Abstract

Companies (including SMEs) is required to be able to maintain its existence and face the forces or factors of competition (five forces) that is a competitor in the same company, bargaining power of suppliers, bargaining power of buyers, threat of new entrants and threat of substitute products (Porter, 1996). Therefore, the company should have adequate management and strategy. This means that the company must have a competitive advantage, among others, in the areas of technology, product quality, quality of personnel, capital, price, cost-efficient and satisfactory service quality.The purpose of this study was (a). analyze the effect of networking on market entry strategy quality; (b). analyze the effect of marketing on the completeness of information quality and market entry strategy (c). analyze the effect of market entry strategy to marketing quality performance of SMEs in Semarang. While the Research Contributions (a). Provide feedback to the SME entrepreneurs in Semarang in improving marketing performance through increased market entry strategy for quality; (b) Provide feedback to the Government of Semarang in determining the policies / regulations to encourage the development of a product business, especially SMEs; and (c) To contribute in the field of scientific marketing strategies (marketing strategy) that proved empirically. This research is exploratory, descriptive and causal, which requires the support of research, testing and development of the conceptualization of the latest facts. The population of this study are the owner or manager of SMEs in Semarang. Data analysis techniques: (a). Descriptive analysis to determine the general perception of respondents regarding the variables studied; (b). Hypothesis testing is performed with multiple regression is used to test the structural equation model (SEM).The research results showed that the completeness of the information networking and marketing a positive effect on quality Market entry strategy. Market entry strategy for quality also has positive influence on Marketing Performance. This study failed to find that Market entry strategy can also affect the quality Performance Marketing. It can be concluded that SMEs who want to improve their Performance Marketing need to build a better Market entry strategy qualiyt her to reliable by SMEs.

Abstract

Asmarandhana merupakan nama kelompok pada program pengembangan ekonomi dan keuangan inklusif berada dalam binaan Rorokenes. Dengan beranggotakan kurang lebih 20 orang yang terdiri dari ibu rumah tangga yang sebagian mereka memiliki anak difabel. Mereka menjalankan skala usaha kecil, seperti usaha potong ayam, toko kelontong, makanan dan permak pakaian dan ada beberapa yang mempunyai usaha jasa serabutan. Dengan modal seadanya mereka menjalankan usahanya hanya untuk memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari tanpa memikirkan keberlangsungan usaha yang dilakukan. Saat ini, mereka melakukan pemasaran melalui word of mouth dan hanya sebagian kecil yang menggunakan sarana teknologi melalui watshapp. Kurangnya pengetahuan dan strategi pemasaran yang tepat, menyebabkan bisnis ini kurang berkembang dan jarang sekali diketahui oleh masyarakat luas pada umumnya..Melalui program pengembangan ekonomi dan keuangan inklusif berbasis kelompok subsistence yang berfokus pada 3 aspek utama, yaitu: 1) pengembangan usaha, 2) keuangan inklusi, dan 3) kelembagaan, diharapkan dapat melahirkan wirausahawan yang melek keuangan inklusif dan dapat bersosialisasi melalui lembaga yang memadai dan dapat berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan ekonomi produktif serta peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi. Untuk mendukung salah satu faktor tersebut, maka tim PKM yang bekerjasama dengan Rara Kenes ingin memperkenalkan teknologi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan melalui media internet. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan melalui penyuluhan atau ceramah, simulasi dan diskusi serta interview terkait digital marketing dan cara pemasaran yang dilakukan. Kegiatan diawali dengan pembagian pree test, kemudian memberikan pengetahuan mengenai digital marketing dan penjualan online,simulasi dan diskusi dalam meningkatkan penjualan. Dengan diadakan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat menambah pengetahuan akan manfaat digital marketing sehingga dapat diginakan untuk meningkatkan promosi dan pemasaran dan akhirnya akan meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi keluarga.

Abstract

Brand equity is one of the core aspects of marketing, all marketing strategies are basically the goal of building a solid brand. Brands have solid equity to succeed in gaining loyal customer marketing and financial benefits. When before deciding to become a customer or client, of course, consumers are inflated by many things that motivate them. Therefore it is very meaningful to analyze the key factors that motivate the use of brand equity and customer service at that time to look for correlations and obtain suitable conclusions. The object that is being studied is the customer of Islamic banking.. The purpose of this research is to identify the impact of brand value, Brand Awareness, Brand Loyality on Brand Equity at Bank Muamalat in Semarang. The research method used in this research is through a survey. Information is analyzed quantitatively and uses a causal research design. The method of taking illustrations used in this research is to use Non-Probability Sampling with purposive sampling method. All of the illustrative information obtained by distributing questionnaires is 100 respondents and will be processed using the SPSS 24 software feature

Abstract

Many factors can affect employee performance, such as Work Environment, Leadership, Training and Work Discipline. The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of the work environment, leadership, training and work discipline on employee performance in the sales department of PT. Toyota Nasmoco Karangjati. This study uses a survey method to employees of the marketing department at PT. Toyota Nasmoco Karangjati has 33 employees as respondents. The sampling technique in this study is the saturated sample. The analytical tools used in this study are: validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, heteroscedasticity test, ui coefficient of determination and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the work environment has a positive and significant effect, giving the understanding that if the work environment is supportive, it will lead to morale. Leadership has a positive and significant effect, giving the understanding that a leader must have a strong individual concept and ability to achieve his goals in the company. Job training has a positive and significant effect, providing an understanding that training is necessary to improve the skills and performance of the company's work. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect. Provide an understanding that the more disciplined an employee will be, the more the performance of the given employee will increase.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh berdirinya toko modern terhadap omsetpenjulan dan keuntungan toko tradisional dan juga mengetahuii solusi toko tradisional agardapat bertahan ditengah maraknya toko modern. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Holistic single case study atau studi kasus tunggalholistik yaitu penelitian yang menempatkan sebuah kasus sebagai fokus dari penelitian. Jumlahunit analisis yang digunakan hanya satu atau bahkan sama sekali unit analisisnya tidak dapatdijelaskan, karena terintegrasi dengan kasusnya. informan kunci yaitu bu yuli, dan konsumenyang sudah lama membeli di Toko bu yuli, dan secara lisan atau tulisan dan juga perilakunyayang nyata dan diteliti dan dipelajari sebagai suatu yang utuh. Dari hasil penelitain dan pembahasan di lapangan maka dapat diambil kesimpulan sebagaiberikut: Dengan keberadaan toko modern yang letaknya berdekatan dengan toko tradisionalsangat mempengaruhi omzet Toko tradisonal bu Yuli yang mana omzet menurun sampai 45%;Toko tradisonal bu yuli tetap optimis dapat tetap membuka usaha tokonya walaupun di wilayahya ada toko modern dengan harapan pelanggan tetapnya masih setia membeli di tokonya. Dalammempertahankan kelangsungan tokonya pemilik toko sangat menjaga hubungan baik denganpembeli satu pelanggannya dengan memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik dan ramah, selain itujuga memberikan pinjaman apabila dalam melaukan pembelian pembeli kurang uangnya maka dapat dibayar besok hari, selain itu juga berusaha menambah jenis barang dagangan sehinggapaling tidak mendekati jenis-jenis barang yang dijual di toko modern.Kata kunci: Holistic single case study, toko modern, toko tradisional,omset

Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh dari komitmen, motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan kerja cerdas sebagai variable intervening di PT.Bank Jateng Cabang Semarang. Model penelitian ini bertujuan menguji hubungan komitmen dengan kerja cerdas, hubungan motivasi dengan kerja cerdas, hubungan kerja cerdas dengan kinerja sumber daya manusia, hubungan komitmen dengan kinerja sumber daya manusia, hubungan motivasi dengan kinerja sumber daya manusia. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di lingkup PT.Bank Jateng Cabang Semarang yang berjumlah 55 responden. Metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan kuesioner (daftar pertanyaan) yang diberikan kepada responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisa dengan menggunakan confirmatory factor analysis untuk menguji validitas item pertanyaan, dan rumus Cronbach’s Alpha untuk menguji reliabilitas instrumen. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan software SPSS, yang digunakan untuk menguji 5 (lima) hipotesis yang telah dikembangkan.Kata kunci : komitmen, orientasi belajar, kinerja karyawan, kerja cerdas

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of financial access on financial performance with financial literacy as moderating variables in small creative industries in Semarang. The research sample was 103 people who were obtained by purposive sampling technique, namely respondents who took credit for the authority of the Semarang City Government program. Data were analyzed using MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) analysis. The result of this research is that financial access has an effect on financial performance. Financial literacy are able to moderate the effect of financial access on financial performance in small creative industries in Semarang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of style, leadership, work stress, and work motivation on employee loyalty at PT. Hartono Istana Teknologi. This study uses the variables of leadership style, work stress, and work motivation as independent variables and employee loyalty as the dependent variable.The population of this study were warehouse employees at PT. Hartono Istana Teknologi with a population of 435 employees. With a sample of 81 employees using purposive sampling method (sample with criteria). The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression.The result of this study prove that the leadership style variable has a positive significant influence on employee loyalty, the work stress variable has a positive significant influence on employee loyalty, work motivation has a positive significant influence on employee loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Competence, Discipline, and Work Motivation on Employee Performance (Case Study at CV. Vin_Case). The population used in this study were all employees of CV. Vin_Case totaling 45 employees. This study uses a quantitative method using a questionnaire. The method of data analysis in this study uses multiple linear analysis with the dependent variable being Employee Performance, while the independent variables are Competence, Discipline and Motivation. In this study using saturated sampling techniques, namely sampling techniques where all members of the population are used as samples. Then the data collection method was through questionnaires and data analysis using SPSS version 21. Data analysis techniques used in this study included validity testing, reliability testing, classical assumption testing, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing using the t test and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that the independent variables, namely Competence (X1), Discipline (X2) and Motivation (X3) have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Based on the coefficient of determination 58.6 percent of employee performance can be explained by independent variables in this study, while the remaining 41.4 percent is explained by variables not observed in this study.

Abstract

The research problem is that employees are not able to achieve the targets set by PT. Bernike International Rubber Processing Industry. This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, competence, work environment and intrinsic motivation on employee performance. The population is 715 employees, while the sample method is a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling type that produces a number of 74 respondents and the analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that leadership, competence, work environment and intrinsic motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination test results obtained 0.570 (57 percent) employee performance variables can be explained by the variables of leadership, competence, work environment and intrinsic motivation and the remaining 0.430 (43 percent) explained by other variables outside of this study.
