The increased rice production can be realized through the role of farmer groups as a forum for farmers to plan and carry out rice farming every planting season. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the role of farmer groups in increasing rice production, and analyze how much influence these factors have on the role of farmer groups. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method. The sampling technique was carried out purposively using the Random Sampling technique, namely by taking 25% of the total population of 280 farmer group members so that the sample results were 70 people. The data of this research are primary and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through interviews using questionnaires with members of farmer groups, while secondary data were sourced from the relevant agencies. The data obtained were then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis consisting of the F test and t test. The results showed that the factors of motivation, independence, and characteristics of the members of the farmer groups influenced the role of farmer groups in increasing rice production with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 60.1%. Meaning that the influence of other factors outside this study was only 39.9%. Keywords: Characteristics, farmers, motivation, production, rice, role, self-reliance

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri se Kabupaten Boalemo berdasarkan aspek (1) melakukan inovasi, (2) kerja keras, (3) motivasi yang kuat, (4) pantang menyerah & (5) naluri kewirausahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni eksplanatori. Teknik pengumpulan data yakni dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner pada responden. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah guru sebanyak 134 orang. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sehingga terpilih sebanyak 101 orang guru. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa (1) Kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah berdasarkan aspek melakukan inovasi di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri se Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo memiliki capaian skor sebesar 83,27% yang berada pada kriteria “kompeten”. (2) Kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah berdasarkan aspek kerja keras di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri se Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo memiliki capaian skor sebesar 85,54% yang berada pada kriteria yang “kompeten”. (3) Kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah berdasarkan aspek motivasi yang kuat di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri se Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo memiliki capaian skor sebesar 85,43% yang berada pada kriteria yang “kompeten”. (4) Kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah berdasarkan aspek pantang menyerah di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri se Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo memiliki capaian skor sebesar 85,72% yang berada pada kriteria yang “kompeten”. (6) Kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah berdasarkan aspek naluri kewirausahaan di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri se Kecamatan Tilamuta Kabupaten Boalemo memiliki capaian skor sebesar 86,47% yang berada pada kriteria yang “kompeten”.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri se-Kabupaten Boalemo berdasarkan aspek melakukan inovasi, kerja keras, motivasi yang kuat, pantang menyerah dan naluri kewirausahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni eksplanatori. Kuesioner disebar ke 101 responden (N=134). Data kemudian di analisis menggunakan analisis kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil menunjukkan kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah berdasarkan aspek inovasi (83%), kerja keras (85%), motivasi (85%), kegigihan (86%), dan naluri kewirausahaan (86%) masuk ke dalam kategori kompeten. Sehingga secara garis besar kompetensi kewirausahaan kepala sekolah dapat dikatakan kompeten.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of ispring suite assisted number pattern learning media on the mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII students. This research is a quantitative research using experimental methods and using a pretest-posttest control group design. Sampling used the Random Sampling technique and the selected classes were class VIII-6 as the experimental class and class VIII-4 as the control class. The research instrument uses a learning achievement test in the form of a description/essay. Inferential analysis was performed using the anacova test. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect on the use of iSpring Suite assisted number pattern learning media on students' mathematics learning outcomes

A government organization has predetermined goals. Success in achieving these goals does not only depend on government operational funds, facilities, infrastructure, and technology, but also on human resources. Therefore, this research aims to examine the influence of work motivation and employee abilities on the effectiveness of local government organizations, with the hypothesis that "there is a positive influence of work motivation and employee abilities on organizational effectiveness." The study employs a causal survey method, incorporating multiple regression analysis techniques. This research employs a quantitative approach, obtaining, processing, and analyzing data statistically (parametrically). This research concludes, based on the carried out data analysis, that: (i) the combination of work motivation and ability significantly influences organizational effectiveness; (ii) work motivation partially influences organizational effectiveness; and (iii) ability partially influences organizational effectiveness.

This study aims to describe students' mathematics learning outcomes in the even semesters of the 2019/2020 school year. This research was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Tolangohula using a descriptive method involving 19 students as research samples. The data obtained from the mathematics learning outcomes of class VII students who took the even semester exam where the test was presented in the form of objective questions and essays involving several indicators: (1) knowledge, (2) understanding, (3) application and (4) analysis. Then described in the form of mean , median (Me), mode (Mo), histogram and percentage. The results showed that students' mathematics learning outcomes in even semesters were in a very low category with the percentage in the very low category as much as 84.21%, as much as 0% in the low category, as much as 10.53% in the medium category, as much as 0% in the high category. and there are as many as 5.26% in the very high category.

This research is motivated by the low motivation to learn mathematics in mathematics in class VII-3 of SMP Negeri 1 Telaga Jaya. This study aims to increase students' motivation to learn mathematics through the use of cooperative learning models of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK). Kemmis and Mc Design. Taggart was used for this research. This study used data collection techniques, namely observation and questionnaires. Teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets, and learning motivation questionnaires were used to view the data. Plan, report, observe, and think about what you have learned are all part of the research process. The research was conducted in two parts. The results showed that teacher activity in learning increased by 88.88%, and student activity increased by 93.75%. Student motivation also increased, with 10 students getting a score of 34.38% in the "very high" category and 65.52% in the "high" category. Indicators show that each student's learning motivation experienced a high increase, with a score of 34.38% in the "very high" category and 65.52% in the "high" category.

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh multimedia interaktif berbantuan web terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik pada materi perbandingan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan subjek penelitian yang diklasifikasikan menjadi dua yakni VII-3 selaku kelas eksperimen serta VII-2 selaku kelas kontrol pada populasi SMP Negeri 1 Tilango. Dengan desain penelitian pre-test post-test control group design. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu melalui instrumen tes setelah proses pembelajaran yang didasarkan pada indikator. Untuk mengukur hasil belajar peserta didik menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Pengolahan data memakai analisis deskriptif memperlihatkan bahwasannya rata-rata hasil belajar peserta didik kelas eksperimen lebih besar jika diperbandingkan kelas kontrol. Adapun hasil analisis inferensial memperlihatkan bahwasannya kedua data berdistribusi normal serta homogen sehingga dilanjutkan dengan uji analisis kovarian (anacova) dan diperoleh hasil ð»0 ditolak serta ð»1 diterima. Sehingga hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil belajar peserta didik lebih tinggi setelah dibelajarkan menggunakan multimedia interaktif berbantuan web dibandingkan dengan menggunakan power point.  Kata kunci : Multimedia Interaktif Berbantuan Web, Hasil Belajar, Perbandingan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang implementasi Evaluasi Model Kirkpatrick pada Program Pembelajaran Matakuliah Masalah Nilai Awal (MNA) dan Syarat Batas. Dari empat level untuk Evaluasi Model Kirkpatrick masing-masing dilakukan penilain dengan alat penilaian yang berbeda. Penilaian kinerja digunakan untuk menilai hasil kerja atau proyek mahasiswa. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Matematika Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Negeri Gorontalo berjumlah 58 orang. Data dalam penelitian ini dijaring menggunakan angket dan dilakukan pengujian reliabilitas dengan Crombach's Alpha. Evaluasi belajar mahasiswa diperoleh dengan menggunakan rubrik penilaian kinerja. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan Evaluasi Model Kirkpatrick pada Program Pembelajaran Matakuliah Masalah Nilai Awal (MNA) dan Syarat Batas sangat efektif.Kata Kunci: Evaluasi Model Kirkpatrick, Asesmen Kinerja, Masalah Nilai Awal dan Syarat Batas ______________________________________________________________THE IMPLEMENTATION OF KIRKPATRICK'S EVALUATION MODEL IN THE LEARNING OF INITIAL VALUE AND BONDARY CONDITION PROBLEMSAbstract This research is aimed at describing the implementation of the implementation of Kirkpatrick's evaluation model in the learning of Initial Value and Bondary Condition Problems. Four each of the four different levels in the model, an evaluation was conducted using different instruments. A performance evaluation was to assess the students' product or project. This was a qualitative descriptive study involving 58 students of Mathematics Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, State University of Gorontalo as the sample. The data were collected by questionnaire; the reliability was tested through Cronbrach's alpha. Students' learning achievement was scored using a performance rubric. Inappropriate teaching models can hinder the effectiveness of learning and negatively impact students' learning outcomes. Conversely, the implementation of suitable teaching models can provide a better learning experience and support the achievement of learning objectives. The Osborn teaching model is one appropriate approach to enhancing students' learning outcomes, especially in the topic of sets. This model emphasizes active student participation in generating ideas and problem-solving through brainstorming techniques. By granting students the freedom to express themselves and collaborate within groups, the Osborn model helps increase student engagement in learning and enrich their understanding of the subject matter. Therefore, through the implementation of the Osborn teaching model, it is expected that students' learning outcomes in the topic of sets will significantly improve. Research results confirm that the application of the Osborn model has a significant positive impact on students' learning outcomes in the subject of sets. There was a consistent improvement from cycle I to cycle II, where average learning outcomes increased significantly. This improvement was observed in the affective, psychomotor, and cognitive domains, with percentages increasing from the previous cycle. Evaluations conducted in each cycle demonstrate the effectiveness of the Osborn model in deepening students' understanding of set concepts. The final results indicate that the average learning outcomes of students have met the minimum success indicator of 80%, illustrating that the implementation of the Osborn model has successfully enhanced overall student learning achievements in understanding the set material.
