Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on the performance of CV. Berta Lestari Anggana. This research method uses quantitative research methods. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative which aims to determine the influence of the independent variable (X), namely work stress on the dependent variable (Y), namely employee performance. Data collection techniques in this study is to use a questionnaire distributed to all employees of CV. Berta Lestari Anggana. With a total population of 40 employees. The sampling technique was carried out using the saturated sample formula. For the analysis tool in this study using a simple linear regression test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results in this study are the t test value (3.605) which shows a value greater than the t table value so that partially or t test the work stress variable (X) affects employee performance (Y) at CV. Berta Lestari Aggana.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of Non-Financial Motivation on Employee Performance at CV. Berta Lestari Anggana. This research uses quantitative research. The sampling technique used is Non Probability Sampling using the Saturated Sampling (census) technique. The sample of this study amounted to 40 employees CV. Berta Lestari Anggana. Data were collected through questionnaires and tested with data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests. All these tests were carried out using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 26 for Windows program. The results showed that non-financial motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at CV. Berta Lestari Anggana.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are 1) To determine the effect of work communication on employee productivity. 2) Knowing the effect of work discipline on employee work productivity. 3) Knowing the effect of compensation on employee productivity. 4) Knowing the effect of the work environment on employee work productivity. Data collection techniques used a questionnaire to 50 employees of PT Sanggar Sarana Baja in the city of Samarinda. The data were analysed using the SPSS version 24 application program. The results found that 1) Indicating that the influence of work communication variables on work productivity has a positive and significant relationship. 2) Shows that the effect of the work discipline variable on work productivity has a positive and significant relationship. 3) Shows that the effect of compensation variable on work productivity has a positive and significant relationship. 4) Shows that the effect of work environment variables on work productivity has a positive and significant relationship.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze and explain factors influencing the initial public offering of Indonesian manufacturing companies. The object of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019 period. The population of this research is all companies manufacture which is listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange, with an observation period starting in 2019. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling method. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were carried out using a structural equation modeling approach using the eviews 11. The results of the study showed that there was a significant influence on the variables used in the research except inflation, as well as companies listed on the stock exchange as public companies in making the decision to conduct an IPO for consider all factors
