Abstract

Abstract

Religious friction begins to take shape. Many cases of intolerance have occurred around us, both those arising from differences in religion and differences in beliefs, both external and internal religions. All of these cases are a big challenge for diversity and humanity. Cooperation from all components is needed to encourage awareness of each individual to respect each other, love each other, and respect each other so that they can live side by side in harmony. The "presence" of religion is needed in this situation, because in essence religious teachings are believed to show the truth to humans. Truth is the spirit of awakening man from "drunkenness". This knowledge must be understood by everyone who wants to realize awareness. With the awareness of the nature of yourself in navigating the ark of this life, it will be an opportunity to train and get used to honing goodness, so that people can feel coolness and peace. In this way, the dream of knitting back into harmony in life can be realized.

Abstract

Aging is not only the process of getting old, but aging is what makes "old not as good as new" and when the failure rate increases with increasing age, people become sick, weak, and sometimes dying. Aging can be divided into two different concepts, namely the first intrinsic aging concept known as the natural aging process, which is an ongoing process, starting in the mid-20s. Extrinsic aging (Photoaging) occurs as a result of cumulative damage from UV radiation. UV radiation (with a wavelength of 100-400 nm) constitutes 5% of the entire solar radiation range. Breathing is the process of alternating air into and releasing air from the lungs so that the old alveolar air that has participated in the exchange of O2 and CO2 with pulmonary capillary blood can be exchanged for fresh atmospheric air. The main function of breathing is to get O2 to be used by body cells and to excrete CO2 produced by cells. Breathing can also be said by Pr???y?ma which regulates, replacing damaged cells, repairing hormones and nerves in the body of living things. When breathing occurs the exchange of O2 and CO2 produced by cells. The existence of yoga exercises can cause relaxation and reduce stress hormones, especially cortisol and it stimulates the body to become young. Pr?n?y?ma is perfect control over the flow of control through control. Breathing is a vital energy process and removes waste matter from the body and mind. Keywords: pr???y?ma; anti aging; energy.

Abstract

This research is a qualitative research that examines the text as well as the context or implementation of the teachings contained in the Gheraṇḍa Saṁhitā which is one of the main texts in learning yoga. The study of this text is important considering that yoga has become very popular in this century, but in its very practical form, it often forgets to study sources of knowledge in the form of the original text. By applying the Hermeneutic theory, the structural functional theory of the AGIL scheme and the theory of perception in examining the text and context, while the analysis is carried out using the verstehen method or understanding method. The results of the study indicate that the Gerandha Samhita book states that there are seven principles of yoga practice that must be practiced by practitioners / aspirin yoga, in order to achieve self-realization, including: (1) shatkarma, (2) asanas, (3) mudras, (4) pratyahara, (5) pranayama, (6) dhyana and (7) samādhi. Of the 7 (seven) forms of yoga exercises mentioned in the Gerandha Samhita text, they are classified as physical exercises such as shatkarma, asana, mudra and pranayama. All of these processes belong to Hatha Yoga. Through the practice of Hatha Yoga Gheraṇḍa Saṁhitā as the development of self-spirituality, namely knowing the secrets of the body as an evolutionary process in achieving the goal of moral, physical, mental and spiritual transformation.

Abstract

The nose is a vital respiratory organ that has a role as the first organ that protects the body in the respiratory tract against microorganisms and other harmful substances that are inhaled along with the entry of air. Therefore, nasal hygiene is something that needs to be considered, especially if there are disturbances. One way that can be done is by means of Jalā Netī therapy. Jalā Netī therapy or nasal cleansing is a simple technique that can be used to treat symptoms of problems or diseases that occur in the nasal cavity. Jalā Netī therapy or nasal cleansing has benefits if done properly. Jalā Netī is part of the six body cleansing techniques in Hatha Yoga called Shatkarmā. There are four main texts of Hatha Yoga that describe Jalā Netī including Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Gheranda Samhita, Shiva Samhita and Hatharatnavali. Jalā Netī is performed by flowing warm water mixed with a little salt (Lavan Jalā) from one nostril to the other using a specially designed pot or tool. Jalā Netī has a cleansing effect on the nasal cavity by removing the remaining dirt and microorganisms in the nasal cavity and providing healing therapy for disorders or diseases of the nasal respiratory tract.
