The provision of grants is a program given by the government to the less fortunate. A grant program is held to assist the community in the survival of the community, especially in housing issues. The provision of home assistance is done selectively in accordance with the assistance provided. One of the help offered is uninhabitable Home Assistance (RUTILAHU). In this study used the VIKOR method so that the results obtained are expected to assist the government in managing the RUTILAHU Relief Fund to decide the eligible beneficiaries.

Jaringan syaraf tiruan merupakan program computer yang dapat meniru proses pemikiran dan pengetahuan untuk menyelesaikan suatu masalah yang spesifik. Implementasi jaringan syaraf tiruan banyak dipandang sebagai cara penyimpanan pengetuhan pada bidang tertentu dalam program computer sehingga keputusan dapat diberikan secara cerdas. Salah satu implementasi yang diterapkan jaringan syaraf tiruan untuk melakukan prediksi jumlah pasien rawat inap. Diharapkan dengan sistem ini, orang awam dapat menyelesaikan masalah tertentu baik sedikit rumit sekalipun tanpa bantuan para ahli dalam bidang tersebut. Sedangkan bagi para ahli, sistem ini dapat digunakan sebagai asisten yang berpengalaman. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi keterjumlah kematian dengan hanya menganalisa data tersebut. Dengan menggunakan metode Backpropagation, maka akan diketahui prediksi jumlah pasien rawat inap tersebut. Metode Backpropagation sangat bermanfaat untuk Jaringan syaraf tiruan memprediksi jumlah pasien rawat inap Kata Kunci: Jaringan Syaraf Tiruan, Prediksi Jumlah pasien rawat inap, Backpropagation

Teknik penyampaian materi pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh beberapa dosen saat ini masih menggunakan cara konvensional, dimana dosen hanya mencatat materi ke papan tulis dan mahasiswa menulis catatan tersebut ke buku catatan, dengan durasi pencatatan setiap mahasiswa berbeda-beda sehingga apabila mahasiswa yang memiliki durasi paling lama dalam mencatat tentunya akan mengurangi durasi proses belajar mengajar, sehingga penjelasan materi oleh dosen ke mahasiswa pun sangat sedikit cara seperti ini tentunya tidak efisien. Untuk menjelaskan materi pembelajaran citra dengan sistem komputer diperlukan konsep dan perancangan dengan mengimplementasikan suatu metode yaitu metode Computer Assisted Instruction (CAI), dimana merupakan salah satu metode pembelajaran melalui sistem computer. Metode Computer Assisted Instruction yang diterapkan memiliki beberapa tahapan yaitu Tutorial, Drill and Practice, Pemecahan Masalah, Permainan dan Simulasi. Bentuk penyajian materi yang ditampilkan oleh komputer berupa media seperti teks, gambar, suara dan video, ada juga tampilan latihan disertai dengan evaluasi jawaban, dan umpan balik dimana ini merupakan teknik agar peserta didik dapat berinteraksi dengan baik.

The decision making process for the selection of the best non-civil servant government employees is still done manually, where in the election there are still often some non-civil servant government employees (ppnpn) that are not appropriate as desired by the agency, so that in the election there are still nonconformities with existing procedures, therefore the need for a decision support system that will later assist in the decision making process. Decision support system is a system that can be used to support decision makers with the best alternative in making decisions in the process of selecting non-civil servant government employees (PPNPN) at the Polonia Class I Immigration Office. The Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method is a fairly simple method that can be used in decision making to analyze multiple criteria. This method will make decisions with several criteria that conflict with each other and will produce the greatest value that will be selected as the best alternative. The results of the calculation of this method will be as expected if the chosen alternative meets the specified criteria. Thus a decision support system is needed so that it can help make the right decision in the selection of the best non civil servant government employees (PPNPN) at the Polonia Class I Immigration Office. This research aims to see whether the influence of technology on financial transparency is an effort to be able to build public trust in financial management in accordance with Sharia organizations or not. To give confidence to the public in financial management, it requires disclosure of information to the public as a disclosure of the performance report of an institution or organization. Transparency is a disclosure in the form of financial performance reports that are presented in an open, detailed, clear, easily accessible manner and can be conveyed periodically. This research was conducted based on literature studies from various sources from previous studies. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research method that will describe the subject under study. The results of this study can be concluded that information technology on financial transparency is in accordance with Islamic maqasit. Abstrak: Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pengaruh teknologi informasi terhadap transparansi keuangan sebagai salah satu upaya untuk dapat membangun kepercayaan masyarakat dalam pengelolaan keuangan telah sesuai dengan maqasit Syariah atau tidak. Untuk memberikan kepercayaan terhadap public atas pengelolaan keuangan maka diperlukan keterbukaan informasi kepada public sebagai pengungkapan laporan kinerja suatu Lembaga atau organisasi. Tranparansi merupakan pengungkapan dalam bentuk laporan kinerja keuangan yang disampaikan secara terbuka secara rinci, jelas, dapat mudah untuk di akses dan dapat di sampaikan secara periodic. Penelitian ini di lakukan berdasarkan studi literatur dari berbagai sumber dari penelitian-penelitian sebelumnya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang akan mendeskripsikan dari subjek yang diteliti. Hasil dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknologi informasi terhadap transparansi keuangan telah sesuai dengan maqasit Syariah.

SMS technology also does not guarantee the security and confidentiality of messages sent. The distribution of message content is very vulnerable to interference or theft by irresponsible parties, because the message content that is plaintext (text-light) can be read by anyone, to reduce the risk caused by one way of overcoming it is to implement a cryptographic algorithm on the message sent. The cryptographic algorithm used is the Camellia cryptographic algorithm with a 128-bit key length. Camellia is a block cipher designed by experts in research and development in cryptographic techniques. With the encrypted message sent then someone who managed to steal information about the SMS message sent, then someone who succeeded in stealing information from the text message sent would find it difficult to know the contents of the message. Designed and built an application program using Android with an Android system of at least version 2.2 to facilitate users in encoding SMS messages.

The habit of collecting data makes the capacity of large storage space smaller, making it difficult for computer users to store large amounts of data or large data. One of the files that are large and usually collected by humans is image files, this takes up a lot of storage space. One solution to overcome this problem is to use a compression algorithm such as elias omega code so that the size of large image files becomes smaller. Elias Omega Code Algorithm is a compression algorithm with a lossless compression type, where the compression results can be returned as before without any bit loss. The purpose of using the elias omega algorithm is so that the image file that is saved becomes a small image file. The results obtained from building an image file compression application are that the image file size becomes smaller, with a compression ratio of 66.5%.

In this study, we will try to analyze the performance of lossless algorithms, some of which are: Goldbach's Algorithm, Fibonacci's Algorithm, Rice Codes Algorithm, Additive Codes, and Yamamoto's Recursive Codes Algorithm. The main reason why a comparison is needed is to see which algorithm is the best, it is worth doing as a basis for making applications that can compress data because application users want the best results for them, and in this case, are those that can compress files and produce the smallest size compared to other algorithms. The data to be compressed is text data. The results obtained from the test are the Goldbach Codes and Fibonacci Codes algorithms are superior to the third algorithm and several times have the same results, namely compression ratios of 60% to 68% and space savings ranging from 32% to 40%.

Large storage capacities are currently very important because more and more data must be stored, the size of an audio file is sometimes relatively large, because the longer the duration of an audio, the larger the size of the audio file. The size of a file to be stored greatly affects storage space, meaning that if the file size to be stored is large, a large enough storage space is also needed to accommodate the data. The solution to overcome problems like this is to perform data compression techniques. Data compression aims to reduce a file size which can reduce the bit size in each audio file, but does not eliminate the information data in it. By compressing, large data will be reduced in size so as to save storage space. In this study the algorithm used is the boldi-vigna codes algorithm, by using this algorithm, the compression results of each ΞΆ code have different results for each value, so the compression results will be profitable.
