Abstract

AbstrakTulisan ini bertujuan mengetahui strategi yang dilakukan ekonomi Islam dalam upaya membangun ketahanan ekonomi keluarga muslim. Sebagai bagian rentetan sistem ekonomi, keluarga dengan segala fungsinya harus memiliki ketahanan dalam hal ekonomi, karena akan menjadi pondasi kuat bagi ketahanan ekonomi sosial, bahkan negara. Keluarga yang secara ekonomi lemah tidak hanya mempengaruhi kualitas anggotanya, namun juga berdampak pada sistem ekonomi, keamanan, kesehatan, pendidikan, dan kesejahteraan sosial. Penelitian ini merupakan library research dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa Islam secara terstruktur telah merancang strategi dalam membangun ketahanan ekonomi keluarga muslim, yaitu dengan cara: 1) Kewajiban memiliki sumber pendapatan dan kepemilikan aset; 2) Menjaga keseimbangan dalam pola konsumsi; 3) Sistem menjamin dalam lingkup keluarga besar/kerabat; 3) Menyiapkan sistem jaminan sosial berkeadilan.Kata kunci: Strategi, Ketahanan Ekonomi, Indikator.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami pengaruh penambahan katalis SiO2/Al2O3 terhadap karakteristik biodiesel dari minyak jelantah. Tahap awal penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui karakterisitik biodiesel sebelum penambahan katalis. Tahap selanjutnya adalah menganalisa perubahan karakteristik tersebut setelah ditambahkan katalis dengan variasi konsentrasi 1,0%, 1,3%, 1,6%, dan 1,9%. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa sebelum penambahan katalis, reaksi transesterifikasi menghasilkan penurunan densitas minyak jelantah dari 0,926 g/mL menjadi 0,875g/mL, kadar FFA dari 0,053 mgKOH/minyak menjadi 0,014 mgKOH/minyak, dan angka penyabunan dari 6,5 mgKOH/g menjadi 4,5 mgKOH/g. Penambahan katalis dengan variasi konsentrasi 1,0%, 1,3%, 1,6%, dan 1,9% mengungkapkan bahwa angka asam menurun dari 0,0008 mgKOH/g minyak sampai 0,0004 mgKOH/g minyak, densitas menurun dari 0,872 g/mL sampai 0,868 g/mL, sedangkan angka penyabunan naik dari 4,5 mgKOH/g sampai 5,3 mgKOH/g. Pengaruh penambahan katalis SiO2/Al2O3 meningkatkan kualitas karakteristik biodiesel, dimana kadar FFA, angka penyabunan, dan densitas telah memenuhi Standar Biodiesel Nasional Indonesia. Kata kunci: Minyak jelantah, biodiesel, katalis SiO2/Al2O3

Abstract

AbstractThis research seeks the influence of product quality and price on customer satisfaction in Jemblung II Malang coffee. This type of research uses quantitative methods that aim to find significant influences partially and simultaneously. The number of respondents used was 60 respondents, with the criteria of consumers aged 17 years and above and consumers who made coffee purchases. This research method is tested by validity and reliability tests. The classic assumption tests used are the normality assumption test, the multicolonierity assumption test, and the heterokedastisity assumption test. In addition, several linear regression tests are also used, and hypothesis testing, namely F test, T test, and determination test (R2). The results of this study show that there is a significant influence simultaneously between product quality variables and prices on consumer satisfaction. In part, there is an influence on product quality affecting consumer satisfaction, and price has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction. Price is the most dominant variable in consumer satisfaction for coffee jemblung II Malang. Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Sedimentation at the mouth of the Palu River is the cause of frequent flooding in Palu City. This study aims to understand the hydrodynamic conditions and longshore sediment transport around the mouth of the Palu River. Hydrodynamic conditions were analyzed by measuring velocity and current direction, salinity, discharge, breaking wave height, breaking wave depth, wave incidence angle, water density, and water depth. While the amount of longshore sediment transport was calculated based on the CERC empirical formula. The results revealed that the distribution of currents at the mouth of the Palu River was dominated by river currents, where the amount of seawater in the mouth of the river was small. This could be seen from the small salinity value, which ranged from 1 ‰ to 5 ‰. The longshore sediment transport around the Palu River estuary is 36.06 m3/day, where this sediment resulted in silting at the Palu River estuary during deposition.

Abstract

The increase in plastic waste demands acceleration of waste recycling technology. The purpose of this research is to make a prototype machine to process plastic waste into liquid fuel using the pyrolysis method called the Pluto (plastic to oil) engine. This machine can accommodate plastic waste with a maximum weight of about 3 Kg with a condensate tube that can accommodate a maximum volume of about 3 L of liquid fuel. Experimental results reveal that the heating process for 2 hours produces 250 mL of liquid fuel.

Abstract

Global Warming is one of the environmental problems today. Efforts of anticipatons as a form of concern, have been carried out by various environmental movement programs, initiated by the government, NGOs and the community. In principle, environmentally friendly campus management is one of the determinants in producing the quality and quantity of the ongoing educational process. The purpose of this research is to study the application of an environmentally friendly campus using the fishbone diagram method to analyze the cause and effect of a problem. The results of the cause and effect analysis are then used as input to formulate internal factors in the SWOT, then produce strategies to minimize obstacles and increase the success of the green campus. This research is useful for educational institutions at STT Migas Balikpapan because it can provide an understanding of campus management policies that are oriented towards environmental management, in an effort to implement environmental education for students, as well as the care and involvement of all elements of the academic community in a culture of environmental care.

Abstract

The physical properties of plastic waste that is not easily biodegradable is a serious problem in pollution on land and at sea. Therefore, technology to be able to solve these problems needs to be developed. This study aims to understand at what temperature plastic waste can produce fuel oil. The type of waste used in this research is polyethylene terephthalate (PET), which is a type of plastic that uses drink bottles. The design of the device to convert plastic into fuel oil in this study consisted of 3 components, namely a valve which functions to regulate the flow of steam from the reactor tube to the condensate tube, the temperature gauge functions to measure the temperature contained in the reactor tube, and the heat blanket functions as a coating, this can reduce excessive heat in the reactor tube. The results revealed that at a temperature of 100ºC to 150ºC with a variation of time (26.3, 27.3, and 28) minutes did not produce oil. At a temperature of 200ºC to 250ºC with time variations (33, 34, and 35) minutes, the condensate tube begins to produce fuel above the water surface.

Abstract

Knowledge of explosion thresholds is essential to ensure a safe area. Fire or explosion may occur spontaneously if conditions in the area exceed the limits. Low explosive limit (LEL) measurements for 31 days have been carried out at Korpri Housing, precisely at Jl. Wilis Mukti 1, RT. 26, Kelurahan Sepinggan, Kecamatan Balikpapan Selatan, Balikpapan City, East Kalimantan. Measurements were conducted using a multimeter gas detector (compound gas monitor WT8811) for 31 days at three points, namely the first point was located about 5 m from the gas source, the second point was located at the gas source, and the third point was located around 20-25 m from the gas source. The measurement results revealed that the highest LEL value was at the second point with an average value of 4.79% LEL. The highest measurement results occurred on April 6, 2021 with measurement results in the morning at 09.00 WITA 14.8% LEL, afternoon at 12.00 WITA 13.8% LEL, and at 15.00 WITA 11.6% LEL. The results revealed that at the second point has the highest potential for an explosion.

Abstract

Erosi dan pencemaran perairan yang diakibatkan oleh pergerakan arus merupakan masalah yang sering terjadi di daerah sungai dan pesisir. Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  memodelkan  dinamika  arus  pasang  surut  pada penampang vertikal dari suatu kanal sempit. Simulasi dilakukan dengan menggunakan model numerik berbasis bahasa pemrograman Fortran yang dijalankan dengan menggunakan  gaya  pembangkit  pasang  surut.  Data  kedalaman,  konstanta  pasang surut,  dan  geometri  kanal  digunakan  untuk  menghitung  kecepatan  dan arah arus. Hasil simulasi mengungkapkan bahwa sistem koordinat sigma telah berhasil diterapkan pada daerah penelitian, dimana vektor kecepatan arus dapat ditampilkan pada setiap lapisan penampang vertikal. Pergerakan arus pasang surut pada daerah simulasi bersesuaian dengan teori arus pasang surut pada daerah sempit seperti teluk dan nilai vektor kecepatan arus yang dihasilkan pada setiap kondisi pasang surut relatif kecil.

Abstract

Biodiesel merupakan bahan bakar alternatif pengganti solar yang berasal dari bahan nabati seperti minyak goreng bekas. Minyak goreng bekas adalah limbah dari sisa penggorengan, biasanya dibuang karena sudah digunakan lebih dari satu kali. Transesterifikasi merupakan reaksi antara trigliserida yang terkandung dalam minyak nabati atau lemak hewan dengan alkohol untuk membentuk alkil ester. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sifat fisika dan nilai keekonomian minyak goreng bekas menjadi biodiesel dengan metode transesterifikasi. Bahan limbah yang digunakan merupakan minyak goreng. Analisis fisika dilakukan dengan melakukan pengujian karakteristik biodiesel meliputi % FFA, angka asam, gliserol, kandungan air, massa jenis, pH, rendemen dan warna. Nilai karakteristik biodisel pada sampel 1 yaitu: FFA sebesar 0,65 %, angka asam 0,42 mg, gliserol 59 mL, kadar air 0,006 %, rendemen 0,83 %, massa jenis 852 kg/m3, pH 7 dan menghasilkan warna kuning emas, sedangkan nilai karakteristik biodisel pada sampel 2 yaitu: FFA sebesar 0,56 %, angka asam 0,50 mg, gliserol 58 mL, kadar air 0 %, rendemen 0,83 %, massa jenis 845 kg/m3, pH 7 dan menghasilkan warna kuning emas. Nilai karakteristik biodisel pada sampel 3 yaitu: FFA sebesar 0,65 %, angka asam 0,50 mg, gliserol 59 mL, kadar air 0,07 %, rendemen 0,78 %, massa jenis 847 kg/m3, pH 7 dan menghasilkan warna kuning emas. Pengolahan minyak goreng bekas sebanyak 300 L/bulan akan menghasilkan biodiesel 246 L/bulan @Rp. 9.000 = Rp. 2.214.000 dan gliserol 23 L/bulan @Rp. 3.000 = Rp. 86.250. Sehingga diperoleh total pendapatan = Rp.2.300.250/bulan. Sementara itu, biaya produksi berupa penggunaan listrik, pembelian pelarut dan katalis sebesar Rp.1.370.500/bulan. Sehingga Hasil analisis keekonomian menunjukkan bahwa pembuatan biodiesel skala industri kecil layak diproduksi dengan nilai keuntungan mencapai Rp.929.750/bulan.
