Abstract

The problem taken in the Service Program for the Penatahan village community through the 2022 Real Work Lecture is to increase public awareness about the importance of keeping the environment clean. The Service Program for the Penatahan Village community that we carried out starting from January 10 to February 9 2022 with the offline method. The benefits of this Service Program for us are gaining experience in applying the knowledge gained in higher education and collaborating with the community or certain communities. This Service Program aims to help the Penatahan Village community to reduce scattered waste by carrying out waste collection activities to create a clean environment. The waste problem that occurs in Penatahan Village is caused by the government not having built a garbage disposal site so that there is no place to accommodate garbage originating from households which causes a buildup of garbage. If the accumulated waste is not treated properly, it will cause environmental pollution, which will have an impact on health. After discussing, the work program carried out was that we gave garbage sacks to the people of Penatahan Village as a substitute for trash bins and then sorted the collected waste, which would later be processed into crafts as a form of implementation and solution to the waste problems in Penatahan Village.

Abstract

Pecalang adalah sebuah organisasi masyarakat adat Bali yang memiliki tugas dan tanggung jawab menjaga keamanan adat dan keagamaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana transformasi manajemen pecalang dalam menghadapi kemajuan zaman. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yang dimana peneliti terjun langsung ke lapangan untuk observasi, wawancara secara mendalam kepada pihak-pihak yang terkait. Transformasi atau perubahan manajemen pecalang dalam mengemas jatidiri guna mengikuti perkembangan zaman khususnya era mileneal tidak hanya dari faktor eksternal melainkan internal dalam diri pecalang diperlukan agar lebih disegani oleh semua pihak. Dengan ditetapkannya Peraturan Daerah No.4 Tahun 2019 tentang Desa Adat menjadikan pecalang memiliki legitimasi hukum khususnya desa adat, sehingga keberadaan pecalang tetap eksis dengan mengikuti kemajuan zaman dan tetap kesejahteraannya-pun tetap diperhatikan. Tugas pecalang sejatinya meluas dengan kemajuan zaman yang ada, tidak hanya menjaga keamanan adat dan keagamaan melainkan diperbantukan oleh polisi dan TNI sebagai intelijen atau pusat informasi awal, sehingga insentif dalam melakukan tugas diperlukan diluar tunjangan yang lain dalam arti materi guna menaikkan semangat pecalang dalam bertugas. Kata kunci: Pecalang, Transformasi, Manajemen

Abstract

Tasikmalaya merupakan salah satu derah bumi pasundan yang berada di provinsi Jawa Barat yang dikenal dengan fashion tradisional yaitu border dan kelom geulis. Dalam menentukan keputusan pembelian UMKM diperlukan pendekatan celebrity endorsement, price, digital marketing, brand image. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu mengetahui serta menganalisis celebrity endorsement, price, digital marketing, brand image dan keputusan pembelian pada UMKM bidang ekonomi kreatif subsektor fashion di Tasikmalaya secara simultan dan parsial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik survei dalam pencarian data. Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu konsumen dari produk UMKM bidang ekonomi kreatif subsektor fashion yang populasinya tidak diketahui dengan sampel didapat secara purposive sampling yaitu sebesar 100 pelanggan. Teknik dalam analisa data yaitu Path Analysis menggunakan SPSS. Data yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari pendistribusian kuesioner yang diuji validitas dan realibilitas. Hasil penelitian menerangkan bahwa variabel celebrity endorsement, price, digital marketing, brand image baik secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial berdampak secara signifikan kepada keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of price, promotion, and product quality on consumers' purchasing decisions when it comes to Ventela, a local brand specializing in sneakers. Once buyers have made a purchase, they will evaluate their level of satisfaction or disappointment with the product upon receiving it. This study was conducted in Denpasar City, employing quantitative research approach. The target population was all students in Denpasar who wore Ventela shoes, and 119 participants were chosen utilizing the representative selection method using the formula by Hair et al. This research utilized quantitative data obtained from both primary (questionnaire answers) and secondary (sales data) sources. The data were collected by examining the usage of social media and the Ventela shoe sales platform, analyzing data on top local shoe brands, and comparing prices of Ventela shoes. To gather data for this study, a questionnaire designed on Google Forms was distributed. Additionally, traditional statistical tests such as the assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination were applied in this research. The findings of this study indicated that the purchasing decisions of consumers were influenced in a positive and significant manner by the quality, price, and promotion of a product. The test results indicated that the quality of the Ventela brand sneakers had a significant and positive impact on purchasing decisions. The decision to purchase Ventela sneakers, a local brand, was affected by price, promotion, and the of product quality
