Penelitian ini dilakukan guna menguji dan menganalisis dampak kesejahteraan karyawan yang bersifat ekonomi terhadap turnover intention pada PTArina Multikarya Samarinda. Pembagian kuesioner kepada 151 karyawan untuk mengumpulkan data. Metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS. Teknik pengambilan data yang dipakai adalah metode kuesioner, teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier sederhana. Pengaruh Kesejahteraan Karyawan Bersifat Ekonomi Terhadap Turnover Intention Pada PT. Arina Multikarya Samarinda. This study to analyze and explain the factors that influence stock prices. The object of this research is the automotive and components sub sector manufacturing companies sector on the Indonesia stock exchange for periode 2010-2018. The variables used in this study are stock prices, micro economic factors and macro economic factors. Micro economic factors are projected by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Return on Assets (ROA). Macro economic factors used as variables are inflation (INF), interest rates (INT) and Gross Domestic Product (GDP). Data analysis and hypothesis testing were carried out using the SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results of the study indicate that stock prices are determined by microeconomic factors projected by Net Profit Margin (NPM). Sejak diterbitkannya Undang-Undang Desa yang memberikan kesempatan desa untuk mengelola desa itu sendiri secara mandiri dan professional, maka dibentuklah usaha bisnis desa atau biasa disebut Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes/BUMDesa) yang diharapkan menjadi cikal bakal penggerak perekonomian desa dan meningkatkan usaha masyarakat dengan cara memaksimalkan pengembangan potensi desa yang ada. Desa Loa Duri Ulu merupakan desa yang berada di kecamatan Loa Janan Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara Provinsi Kalimantan Timur memiliki potensi ekonomi yang besar, akan tetapi pengelolaan keuangan dan penyajian laporan keuangan belum dilaksanakan dengan baik. Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang dimiliki BUMDes terkait pengelolaan keuangan dan akuntansi BUMDes belum memadai. Selain itu pandemic covid 19 menjadikan setiap kegiatan tatap muka dikurangi dan kegiatan dilakukan dengan bantuan teknologi. Untuk itu dosen melakukan kewajiban tridharma perguruan tinggi, melalui pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan mencari solusi dari permasalahan tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan membuat program sederhana berbasis IT, memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan tentang laporan keuangan berbasis IT yang awalnya dilakukan manual kepada pengelola BUMDes Permata Desa Loa Duri Ulu sebagai mitra binaan, sampai mereka benar benar memahami cara menjalankan program menyajikan laporan keuangan. Output kegiatan ini diharapkan pengelola BUMDes mumpuni dalam mengelola dan menyajikan laporan keuangan sesuai standar akuntansi keuangan, sehingga akan berdampak pada pengambilan keputusan menejerial yang tepat.

This study aims to analyze and explain the factors that influence capital structure. Capital structure (CS) is measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Profitability is determined by Return on Assets (ROA) and Net Profit Margin (NPM). Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) is used as an indicator of risThis study aims to analyze and explain the factors that influence capital structure. Financial to Deposit Ratio (FDR) is used as an indicator of risk. Firm size is projected with Ln TA. The population of this study is all Islamic banks contained in Bank Indonesia, with observation periods starting in 2010 until 2018. The selection of samples in this study is a purposive sampling method. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were carried out by using the Eviews 11 program. The results of the study showed that sharia banking companies, all the independent variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the capital structure.  Return on Assets (ROA) and firm size have affected the capital structure. Islamic bank managers in Indonesia choose the capital structure obtained from internal funds and the larger the company, it is necessary to arrange capital structure, to obtain the sustainability of the company in the future.k. Firm size is projected with Ln TA. The population of this research is all Islamic banks contained in Bank Indonesia, with observation periods starting in 2010 until 2017. The selection of samples in this study is purposive sampling method. Data analysis and hypothesis testing were carried out by structural equation model approach using the SPSS program. The results of the study showed that in Islamic sharia companies, all the independent variables simultaneously had a significant effect on the capital structure, partially only the Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) variable that did not affect the capital structure, while the other independent variables had a significant temporary effect on conventional Research conducted by the researchers themselves used some of the same variables and using the PLS 3.0 analysis tool there were similar results that only risks did not affect the capital structure. The surefire way to achieve prosperity is entrepreneurship. In the digital era, there are almost no obstacles to starting a business. The only capital is creativity and courage. Anyone can open an online store, without having to open a physical store first, including women. Women business actors are identical to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Indonesia and Malaysia are countries that have a majority Muslim population. For a Muslim woman, success can be seen when she manages to build a sakinah family. Women's digital entrepreneurship offers flexibility between work and household matters. This study aims to analyze the important factors that help explain the success of Muslim women MSME entrepreneurs who use digital channels in marketing their products. The study was applied through a descriptive-qualitative approach, where the data were primary-based. The objectivity was applied to 103 informants obtained from several MSME communities randomly from Indonesia and Malaysia. We find that social capital is a relevant factor for entrepreneurial success among Muslim women MSME entrepreneurs, the form of social capital is the number of children. This finding supports the idea that Muslim women entrepreneurs who have fewer children tend to spend more time on their business than Muslim women entrepreneurs who have more children. Financial capital projected by income growth also affects success, although income growth is on a small scale. Self-efficacy due to internal factors originating from within MSME female entrepreneurs such as self-confidence and tenacity, they are successful in their business. This study aims to determine the effect of work stress on the performance of CV. Berta Lestari Anggana. This research method uses quantitative research methods. The analytical technique used in this research is descriptive quantitative which aims to determine the influence of the independent variable (X), namely work stress on the dependent variable (Y), namely employee performance. Data collection techniques in this study is to use a questionnaire distributed to all employees of CV. Berta Lestari Anggana. With a total population of 40 employees. The sampling technique was carried out using the saturated sample formula. For the analysis tool in this study using a simple linear regression test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing. The results in this study are the t test value (3.605) which shows a value greater than the t table value so that partially or t test the work stress variable (X) affects employee performance (Y) at CV. Opportunities and challenges and for women to contribute to economic growth, which can be started from micro-enterprises, expecialy for East Kalimantan as a new candidate national capital. The study analyzes the motivational factors and challenges of women entrepreneurs who run businesses in the cultural village of Pampang, East Kalimantan. Using a qualitative methodology based on in-depth interviews, providing insight into the entrepreneurship of 10 women in the Pampang cultural village when starting entrepreneurship and managing their businesses. Informans are engaged in various fields related to culture such as producing beads and selling Dayak handicrafts. The results showed that preserving the Dayak culture was the main motivation for starting a business. The challenges faced by women entrepreneurs come from informal and formal institutions. A significant challenge faced by women entrepreneurs is that their abilities as professional entrepreneurs are not recognized by the community. Informans faced emerging challenges in other aspects of the business, such as procuring finance, creating networks, and managing employees. Challenges related to formal institutions such as the lack of quality education and changes in government policies that prohibit holding meetings during the COVID-19 pandemic have reduced the number of tourists who come to the Pampang tourist village, resulting in reduced income.

Case Based Learning (CBL) is learning that is oriented towards effective and interesting problem solving, discussions of specific situations and examples of real events in the business world. The object of the case used is an effort to preserve the environment that affects the business world from an economic, social, political and legal perspective. The activity was carried out at Sungai Karang Mumus School (SKM School), which is located on Jalan Muang Ilir, Betapus Village, Samarinda. This study aims to analyze the effect of the application of CBL on the motivation of student learning outcomes. The study used a pre-post-test approach. The total population is 25 students of Master of Management, University of Muhammadiyah East Kalimantan who are members of the environmental management class and use the total sampling technique. Non-parametric statistics, namely the pairing test of the Paired Sample t-test with the Wilcoxon test used in data processing. The results showed that there was a significant difference in student motivation and learning outcomes before applying case-based learning methods and before case-based learning was applied to environmental management courses. Students who are looking to study will have good learning outcomes. Students and then get used to think critically and use prior knowledge in problem solving. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan pengaruh enterprise risk management, return on asset, managerial ownership dan firm size terhadap firm value pada perusahaan pertambangan batubara di Indonesia. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia periode 2010-2019. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan pertambangan batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, dengan periode pengamatan mulai tahun 2010 sampai tahun 2019. Pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan pendekatan model persamaan struktural menggunakan program eviews 11. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan yang terdaftar di bursa efek sebagai perusahaan publik dalam mengambil keputusan investasi memperhatikan keseluruhan faktor yang menentukan nilai perusahaan.

Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini untuk menganalisa pengaruh motivasi dan pemberian reward terhadap peningkatan kinerja pegawai kantor Desa Mendik Bhakti Kecamatan Long Kali. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pemerintah desa mendik bhakti dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pengumpulan data melalui kuisioner sebanyak 20 sampel. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS versi 28.00. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, namun karena tidak ada tanggung jawab dan kemauan yang tinggi dari bawahan saat diperintah oleh atasan sehingga mengakibatkan kurangnya motivasi yang diberikan. Reward sangat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai, karena atasan memberikan pujian, penghormatan, dan hadiah kepada bawahan yang kinerjanya baik. Sehingga dapat meningkatkan kinerja. Jika motivasi diterapkan semakin baik, maka kinerja pegawai juga akan semakin meningkat. Sama halnya dengan dengan reward merupakan suatu hal yang baik dengan adanya reward dapat membuat pegawai terdorong untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Dengan demikian umumnya pegawai melihat aspek dalam suatu pemerintahan dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya dengan baik
