Abstract

The implementation of e-learning during the pandemic is a new breakthrough for the learning system in Indonesia, but this new thing is certainly a burden for students and teachers because it takes a long time to adapt. E-learning makes it easier for students to get material flexibly and be able to evaluate their own learning anywhere. However, behind this convenience, e-learning makes students misuse the learning system and learning time to play. This happens because students consider the tasks and materials given by the teacher to be unimportant, even the learning atmosphere is considered saturated. In the end, the negative impact formed an anxiety, especially for the students of MTs Darussalam to make their achievement decline. Self-management technique group guidance is an alternative solution for BK teachers to stimulate students' anxiety into positive energy. This research was conducted using descriptive qualitative method with research subjects from two sources, namely six students of Class 8B and one BK teacher. The results of this study prove that the self-management technique group guidance service carried out with the stages of self-awareness, self-evaluation and self-reinforcement, this service succeeded in reducing anxiety levels and helping students manage their anxiety. This is a new reference for BK MTs Darussalam teachers to provide similar services so that all students can minimize anxiety levels during e-learning. Keywords: : E-Learning, Anxiety, Teknik Self Management

Abstract

Generasi Z dipengaruhi oleh teknologi yang serba digital dituntut untuk lebih menerima dan menghormati lingkungan dibandingkan dengan generasi-generasi sebelumnya, sehingga diperlukan konseling kolaboratif yang menjadi pendekatan untuk melatih generasi Z supaya dapat berkolaborasi dan bersinergi ditengah keragaman dan perbedaan. Metode pengabdian ini menggunakan Teknik diskusi, ceramah, dan demonstrasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan memahami konsep konseling kolaboratif yang mencakup (1) membangun hubungan; (2) mengklarifikasi keluhan, masalah, tujuan dan hasil yang diprioritaskan; (3) mengubah pandangan, tindakan, dan suasana; (4) menilai perubahan setelah melaksanakan konseling kolaboratif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a relationship between academic procrastination and student learning motivation grade VIII  SMPN 2 Kadungora Kabupaten Garut. The sampling technique was used a purposive sampling technique to obtain a research sample of 56 people. The research method uses a quantitative correlational design approach with product moment correlation data analysis techniques based on questionnaire data with scale learning motivation and student learning independence. Data analysis use the application of SPSS 22 with a analys correlation value of 0.348  meaning  that there was a significant relationship between academic procrastination and learning motivation of Grade VIII  SMPN 2 Kadungora Kabupaten Garut Keywords: Academic Procrastination, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Bullying is a measure of aggression that a person deriberately is bent on hurting or taking down a victim. The goal in yourtus bottom line is to increase students understanding of bullying and reduce student bullying behavior by creating online group guidance service thought the goggle meet app. Subject the list of 4 student and 1 person guidance and counseling teacher. The metodes used in this study are qualitative methods with a descriptive approach to reseach activities such as behavioral,systemic and descriptive subject such a behavior,motivational and descriptive in the form of words and balances of the natural method of inquiry and systemic,factual and accurate about the facts or situation those insidents.Keywords: Bullying , Student,Group guidance

Abstract

Classical guidance is a guidance and counseling service that has the aim of launching service activities that develop students' potential to achieve educational goals. One of the techniques that can be used in the implementation of classical guidance services is the symbolic modeling technique. The symbolic modeling technique is a technique that is carried out by showing a video or film in which a character who has behavior or activity can be imitated by an individual who sees it. The purpose of this study is to find out how the implementation, the responses of BK students and teachers, as well as the obstacles experienced by BK students and teachers in the implementation of online-based classical guidance services through modeling techniques for career maturity of class IX students. The approach taken is a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The data collection technique used is the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the modeling technique used in this classical guidance service can assist students in planning their further education after graduating from junior high school.Keywords: Career maturity, Junior high school students

Abstract

Student academic procrastination is a behavior of procrastinating that is intentionally repetitive and prefers to fill its activities by doing more enjoyable activities so that it overrides its main task as a student.This study aims to describe the academic procrastination of high school students Al Amanah Ciwidey class XI, this study uses a quantitative descriptive method.The subjects in this study were students of class XI SMA Al Amanah Ciwidey. The results of this study indicate that the level of academic procrastination of students both overall and by gender is in the moderate category.which means that class XI students of SMA Al Amanah Ciwidey are expected to be able to overcome the problem of academic procrastination. Keywords:Student Academic Procrastination, High school student.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine Sundanese cultural values in SMP Negeri 1 Lembang in guidance and counseling. The background of this research is to look at the daily activities and arts carried out by students in handling Sundanese cultural values, because with the development of a more modern era so that most students and girls do not pay attention to Sundanese culture, the school applies values Sundanese cultural values in every learning activity as well as art extracurriculars at SMP Negeri 1 Lembang which is named the arts environment (LISES). We used observation, interview and documentation techniques to collect data for this study, with a total of 2 people consisting of 2 guidance and counseling teachers. To check the data validity of this study using data triangulation. Data analysis techniques according to Miles and Huberman, analysis activities consist of 4 stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and verification. The results of the study show that Sundanese cultural values in schools have begun to be implemented and have been running from 1999 to 2023 and have developed because there are new teachers who are competent in Sundanese culture.

Abstract

This research aims to gain an understanding of the events or phenomena that occur within the context of the community, particularly in the context of Sundanese culture-based education. The research adopts a qualitative research method and is conducted at SMPN 5 Lembang. The research findings indicate several points: (1) The students at SMPN 5 Lembang show great enthusiasm towards Sundanese culture. (2) The Sundanese language is widely used in the school. (3) There is an implementation of guidance and counseling based on Sundanese culture at SMPN 5 Lembang.

Abstract

Stres di bidang  akademik  pada  siswa  muncul ketika  harapan  untuk  meraih  prestasi akademik  meningkat, namun harapan tersebut tidak sesuai dengan kemampuan yang siswa miliki. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan stres akademik siswa tingkat X SMK Negeri se kota Cimahi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu survey. Metode survey merupakan metode penelitian kuantitatif yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan data yang terjadi saat ini, tentang karakteristik suatu variabel dari sampel yang diambil dari populasi tertentu. Populasi penelitian terdiri dari siswa tingkat X SMK Negeri se kota cimahi yaitu SMK Negeri 1 Cimahi, SMK Negeri 2 Cimahi, dan SMK Negeri 3 Cimahi yang berjumlah 1865 siswa sedangkan sampel penelitian berjumlah 311 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 4 % siswa berada pada kategori tinggi,41% kategori sedang, dan 55% pada kategori rendah.

Abstract

The problems to be revealed: 1) How is the process of developing career guidance guides to improve the career maturity of XI level high school students, 2) How is the feasibility of developing career guidance guides to increase career maturity of XI level high school students, 3) How are students' responses in developing career guidance guides to increase the career maturity of high school students level XI, 4) How effective is the development of career guidance guides to improve the career maturity of high school students level XI. The method used is Research and development (R & D). This study uses analysis of student needs in the form of a career maturity questionnaire, data collection by distributing questionnaires. The instruments used in this study were 1) an assessment sheet on the career guidance guide from media, material and practitioner experts, 2) a career maturity questionnaire, 3) a student response questionnaire to the career guidance guide.
