Abstract

The problem in social studies in the 4th students of Sidokare 3 Elementary School shows that students learning outcomes on the continent material have not yet reached the KKM. The incomplete achievement of student learning outcomes is caused that most of students do not understand abaut the names and locations of coutries and have not been able to mention the characteristics of large countries on each continent. That is caused by the teachers are still oriented by textbooks, the lessons are still focus on memorization, the methods applied by teachers tend to be teacher activities not students activities and also less use of leaning media. An alternative solution to the problem is using the Team Quiz model combined with Petak Umpet Media. This study used CAR model. The research subject were 4th Sidokare 3 students of 35. The result showed that in the pre-cycle of 46%, the first cycle was 71%, and the second cycle was 94%. The conclusion is that the Team Quiz model combined with Petak Umpet Media can improve the learning outcomes of continental social studies material in 4th Sidokare Elementary School students of Sidoarjo.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) Professional Competency of PAI Teachers, (2) Teaching Modules of PAI and Ethics, (3) Learning Activities of PAI and Ethics According to the independent curriculum studied at SMAN 6 Kepahiang. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research approach. Data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model with four stages namely; data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or data verification. The validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that (1) the Professional Competence of PAI Teachers at SMAN 6 Kepahiang has been implemented optimally. This can be seen from the indicators of professional competence that the teacher has, namely mastery of the material, use of relevant learning media, and being able to carry out evaluations of students. (2) The independent study-based PAI and Budi Pekerti teaching modules at SMAN 6 Kepahiang, the school forms a PAI and Budi Pekerti teacher team to carry out coordination, student involvement is carried out during research in each class at the first meeting. The PAI Teacher Team and Budi Pekerti also compiled an educational calendar, Prota, Promes, RPP based on the school curriculum and syllabus from the National Education Office and the Ministry of Religion-PAIS. (3) SMAN 6 Kepahiang in carrying out the Learning of Islamic Religious Education and Characteristics, the school did not intervene between the teacher and students, so that the learning environment at the end took place effectively. Teachers and students in implementing classroom learning emphasize the importance of material objectives, independence, and application to everyday life.

Abstract

Background: Indonesia has the highest prevalence of Non-Communicable Disease (NCD)in 2013. NCD which is always listed in the top 10 diseases in Southeast Sulawesi is hypertension and diabetes mellitus. NCD Integrated Post is an effort to detect and overcome the early presence of NCD threat factors. However, there has been a decrease in the prevalence of integrated post visits from 2017 to 2018 at the Barangka Public Health Centre. The purpose of this study was to analyze the utilization of NCD Integrated Post in the work area of ??Barangka Health Centre in Buton Regency. Methods: This type of research uses a cross-sectional study design. This study was conducted from November to December 2019. The population in this study were all people in the work area of ??Barangka Health Centre, Buton Regency in 2018 with ages> 15 to 59 years, namely 3,584 people. The number of the samples was 134 respondents. A questionnaire was used as the method of data collection. Results: The results showed that the chi square of cadre support X2 count =36,460> X2 table value = 3,841 and health status is X2 count = 32,308> table X2 value = 3,841. Therefore, all variables are influencing the utilization of NCD Integrated Post. Conclusion: Health status and cadre influenced significantly the community in utilizing NCD Integrated Post at the Barangka Health Centre in Buton Regency.

Abstract

Sejak diundangkan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Republik Indonesia Nomor 74 tahun 2016 tentang Standar Pelayanan Kefarmasian di Puskesmas, masih ada Puskesmas yang belum sepenuhnya melakukan pelayanan kefarmasian dengan optimal. On the Job Training adalah suatu kegiatan (proses) yang dilakukan oleh suatu instansi (tempat kerja) yang dilakukan dalam jangka waktu tertentu, hal ini biasanya dilakukan bagi pegawai (pekerja) yang baru memasuki dunia kerja terlebih dahulu dan meningkatkan keterampilan. pengetahuan, kebiasaan kerja dan sikap. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh on the job training terhadap pelayanan kefarmasian. Metode yang akan digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan pre eksperimental design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan variabel pengetahuan terhadap pengelolaan sediaan farmasi adalah 0,001, variabel sikap terhadap pengelolaan sediaan farmasi adalah 0,001 dan variabel tindakan terhadap pengelolaan sediaan farmasi bernilai 0,000. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah ada pengaruh On the job training terhadap pengetahuan, sikap dan tindakan dalam pengelolaan sediaan farmasi di Puskesmas Wilayah Kabupaten Kolaka
