Abstract

Career decision-making is the process of determining one of two or more choices related to intentional work/further education. This research aims to find out how the Implementation of Online-based Career Guidance Services through Group Discussion Techniques in career decision making, teacher and student response, student difficulties, as well as obstacles experienced by BK teachers regarding Online-based Career Guidance services through Group Discussion Techniques in career decision making. The method study qualitative descriptive. Data obtained from results research in  form words and explanations about a phenomenon that occurs. The subjects in this study were 1 BK Teacher, and 6 students of class XII Of State High School 1 Cisarua. The data collection procedure uses questionnaires, observations and interviews. Based on the results of research shows the findings in the field including students are not fully able to make career decisions well proven by the results of career decision making. There is only 1 student who has a career decision in the high category with a percentage of 17%, while 4 people with a moderate category with a percentage of 67%, and 1 person with a low category with a percentage of 17%. However, after being given career guidance services students find it helpful in their further education decision making. Keywords: Career Guidance, Group Discussion, Career Decision Making

Abstract

Konselor sebagai sebuah profesi sudah pasti memiliki standar kualitas. Salah satu kualitas konselor adalah kualitas pribadi konselor. Kualitas pribadi konselor khususnya di Indonesia mencakup: (1) beriman dan bertakwa kepada Tuhan yang Maha Esa; (2) menghargai dan menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai kemanusiaan; (3) menunjukkan integritas dam stabilitas kepribadian yang kuat; dan (4) menampilkan kinerja berkualitas tinggi.Konseling individual merupakan kunci semua kegiatan bimbingan dan konseling. Proses konseling individual merupakan relasi antara konselor dan konseli dengan tujuan agar dapat mencapai tujuan konseli. Tujuan utama dari konseling individual adalah pengentasan masalah konseli, sehingga konselor memiliki tanggung jawab membantu konseli dalam pengentasan masalah tersebut dengan menggunakan keterampilan dan pendekatan dalam konseling melalui tahapan-tahapan proses konseling. Kualitas pribadi konselor dalam proses konseling individual merupakan titik tumpu antara pengetahuan dan keterampilan dari konselor. Dengan kata lain keberhasilan atau keefektifan dalam proses konseling dipengaruhi oleh kualitas pribadi konselor dalam melakukan teknik atau keterampilan dalam setiap tahap peroses konseling.   Kata kunci : Kualitas pribadi konselor, konseling individual

Abstract

The purpose of this research  was to determine the use of group guidance services with role playing techniques to overcome the bullying behavior of high school students.  Bullying behavior is a problem that is often faced by adolescent peer refusal to lead to the emergence of bullying behavior in students.  Increased cognitive abilities and awareness of adolescents can prepare teens to deal with stress and emotional fluctuations effectively, many adolescents cannot manage their emotions effectively.  As a result, adolescents are prone to anger, less able to control emotions, which can then lead to the emergence of various problems with negative emotions, one of which is bullying.  The method used in this research is a literature review that refers to previous studies and based on data from related sources.  Based on the results of several previous studies indicate that the implementation of group guidance with effective role playing techniques and helps in overcoming the bullying behavior of high school students.Keywords:    Bullying, Group Guidance, Role Playing

Abstract

The saturation of learning has a big impact on the decrease in learning motivation of learners. Students who initially do not know the symptoms of learning saturation may consider the learner to be lazy to learn.  But the saturation of learning that students experience can result in decreased test scores and assignments, not following the KBM process, can even ditch the school because it feels lazy. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data collection conducted are interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that the sense of boredom in learning experienced by students is that they lack support from themselves, outside themselves and in a bad environment, thus making them lazy to take part in learning. Keywords: saturation of learning,  students

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain the implementation of career guidance services on the career planning of students in class XII IPA, the response of students at the time of implementation after being given career guidance and to find out the obstacles of students during the implementation of career guidance. This research is descriptive qualitative. The methods used in this research are interviews, observation, and documentation. The subjects in this study were the Counseling Guidance Teacher and 6 students of class XII IPA SMA Negeri 16 Garut. The results showed that career guidance services were needed to assist students in planning their careers. After attending career guidance services students have a new picture or insight in the world of careers, there is motivation or encouragement in finalizing career planning, and can better recognize the talents that exist within themselves, so there is no mistake in determining career planning.Keywords: Career Guidance, Career Planning

Abstract

This research is motivated by the current pandemic condition which affects the implementation of guidance and counseling services, especially career guidance services for students of SMK Nuurul Muttaqiin, where currently students experience confusion in career choices and decisions. This is aimed at the results of observations to students of SMK Nuurul Muttaqiin class XII, during this pandemic they have difficulty in determining the appropriate choice of work and choice of university majors because they do not get optimal and direct guidance from counselors or counselors. The form of efforts made in counseling guidance services to provide students with understanding of career maturity, namely through career guidance services. This research was conducted with a qualitative research approach. The data collected in this study are data obtained by means of interviews, observation and documentation study. The subjects in this study were five students who had difficulties in determining careers after graduating from vocational school and BK coordinators. The form of career counseling services at SMK Nuurul Muttaqiin begins with several stages, namely classical guidance, group guidance, and individual counseling.Keywords: career guidance, career maturity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the self-confidence profile of class IX students of SMP Negeri 1 Selaawi Garut. Self-confidence is the belief to do something to the subject as a personal characteristic in which there is confidence in self-ability, optimism, objectivity, responsibility, rational and realistic. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Selaawi Garut on 32 grade students consisting of 11 boys and 21 girls. . This research approach is a quantative approach and descriptive method with data collection tools, namely the interview guide student confidence. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the self-confidence of students of class IX SMP Negeri 1 Selaawi Garut is 29% of students in the low category. The factors that affect students' self-confidence are academic success, physical appearance, economic status, and environmental interaction.Keywords: : self-confidence, students

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan : Pertama, untuk mengetahui profil karateristik perilaku agresif terhadap peserta didik. Kedua, untuk mengetahui proses layanan konseling kelompok di MTs Negeri 4 Sumedang, Ketiga, untuk mengetahui peranan layanan konseling kelompok terhadap perilaku agresif peserta didik di MTs Negeri 4 Sumedang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, dengan metode deskriptif, dengan menggambarkan kondisi atau keadaan. Data primer dalam penelitian ini di peroleh dari observasi peneliti langsung ke lapangan dan wawancara dengan pihak terkait, seperti kepala sekolah, guru BK, walikelas di MTs Negeri 4 Sumedang. Sedangkan data sekunder dalam penelitian ini terdapat dari, buku-buku referensi tentang layanan konseling kelompok, dan dokumen resmi. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, peranan layanan konseling kelompok pada peserta didik dapat merubah perilaku agresif peserta didik yang semula kerap berperilaku agresif yang kurang baik setelah dilakukan konseling kelompok berperilaku ke arah yang positif serta intensitas agresifnya sebulan semakin rendah.Kata Kunci : Konseling kelompok, Agresif.

Abstract

Career planning in high school is a student activity that leads to career decisions in the future, this decision is very influential on the choices that will be taken on the future of students. for that the existence of the school becomes a forum in helping students with career planning to be chosen. Behavior that arises from the problem of career planning is because there are still students who have an indication of the inability to plan a career for the future, so that the information created can be useful material for educators, especially BK teachers if they encounter problems regarding student career planning. For this reason, this literature study uses modeling techniques in group guidance to help with student career planning. The purpose of this research is to be able to help students find interest in their career choices presented in groups and find models that can be used as figures to plan their careers. The method used is a literature review which collects information from previous findings and research. The results of this study can be a reference in providing group guidance modeling techniques to help with student career planning and can provide good services and can also help students in planning careers for their future. Keywords: Modeling Techniques, Group Guidance, Career Planning

Abstract

ABSTRAK Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi dan pemahaman kepada guru-guru di Sekolah Dasar Satu Atap Nagrog Wanayasa Purwakarta mengenai pentingnya layanan bimbingan karir bagi siswa kelas VI. Penyampaian materi diakukan dalam bentuk ceramah dan diskusi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini mendapatkan apresiasi positif dari guru-guru terkait dengan pemahaman urgensinya layanan bimbingan karir untuk peserta didik kelas VI, dalam rangka memberikan pembelakan kesiapan bagi peserta didik untuk memilih melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang berikutnya seperti ke SMP atau Pesantren. Kata Kunci : bimbingan karir, sekolah dasar.
