Abstract

Tasikmalaya merupakan salah satu derah bumi pasundan yang berada di provinsi Jawa Barat yang dikenal dengan fashion tradisional yaitu border dan kelom geulis. Dalam menentukan keputusan pembelian UMKM diperlukan pendekatan celebrity endorsement, price, digital marketing, brand image. Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu mengetahui serta menganalisis celebrity endorsement, price, digital marketing, brand image dan keputusan pembelian pada UMKM bidang ekonomi kreatif subsektor fashion di Tasikmalaya secara simultan dan parsial. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik survei dalam pencarian data. Populasi dari penelitian ini yaitu konsumen dari produk UMKM bidang ekonomi kreatif subsektor fashion yang populasinya tidak diketahui dengan sampel didapat secara purposive sampling yaitu sebesar 100 pelanggan. Teknik dalam analisa data yaitu Path Analysis menggunakan SPSS. Data yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini dikumpulkan dari pendistribusian kuesioner yang diuji validitas dan realibilitas. Hasil penelitian menerangkan bahwa variabel celebrity endorsement, price, digital marketing, brand image baik secara bersama-sama maupun secara parsial berdampak secara signifikan kepada keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the impact of price, promotion, and product quality on consumers' purchasing decisions when it comes to Ventela, a local brand specializing in sneakers. Once buyers have made a purchase, they will evaluate their level of satisfaction or disappointment with the product upon receiving it. This study was conducted in Denpasar City, employing quantitative research approach. The target population was all students in Denpasar who wore Ventela shoes, and 119 participants were chosen utilizing the representative selection method using the formula by Hair et al. This research utilized quantitative data obtained from both primary (questionnaire answers) and secondary (sales data) sources. The data were collected by examining the usage of social media and the Ventela shoe sales platform, analyzing data on top local shoe brands, and comparing prices of Ventela shoes. To gather data for this study, a questionnaire designed on Google Forms was distributed. Additionally, traditional statistical tests such as the assumption test, multiple linear regression test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination were applied in this research. The findings of this study indicated that the purchasing decisions of consumers were influenced in a positive and significant manner by the quality, price, and promotion of a product. The test results indicated that the quality of the Ventela brand sneakers had a significant and positive impact on purchasing decisions. The decision to purchase Ventela sneakers, a local brand, was affected by price, promotion, and the of product quality

Abstract

Research aims: This study aims to develop a Hybrid Sustainability Performance Index integrating Maqasid al-Shariah principles with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) metrics for Islamic banks in Indonesia. Design/Methodology/Approach: The research employs Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) and Fuzzy Decision-Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (FDEMATEL) methodologies to prioritize and clarify the complex relationships between various criteria. Research findings: The integration of Maqasid al-Shariah and ESG metrics enhances the sustainability performance of Islamic banks, increases accountability and transparency to stakeholders, and supports sustainable financial growth in Indonesia. Theoretical Contribution/Originality: This study contributes to the literature by providing a structured framework that combines Islamic ethical principles with contemporary sustainability metrics, addressing a notable gap in the performance measurement of Islamic banks. Practitioners/Policy Implications: The proposed index offers Islamic banks a practical tool to align their operations with both Maqasid al-Shariah and ESG metrics, facilitating informed strategic decisions and improved stakeholder engagement. Research Limitations/Implications: While the proposed index provides a comprehensive framework, its applicability may be limited by the availability and quality of data from Islamic banks, as well as variations in the interpretation of Maqasid al-Shariah across institutions. Future research could expand the model by incorporating longitudinal data or testing the index in different regulatory and geographical contexts to enhance its robustness and generalizability.

Abstract

Abstrak Era digitalisasi telah mengubah sistem keuangan dan transaksi, termasuk dalam penggunaan mata uang Rupiah. Kesadaran generasi muda terhadap Rupiah sebagai simbol kedaulatan negara menjadi hal yang penting untuk diperkuat. Sosialisasi "Cinta, Bangga, Paham Rupiah" (CBP) di SMPN 15 Denpasar bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa mengenai Rupiah, baik dari segi fungsi ekonomi maupun nilai kebangsaannya. Program ini dilakukan melalui metode sosialisasi dan edukasi yang mencakup pemaparan materi, sesi tanya jawab, serta permainan interaktif. Evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa siswa menunjukkan antusiasme tinggi dan memahami pentingnya menjaga serta menggunakan Rupiah dengan bijak. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan literasi keuangan di kalangan siswa dan menanamkan rasa cinta terhadap mata uang nasional. Kedepan, diharapkan sosialisasi ini dapat dikembangkan dengan melibatkan lebih banyak pihak guna memperkuat pemahaman siswa dalam pengelolaan keuangan dan peran Rupiah dalam perekonomian nasional. Abstract

Penatahan Village is one of the villages in Tabanan Regency that has a bright future and, if properly managed, has the potential to become a one-of-a-kind destination for the wider community to visit. The purpose from this dedication is to bring understanding of Branding to the community, namely the younger generation of Penatahan village, in the hopes of making it easier for the community to realize the various potentials that exist in Penatahan village in the future. Mr. Made Bayak was interviewed via direct observation in order to acquire knowledge regarding plasticology branding, which was then implemented in the Penatahan village community with a sample of pupils from SMP Negeri 2 Penebel. The results acquired after providing material on how to brand, SMPN 2 Penebel students can basically comprehend how or the first step to launch a product using media platforms such as social media (Instagram).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse and identify the factors of utilizing collaboration and exploring the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of tourism in Kuta Beach, Bali, using a Penta helix approach that will be concluded using Porter's Diamond Model and the identification of collaborative strategies for tourism development. The research method uses a qualitative approach with RRA (rapid rural appraisal) techniques and SWOT analysis and uses Porter's Diamond Model in concluding, assisted by the N-Vivo Plus 12 application. The informants in this study totaled 16 people, with the criteria that 10 people were traditional leaders in Kuta Village, 2 were business people/MSMEs, 2 were academics, 2 were community members, 1 was a media person, and 1 was a government person, namely members of the people's representative council in Badung regency, Bali. The results of the research show that Penta helix collaboration plays a crucial role in the development of sustainable tourism. Real communication and collaboration with the same vision, namely realizing sustainable tourism by building cultural, social, economic, and environmental sustainability with crucial elements in the form of arts, health, accessibility, community, environment, and economic rotation

Abstract

Coffee is a commodity that has experienced an increase during the pandemic until now, connoisseurs of all ages have found coffee business opportunities, especially coffee shops in Bali. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of atmosphere and relationship marketing on customer loyalty in Coffeeshop in Kerobokan Kelod simultaneously and partially. The method in this study used a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents in all coffee shops in Kerobokan Kelod. Checking the validity of the data using the validity test and reliability test. Data analysis techniques in this study used the classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test (R2), f-test (f-test), and t-test (t-test). The findings in this study are that atmosphere and relationship marketing have a significant effect on customer loyalty partially and simultaneously.
