Abstract

This study examines the transformation of zakat law from a purely textualist Sharia approach to its institutionalization within the framework of the modern state. The research is motivated by the evolving practice of zakat, which is no longer solely based on classical legal texts but is now regulated and managed institutionally by the state to ensure effective and equitable distribution. The aim of this study is to analyze the process and implications of this paradigm shift in zakat law. The research employs a qualitative method through literature review and normative legal analysis of zakat regulations in Indonesia. The main findings indicate that the institutionalization of zakat improves accessibility, transparency, and accountability, while also presenting challenges in maintaining alignment with core Sharia principles. The implications of this research are significant for policymakers and zakat institutions in developing an adaptive and sustainable zakat legal system.

Abstract

Religious tolerance education in elementary schools has become crucial in the current era of globalization and multiculturalism. SDN Pekuncen Kota Pasuruan plays a significant role in fostering students' tolerance towards religious diversity, with Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers as the key actors. This study aims to describe the role of PAI teachers as motivators and guides in cultivating religious tolerance at SDN Pekuncen Kota Pasuruan. This article employs a qualitative approach with a case study research design, collecting data through observations, interviews, and documentation from PAI teachers, students, and classroom teachers, and analyzed descriptively. The findings indicate that PAI teachers are effective in motivating students to accept religious differences and guiding them in developing attitudes of mutual respect, honoring others, and doing good.

Abstract

Permasalahan mitra adalah kurang kemampuan dan pemahaman pendidik di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Swasta (MIS) Al-Huda dalam memahami perubahan kurikulum merdeka belajar berdampak pada ketidaktepatan penyusunan modul ajar dan proyek profil pelajar Pancasila dan profil pelajar rahmatan lil alamin (P2-PPRA) yang sesuai dengan kurikulum perubahan. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan implementasi kurikulum merdeka dalam meningkatkan kreativitas siswa di MIS Al Huda, Kecamatan Hinai bagi guru MIS AL Huda.  Metode kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yaitu pertama, Tahap Perencanaan atau Persiapan: Pada tahap ini dilakukan identifikasi masalah, pengumpulan informasi, dan penyusunan rencana kegiatan yang matang. Kedua, Tahap Pelaksanaan: Kegiatan ini melibatkan pelatihan dan workshop untuk guru-guru di MIS Al Huda agar mereka dapat memahami dan mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka dengan baik. Ketiga, Tahap Evaluasi yaitu Setelah pelaksanaan, dilakukan evaluasi untuk mengukur dampak dan efektivitas kegiatan yang telah dilakukan. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan adanya dampak positif dalam peningkatan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan keterampilan guru dalam menyusun dan mengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka di MIS Al Huda, Kecamatan Hinai, Kabupaten Langkat. Kegiatan ini membantu mengatasi masalah yang dihadapi guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka, terutama dalam peningkatan pengetahuan, pemahaman, serta keterampilan menyusun struktur kurikulum merdeka, penyusunan modul ajar, pelaksanaan proyek penguatan profil pelajar Pancasila, dan penilaian dalam kurikulum merdeka.  Peningkatan kreativitas siswa juga terbukti dari adanya prestasi dalam belajar yang menjadi tolak ukur utama untuk mengetahui keberhasilan dalam proses pembelajaran. Keberhasilan siswa mengikuti kegiatan pembelajaran, tingkat pemahaman materi, dan prestasi belajar siswa merupakan indikator penting dalam mengukur efektivitas proses belajar mengajar.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of the implementation and internalisation of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) values in the Sekolah-Ku program on the religious attitudes and spiritual resilience of children diagnosed with cancer. The research assumes that a contextual and empathetic approach to IRE contributes significantly to strengthening positive religious coping strategies and religious behaviour among the children. This quantitative field research involved 24 children as primary respondents, all actively participating in the Sekolah-Ku program during the data collection period. Data were obtained through participatory observation and unstructured interviews with the children, complemented by the Brief RCOPE questionnaire to measure religious coping strategies. Descriptive statistics and simple linear regression were applied to analyse the relationship between IRE implementation and the children's religious attitudes. The findings reveal a predominance of positive religious coping, reflected in children's frequent engagement in prayer, worship, and spiritual reflection to seek strength and comfort. Based on Glock and Stark's religiosity framework, the practice dimension was most prominent, followed by experience, ideological, and consequential dimensions. These results indicate that the IRE implementation in the Sekolah-Ku program effectively fosters the internalisation of religious values, encourages active religious practice, and supports children's spiritual resilience in serious health challenges. The study highlights the importance of adaptive, spiritually humanistic, and context-relevant religious education.

Abstract

Adzan menjadi penanda masuknya waktu shalat fardhu di seluruh masjid di dunia. Sebagian muadzin masih terdapat kesalahan pelafadzan saat mengumandangkan adzan. Padahal lafadz adzan bukan merupakan lafadz yang sulit untuk dihafal dan dilafalkan dengan benar. Hal ini biladibiarkanakanmenjadimasalah yang berlarut-larut dan sesuatu yang salah biladiulang-ulangterusmenerus akandianggapbenar oleh umatbilatidakdibenarkan dengan segera. Hal itu terjadi juga di Masjid Muttaqin, Joyosuran, Surakarta. Beberapa muadzin sering melakukan kesalahan, terutama pada pelafadzan bacaan adzan, baik berkaitan makharijul huruf maupun tajwid-nya. Berdasarkan fenomena di atas, diperlukan adanya sebuah aktivitas pengabdian masyarakat dalam bentuk pelatihan muadzin. Adapun tujuan diadakannya pelatihan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kesalahan-kesalahan yang sering terjadi dalam mengumandangkan adzan dan melatih mengumandangkan adzan yang baik dan benar. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di Masjid Muttaqin, Joyosuran, Surakarta. Adapun peserta adalah muadzin jamaah Masjid Muttaqin, khususnya untuk kalangan remaja. Strategi pengabdianmasyarakatdilakukan melalui ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi danlatihan atau praktek. Sebelum dan setelah pelatihan dilakukan pre-test dan post-test yang hasilnya menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta setelah mengikuti sajian materi tentang adzan. Oleh karena itu, dapat diungkapkan bahwa pelaksanaan pelatihan dapat memberi pengaruh dan dampak yang positif terhadap peserta. Dengan demikian, para peserta yang terdiri dari remaja masjid diharapkan mampu melanjutkan dan menjadi generasi para muadzin yang telah lanjut usia, sehingga pelatihan memberi dampak positif terhadap masyarakat yang ada di daerah tersebut, khususnya sekitar masjid Muttaqin, Joyosuran, Surakarta. Abstract

Ciwaluh Village, Wates Jaya Village, Cigombong District, Bogor Regency, West Java Province has good tourism potential, but the local community is not yet aware of this. Based on the problems mentioned above, community empowerment efforts are needed through community service programs in the Ciwaluh Tourism Village so that it can support the slogan of Bogor district as a tourist city. The goal is to create the development of a tourist village. The methods used are training, mentoring and implementation. Meanwhile, the collaborative partner in implementing Community Service is the Ciwaluh Village Tourism Group, Wates Jaya Village, Cigombong District, Bogor Regency. The aim of Community Service activities in the Ciwaluh Tourism Village is: Increasing Human Resources through Tour Guide Training. The method used is analysis of the competence of human resource managers, analysis of tourism support, analysis of local communities. The result of this activity is an increase in the competency of human resources as tour guides and the active participation of the Ciwaluh tourist village community increases. Participants receive training materials according to their needs as a tourism awareness group that markets Ciwaluh Village with the beauty of the waterfall. Participants can master the training material and the resource person delivers the training material systematically and is easy to understand. Participants considered the training methods and media interesting, and the duration of the training was considered appropriate.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the benefits of using communication media in learning in class IV B SD IT Arridha Pantai Cermin. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach by collecting data through indepth interviews and observations of the implementation of communication media in the learning process. The results of the research show that the use of audiovisual and audio communication media in learning in class IV B SD IT Arridha Pantai Cermin has proven effective in accommodating various student learning styles, increasing involvement and collaboration between students and teachers, therefore the focus of this research is to explore how teachers, especially Mrs. Khadijah, S.Pd, utilize this technology to increase the interactivity and effectiveness of learning in the classroom.
