Abstract

This study aims to improve the activity and learning outcomes of students with the implementation of problem-based learning (PBL) model. The subjects were the students of class VIII.A of state junior high school 12 (SMPN 12) of city of Bengkulu as many as 24 students. Data obtained from the test and observations sheets were analyzed using descriptive statistics. This research was conducted in four phases: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The results showed that the learning activities of students in the first cycle with an average score of 25.5 in enough categories, the second cycle of 33.5 in good categories, and the third cycle of 37.5 in good categories. The learning outcomes of students obtained for the cognitive aspects of the first cycle are the average values ​​of 67.75 and 62.50% of mastery learning; the second cycle are the average values ​​of 82.88 and 95.83% of mastery learning; and the third cycle are the average values ​​of 76.03 and 87.50% of passing grade. Learning outcomes of students ​​obtained for the affective aspects of the first cycle by an average of 57.64; the second cycle of 73.07; and the third cycle of 76.74. Learning outcomes of students obtained for psychomotor aspects of the first cycle values ​​ by an average of 74.65; the second cycle of 94.97; and the third cycle of 96.01. In general it can be said that the implementation of problem based learning model with the experimental method can increase the activity and learning outcomes of students. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan membandingkan manajemen kelas di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 dan 7 Bingin Teluk Kecamatan Rawas Ilir. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain studi komparatif. Penelitian dilakukan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 dan 7 Bingin Teluk Kecamatan Rawas Ilir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) penciptaan suasana iklim kelas yang kondusif telah dilaksanakan dengan penerapan pendekatan student centered, pemberian penghargaan guru atas partisipasi siswa, penerapan sikap demokratis dalam pembelajaran dan  pengelolaan konflik yang dialogis; (2) pengelolaan perilaku siswa telah diterapkan dengan pemberian motivasi dan menstimulasi keaktifan siswa; (3) Fisik kelas ditunjukkan dengan kelengkapan sarana kelas yang ada

Abstract

Limited training through e-education aims to improve the competence of school principals in the work consultations for principals of SMP and Mts Bengkulu City. The target audience for this service is the Principals of the Bengkulu City Middle School and MTs who are members of the School Principal Working Consultation as many as 18 people. The implementation method is carried out by three methods namely training, orientation, and practice. This Principal Strengthening Training uses the MOOCs-based E-Training system. The training referred to here consists of activities providing orientation on what teachers need in order to improve the competence of school principals in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of National Education. Limited Training Through E-Training to improve the competence of school principals at the Bengkulu City Junior High School Headmaster's Working Meeting is the right activity and is very in line with current learning needs. This training has been well implemented and received a positive response from the trainees.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the characteristics of the learning module by using the Self Organized Learning Environment (SOLE) model with the aid of Augmented Reality on the material of rotational dynamics and rigid body equilibrium, to describe the feasibility of the learning module using the Self Organized Learning Environment (SOLE) model with the aid of Augmented Reality on the dynamics material rotation and equilibrium of rigid bodies and describe students' perceptions of the readability of learning modules using the Augmented Reality-assisted Self Organized Learning Environment (SOLE) model on the material of rotational dynamics and rigid body equilibrium. This research method is a Research and Development (R&D) method with a 4D development method modified into 3D, namely define, design and development. The resulting product is a printed learning module using the Self Organized Learning Environment (SOLE) learning model assisted by Augmented Reality video playback made using the Unity 3D application. This module aims to train high school students critical thinking skills. The data samples used in this study were physics teachers and class XI students from three schools. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets, review sheets of learning implementation plan documents, the teacher needs questionnaires, student needs questionnaires, expert team validation questionnaires, and student perceptions questionnaires. Assessment of the validation test questionnaire and students' perceptions were interpreted with a Likert scale. Product validation was carried out by 3 expert validators who were reviewed from 6 aspects, namely content, presentation, critical thinking indicators, language, SOLE model stages, and media. The results obtained from this study indicate that the developed module is included in the very decent category with an average score percentage of 85.96% and students' perceptions of the developed module are in the very good category with an average score percentage of 90.01%.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melatih para guru di SMPN 11 Kota Bengkulu dalam melakukan pengelolaan kelas hybrid. Kegiatan dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2023 di SMPN 11 Kota Bengkulu dengan jumlah perserta pelatihan sebanyak 25 orang. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar angket tertutup dengan 4 pilihan jawaban. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik deskriptif. Analisis respon peserta pelatihan terkait kegiatan pelatihan yang telah dilakukan dilihat dari data yang diperoleh yang diolah ke dalam bentuk persentase. Persentase diperoleh berdasarkan perhitungan Skala Likert yang dimodifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 88% peserta pelatihan dikategorikan sangat setuju dengan pernyataan-pernyataan yang mewakili respon positif terhadap kegiatan pelatihan, sisanya 12% dikategorikan setuju. Jadi, dapat disimpulan bahwa seluruh peserta pelatihan memberikan respon positif terhadap kegiatan pelatihan pengelolaan kelas hybrid bagi guru-guru di SMPN 11 Kota Bengkulu. Dari kegiatan pengabdian ini, salah satu dampak yang dirasakan yaitu meningkatnya wawasan guru-guru di SMPN 11 Kota Bengkulu tentang bagaimana dan apa yang harus dilakukan guru dalam mengelola kelas hybrid.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the improvement of learning activity, learning outcomes and critical thinking skill of students by applying a model of guided inquiry. This research was conducted in four stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Subyek in research is all student in this class X IPA.3 aggregate 30 person. The results showed that students learning activity at cycle I with average score of 31 (good), cycle II of 33 (good), cycle III of 34,5 (good) and cycle IV of 35,5 (good). Student learning outcomes obtained the average grade score and classic learning completeness in the cycle I of  69,14 (enough) and 51,72% (unfinished), cycle II of 73 (enough) and 56,67% (unfinished), cycle III of 74,83 (enough) and 66,67 (unfinished) and cycle IV of 80,83 (good) and 80% (complete). For students’ critical thinking skill, that is: indicator focus questions cycle I of 70,69%, cycle II of 78,45%, cycle III of 81,89% and cycle IV of 83,62% (very critical), indicator consider the credibility of a source cycle I of 67,24%, cycle II of 73,28%, cycle III of 76,72% and cycle IV of 80,17% (critical), indicator deduce and consider the results of deduction cycle I of 56,89%, cycle II of 57,75%, cycle III of 60,34% and cycle IV of 63,79% (critical), indicator define terms and consider a definition cycle I of 69,83%, cycle II of 77,58%, cycle III of 79,31% and cycle IV of 81,89% (critical), and indicator define an action cycle I of 58,62%, cycle II of 61,21%, cycle III of 72,41% and cycle IV of 76,72% (critical). Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the implementation of guided inquiry model can improve the learning activity, learning outcomes and student critical thinking skills.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of science process skills, learning activities and cognitive learning outcomes of students by applying a model of Guided Inquiry based on Constructivism Approach to the concept of Light in class VIII.1 SMPN 4 Kota Bengkulu. This research was conducted in four stages: planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection. The results showed that students' science skill score included observation indicator 63,8 (cycle I), 80,9 (cycle II), 82,1 (cycle III), 86,4 (cycle IV), indicator formulated hypothesis 44,8 (Cycle I), 60.3 (cycle II), 61.4 (cycle III), 78.6 (cycle IV), classification indicator 84 (cycle I), 89.2 (cycle II), 96, 2 (cycle III), 100 (cycle IV), interpreting indicators of 65.5 (cycle I), 67.6 (cycle II), 71.4 (cycle III), 77.1 (cycle IV), and communicator indicator Of 46.6 (cycle I), 63.5 (cycle II), 81.7 (cycle III), 90.9 (cycle IV). Student learning activity with cycle I average score 29,5 (enough), cycle II 32 (good), cycle III 34 (good) and cycle IV 37 (good). The results of cognitive learning obtained the average grade grade cognitive and classic learning completeness in the first cycle of 68.4 (enough) and 55.2% (unfinished), cycle II 79.5 (good) and 70.6% (not yet Thoroughly), cycle III 83 (good) and 77,1% (complete), cycle IV 85,4 (good) and 85,7% (complete). Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the implementation of Guided Inquiry Model Based on Constructivism Approach can improve the skill of science process, learning activity and student cognitive learning result.

Abstract

The purpose class act  research are to know how to upgrading, motivate students to learn, skill of science process and the result of students at class VIII2 SMPN 01 Kota Bengkulu for frequency, wave, sound already 4 cycles. The subjects of research there are 33 students. The result of research show us the upgraded student’s study activity for every cycles are 21 (cyle I) , 23.5 (cyle II) , 27.5 (cyle III) and 29 (cyle IV). The upgrading of students motivation every indicator of  motivation by cyle I to cyle IV. The indicator of students desire is 25.82 (cyle I) to be 28.6 (cyle IV). The indicator of appreciation to learn is 17.79 (cyle I) to be 19.6 (cyle IV) . the indicator of interest activity of learn is 22.15 (cyle I) to be 24.21 (cyle IV)  finally indicator of study area which condusive so that make student learn more is 18.18 (cyle I) to be 19.67 (cyle IV). Skill of science process show upgrade to show average every aspect skill of science process. Aspect clasification is 64.85 (cyle I), 70.3 (cyle II), 82.25 (cyle III), 92.5 (cyle IV). Aspect hypotesis formula are 54 (cyle I), 79.65 (cyle II) , 80.35 ( cyle III)  and 87.5 (cyle IV). Aspect instrument uses are 82 (cyle I) , 92.95 (cyle II), 93.75 (cyle III), and 95.5 (cyle IV) and 80.35 (cyle IV). The result of study to knowledge aspect rise to completness study as classical 59.4 % (cyle I) not complete as classical is 92.8 % (cyle III) in complete classical and 100% (cyle IV) complete as classical.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan uji keterbacaan guna mendeskripsikan persepsi peserta didik terhadap modul pembelajaran menggunakan model Self Organized Learning Environment (SOLE) berbantuan Augmented Reality. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan berupa angket persepsi peserta didik dengan 20 butir pertanyaan yang diberikan kepada 75 responden yang merupakan peserta didik di 3 sekolah yaitu SMA Negeri 4, SMA Negeri 5 dan SMA Negeri 9 Kota Bengkulu. Dalam penelitian ini analisis data menggunakan deskripsi kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil data yang diperoleh dapat disimpulkan bahwa modul pembelajaran menggunakan model Self Organized Learning Environment (SOLE) berbantuan Augmented Reality pada materi dinamika rotasi dan kesetimbangan benda tegar sangat baik berdasarkan persepsi peserta didik. Hal ini didasarkan pada data yang diperoleh bahwa dari seluruh pernyataan mengenai keterbacaan tehadap media pembelajaran modul pembelajaran, hampir semuanya dijawab dengan persentase terbesar berada pada pilihan jawaban sangat baik dan baik. Hal ini berarti bahwa peserta didik setuju dengan poin-poin yang ditawarkan pada setiap pernyataan yang mereka isi pada lembar persepsi. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh didapatkan rata-rata persentase aspek tampilan 91,13 %, aspek penyajian 90,33 % dan aspek manfaat 88,56 %. Sehingga dapat diambil kesimpulan dari ketiga aspek tersebut bahwa modul yang dikembangkan sangat baik dengan persentase rata-rata keseluruhan 90,01 %. Kata kunci : Persepsi Peserta Didik, Keterbacaan, Modul Pembelajaran, Augmented Reality, Model Self Organized Learning Environment (SOLE), Dinamika Rotasi dan Kesetimbangan Benda Tegar ABSTRACT This study aims to conduct a readability test to describe students' perceptions of the learning module using the Augmented Reality-assisted Self Organized Learning Environment (SOLE) model. This type of research is development research. The research instrument used was a student perception questionnaire with 20 questions given to 75 respondents who were students in 3 schools, namely SMA Negeri 4, SMA Negeri 5, and SMA Negeri 9 Bengkulu City. In this study, data analysis used quantitative descriptions. the results of the data obtained can be obtained that the learning module uses the Self Organized Learning Environment (SOLE) model with the help of Augmented Reality on very good dynamics and game materials based on students' perceptions. This is based on all the data obtained from statements regarding the readability of the learning media of the learning module, almost all of which are answered with the best answers from the best and good answers. This means that students agree with the points offered in the statements they fill in the perception sheet. Based on the data obtained, the average percentage of the display aspect is 91.13%, the presentation aspect is 90.33% and the aspect is 88.56%. Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persentase kesesuaian materi dalam buku pelajaran fisika kelas x dengan kategori literasi sains sebagai batang tubuh pengetahuan, penyelidikan, cara berpikir, dan interaksi sains, teknologi dengan masyarakat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu analisis isi (content analysis) dengan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian pada buku fisika kelas X (Erlangga) menyajikan kategori literasi sains sebagai batang tubuh pengetahuan (46%); sains sebagai penyelidikan (14%); sains sebagai cara berpikir (25%); dan interaksi sains, teknologi dengan masyarakat (5%). Untuk buku buku fisika kelas X (Yudhistira) menyajikan kategori literasi sains sebagai batang tubuh pengetahuan (50%); sains sebagai penyelidikan (14%); sains sebagai cara berpikir (24%); dan interaksi sains, teknologi dengan masyarakat (12%). Dari data tersebut, kedua buku fisika kelas X yang digunakan dalam proses pembelajaran lebih menekankan pada kategori sains sebagai batang tubuh pengetahuan.   Kata kunci: Analisis, Literasi sains, Buku Ajar   ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the percentage of material alignment in 10th-grade physics textbooks with the category of science literacy as a body of knowledge, research, ways of thinking, and interaction of science and technology with society. The objects of this study are 10th-grade physics textbooks. The population in this study is all material in textbooks were analyzed. The data collection technique is content analysis. Data analysis techniques are by quantitative descriptive methods. The use of multistage sampling provided sampling by using two stages. The first stage is the selection of chapters of each book analyzed, and the second stage is the selection of pages of each chapter analyzed. The findings from (1) the Erlangga book present the category of science literacy as(a) the body of knowledge (46%); an investigation (14%); the way of thinking (25%); and (15%) the interaction of science, technology with society, and (2) the Yudhistira book presents the category of science literacy as (a) the body of knowledge (50%), (b) an investigation (14%); (c) a way of thinking (24%); and (d) the interaction of science, technology with society (12%).
