaningful positive relationship between Learning Organizations and employee commitment. This means that the higher the Learning Organization, the higher the employee commitment. In other words, high employee commitment can be created by improving Learning Organization a better. Second, there is a significant positive relationship between organizational culture and employee commitment. This means that high employee commitment can be created by improving building a good organizational culture. Third, there is a significant positive relationship between learning organizationsorganizational andculture together with employee commitment. This means that the higher the learning organizationorganizational andculture, the higher the employee commitment.
