Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop new knowledge related to innovation in e-commerce, which we call e-commerce innovation, and how its impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty, together with e-service quality, in the context of an online shop in Indonesia. Several measurement items of e-commerce innovation were adopted and modified from the existing literature. To answer how the impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty, then used partial least squares structural equation modeling to analyze data from 400 respondents. Empirical test results found that e-commerce innovation and e-service quality can each increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. It is also known that in the context of online shop customers in Indonesia, its easier to create customer satisfaction than customer loyalty.

Abstract

With the increasing speed of information flow due to globalization, the role of information technology is vital and very decisive for an educational institution in increasing its ability to face competition and be able to provide satisfactory services for students. The object of this research is the users of the university's academic information system, namely all active students of TA Geap 2017-2018 with a sample of 450 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Amos. The results of the study show that improving the quality of academic information systems will be able to increase student satisfaction but not necessarily be able to increase student loyalty directly. However, indirectly through satisfaction, the quality of the system can increase user / student loyalty. Improvement and improvement of academic information also through this research directly and indirectly can have an impact on increasing student satisfaction and loyalty. Good service quality in a college is a very important assessment in increasing student satisfaction and loyalty. Keywords: Information Technology, Satisfaction, Loyalty

Abstract

Innovation activities are important things that must be done by a country, but unfortunately not all countries can do it, especially in the high-tech industry, because it requires a very large investment. This study aimed to analyze the role of FDI as a trigger for the successful commercialization of high technology innovations in Asian countries. Innovation is something that must be done by a country in order to compete in the international market, but most Asian countries have limitations in terms of capital, technology and skills to do it. One of solution that can be done is to attract as much investment from abroad through foreign direct investment (FDI). Of the 49 countries in Asia according to id.wikipedia.org, 21 countries countries have been selected as research samples. From the result of structual equation modeling (SEM) analysis founds that FDI was not able to trigger and boost innovation activities of countries in Asia, as measured through spending on R&D activities, number of patent applications, and research journals published internationally. The role of FDI in Asian countries is more to assist these countries in producing results from innovation activities. Abstract

Every college must have a business unit that is able to seek funding apart from students. One of the universities that has a business unit is the Institut Bisnis dan Teknologi Pelita Indonesia. The business unit that is carried out is the Business, Accounting and Tax Consultant Office with services offered namely business consulting, accounting and finance and taxation. Some of the clients that have been handled by the consultant team are Raso Stiujuah Restaurant and BUMDes Sialang Kubang. The method used is that the consultant team looks for the root of every problem faced by the client, then provides the best solution for the client. For Raso Situjuah Restaurant, to survive the changing business world situation and the current pandemic atmosphere is to create frozen products and with a digital-based marketing system. Meanwhile, for BUMDes Sialang Kubang, in managing the BUMDes, personal and institutional strengthening is needed in the form of Standard Operational Procedures (SOP) and the availability of an accurate and accountable information system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of FDI in the success of commercialization high tech innovation in Asia countries. The success was marked by the increasing contribution from Asia countries to the export value of high tech products in the world. From 49 sovereign countries in Asia, 21 countries have been selected as research samples. The result SEM analysis shows that FDI inflows to Asia countries generally pure investment from multinational companies to gain profits from the low cost of production factor in Asia, therefore increase their profit margin. In other words, FDI in Asia countries only increase production quantity of high tech products without increasing innovation activity in the countries, which innovation activity can be measured by R&D expenditure, number of resident patent application and number of scientific journals international publication.

Abstract

The capital market is a means for investors to invest in the long term and diversify, spread ownership of the company, and even create a healthy business climate through information disclosure. Political phenomena and events that occur in a country greatly affect the sensitivity of the capital market and can affect investors' decisions in investing in the capital market, because the political situation of a country affects the country's economic conditions. This study was determined of abnormal return and trading volume activity of South Korea’s political events. It has a ten windows period, amounts of samples were 98 companies of KRX 100 by purposive sampling technique. Analysis techniques used one-sample t-test and paired difference test. The result showed there is an abnormal return, a significant negative abnormal return difference, and no significant trading volume activity before and after South Korea’s political events. It means South Korea’s market is said to be efficient in a strong form because it is not influenced by political information and news that occurred in 2017.

Abstract

There are problems with the performance of SMEs in the creative economy sector in Indonesia. At least about 34% to 35% of SMEs in the creative economy sector experience problems related to marketing and demand. So, this study aims to prove the effect of market orientation on the SMEs' marketing performance of the creative economy sector and to prove the mediate roles of innovation. By using a sample of 200 respondents, and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM - AMOS) analysis technique, surprising results were obtained. The results are that market orientation affects marketing performance negatively. However, product innovation and process innovation can be a solution for this.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang kegiatan pelatihan penghitungan harga pokok produk (HPP) dengan metode job order costing pada WF Printing. Pelatihan ini dilakukan kepada karyawan WF Printing dengan sampel yang digunakan yaitu faktur berukuran ¼ folio dan 1/3 folio. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam menjalankan usahanya WF Printing belum melakukan penghitungan HPP secara tepat, sehingga berdampak terhadap harga jual dan profit yang didapatkan. Diharapkan, dengan adanya pelatihan ini pemilik usaha dapat menerapkan dan melakukan penghitungan HPP secara tepat.

Abstract

Informasi dapat diibaratkan sebagai darah yang mengalir di dalam tubuh manusia, seperti halnya informasi di dalam sebuah perusahaan yang sangat penting untuk mendukung kelangsungan perkembangannya, sehingga terdapat alasan bahwa informasi sangat dibutuhkan bagi sebuah perusahaan. Akibat bila kurang mendapatkan informasi, dalam waktu tertentu perusahaan akan mengalami ketidakmampuan mengontrol sumber daya, sehingga dalam mengambil keputusan-keputusan strategis sangat terganggu, yang pada akhirnya akan mengalami kekalahan dalam bersaing dengan lingkungan pesaingnya. Kegiatan perbaikan sistem pencatatan produksi dan penjualan ini di lakukan pada mitra UKM Cahaya Kemilau dimana sebelumnya Cahaya Kemilau memiliki keterbatasan dalam pengelolaan produksi dan keuangan. Semua pencatatan masih manual dan tidak terkontrol dengan baik oleh pemilik/manajer Cahaya Kemilau. Kegiatan yang menyediakan sistem Pencatatan Produksi dan Penjualan (keuangan) bagi UKM Tenun Songket Cahaya Kemilau yang disertai dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan pengelola untuk lebih peduli dalam menghasilkan manajemen produksi dan keuangan yang baik. Abstract

Cahaya Kemilau merupakan salah satu usaha kerajinan songket melayu yang memperoduksi beberapa jenis songket melayu Riau serta menyediakan bermacam souvenir khas Riau yang terbuat dari tenun. Tenun Songket Melayu merupakan produk unggulan daerah Provinsi Riau. Adapun masalah dari mitra Cahaya Kemilau ini meliputi : 1) Supplai bahan baku mitra yang selama ini masih terbatas dengan kualitas yang masih standar sehingga mengganggu aktivitas produksi, 2) kurangnya mesin produksi, alur kerja produksi dan sistem inventory yang masih lemah, 3) desain layout yang kurang bagus dan penataan ruang produksi yang tidak efisien dan serta proses kerja yang belum sesuai standar mutu (SKKNI), 4) jumlah produk yang dihasilkan masih kurang dalam memenuhi permintaan serta belum adanya jaminan kualitas produk dan HKI. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari perbaikan tata letak workshop produksi dan showroom penjualan, pelaksanaan pelatihan menenun dan sosialisasi pengelolaan produksi dan keuangan. Hasil pelaksanaan program ini juga menunjukkan peningkatan peroduksi, penjualan, kualitas pengelolaan, keterampilan, pengetahuan, motivasi dan kepuasan para peserta yang di tunjukkan dari hasil kuesioner yang diberikan kepada peserta sebelum dan sesudah kegiatan. Kata Kunci : Tenun, Melayu, Produk Unggulan Daerah
