Abstract

Technological developments require all parties to be able to apply it in all fields. The village government must also apply information technology in managing its administrative activities and in terms of village services. For this reason, it is necessary to develop a smart village application for villages that want to progress. This service activity aims to provide assistance and training on the use of smart villages for the community and village officials in Pekon Sukanegeri Jaya. Pekon Sukanegeri Jaya already has a smart village application that is ready to be implemented for the community and village officials. The village office has also been equipped with wifi or a smooth internet network, so that it can be used by the community and village officials to implement the smart village application. However, the community and village officials have not fully understood and implemented smart villages in their work. Therefore, the service team needs to provide assistance and training on the use of smart villages for the community and village officials. With this service activity, it is hoped that it can improve the ability of the community and village officials to use the smart village application and there will be an increase in village office services

Abstract

This service activity in the form of electronic archiving training or e-filling is motivated by archiving activities carried out at the village office still using the traditional way, namely using paper. This method will cause many problems, so it is necessary to conduct electronic archiving training for village officials. The village office in Pekon Sukanegeri Jaya has been equipped with computer equipment and an internet network that can be used for electronic archive management. However, the skills and knowledge of village officials are still lacking, especially for archiving using Google Drive media. The purpose of implementing this service is that with the existence of electronic archiving training for village officials, it is hoped that archive management at the village office can be more organized and make it easier for village officials to re-search the archive files needed at any time.

Abstract

E-learning merupakan salah satu solusi agar proses pembelajaran selama pandemi Covid-19 tetap berjalan. E-learning dapat memudahkan guru dan siswa dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran jarak jauh (PJJ). Permasalahannya adalah tidak semua aplikasi yang digunakan untuk Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh(PJJ) memiliki standarisasi yang sama baik dari segi pengisian materi, penugasan dan penilaian hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu diperlukan Learning Managemen System(LMS) untuk menstandarisasi baik dari segi materi, penugasan dan penilaian hasil belajar siswa, agar proses pembelajaran dapat tercapai sesuai dengan tujuan. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Teknokrat Indonesia berkerja sama dengan pihak Manajemen SMA Negeri 1 Metro Kibang menerapkan Leanring Mangemen Systerm (LMS) pada proses pembelajaran selama pandemi. Penerapan Learning Managemen System (LMS) tersebut di implementasikan dalam bentuk pelatihan SPADA untuk Kepala Sekolah dan semua pihak manajemen SMA NegeriN 1 Metro Kibang. Tujuan dari pelatihan ini adalah agar Kepala Sekolah dapat memonitoring kegiatan pembelajaran dan guru dapat menerapkan Learning Managemen System (LMS)  pada proses pembelajaran selama pandemi. Pelatihan ini di ikuti oleh 28 guru SMA Negeri 1 Metro Kibang. Hasil dalam kegiatan ini yaitu 91.964 %guru SMA N 1 Metro Kibang dapat menerapkan Learning Managemen System(LMS) berupa penggunakan aplikasi SPADA pada proses pembelajaran, nilai tersebut diperoleh dari hasil pemberian angket setelah pelatihan. Selain itu penerapan Learning Managemen System(LMS)  berupa pemafaatan SPADA juga bermanfaat bagi Kepala Sekolah dalam memonitoring kinerja guru pada proses pembelajaran selama masa pandemi covid-19

Abstract

SMAS Kesuma Bakti Bekri (SMAS-KBB) has several priority issues that need to be addressed, includingThe educational report score for literacy skills at SMAS-KBB is still categorized as poor, with a score of 33.33. The educational report score for numeracy skills at SMAS-KBB is also categorized as poor, with a score of 35.56. The management of the school's administrative and financial services system has not been optimized. Based on these priority issues, the proposed solutions areImplementing the DigiLearnHub Platform. Providing training and assistance to teachers in creating and designing engaging literacy and numeracy learning content to be used on the DigiLearnHub platform. Providing training and assistance to students on the use of the DigiLearnHub platform and the importance of improving literacy and numeracy learning as a foundation for mastering science and technology. Implementing an application that can be accessed digitally through the website and mobile for real-time School Administration System. Based on the evaluation results, there was an 84.85% improvement in teachers' ability to create literacy and numeracy learning content. Furthermore, based on post-test results conducted with students, there was an increase in the average student score, with literacy achieving 87.2 and numeracy 86.2. This indicates an improvement in literacy and numeracy learning quality, which is expected to prepare students for the ANBK. In addition, the school administrative service application has improved the school's administrative and financial services. According to survey results, 87% of students and parents expressed high satisfaction with the services provided through the school administration and financial application.

Abstract

The DiBa Farm Livestock Group faces several urgent issues that need to be addressed not all cows can achieve the minimum weight gain target of 1.5 kg per day. Monitoring of cow growth productivity is done manually; (3) the calculation of the cost of goods sold is also still done manually. The partner's marketing of livestock products is limited to regular customers within the South Lampung area only. Based on these prioritized issues, the proposed solutions and methods are implementing a wheelbarrow tool with a digital scale for transporting cow feed using IoT technology. Implementing a cow growth monitoring application using RFID. Implementing a website-based application to automatically determine the Cost of Goods Sold for cows. Implementing a digital marketing application for cow sales that can be accessed via a website. Providing training and assistance related to digital marketing strategies. Based on the evaluation results, it was found that the implementation of Smart Cow Farming Technology 100% improved the partners' knowledge of its usage. The average cow growth increased monthly, from 45 kg to 50 kg. Additionally, there was a 25% increase in profits due to the implementation of the cost of goods sold calculation application and the online cow sales application. The evaluation results from the digital marketing training activities also showed that 85% of the partners' knowledge and understanding improved in terms of using digital marketing.
