Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh keterbatasan bahan ajar elektronik yang dapat membantu peserta didik belajar aktif, kritis, dan mandiri pada materi Sistem Persamaan Linear Dua Variabel (SPLDV). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan liveworksheet e-LKPD berbasis Discovery Learning yang valid dan praktis digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development ) dengan model ADDIE yang terdiri dari lima tahap, analisis yaitu, desain, pengembangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Subjek penelitian adalah 31 peserta didik kelas IX SMP Negeri 3 Telaga. Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar validasi ahli materi dan media, serta angket respon peserta didik. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa e-LKPD memperoleh skor rata-rata 88,18% dari ahli materi dan 91,66% dari ahli media dengan kategori “Sangat Valid”. Uji kepraktisan melalui respon peserta didik menghasilkan rata-rata 91,28% dengan kategori “Sangat Praktis”. Dengan demikian, liveworksheets e-LKPD berbasis Discovery Learning pada materi SPLDV yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid dan praktis serta layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran matematika.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share (TPS). Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-5 SMP Negeri 1 Telaga yang terdiri dari 30 orang siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus, masing-masing terdiri dari tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa serta tes hasil belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model TPS dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa dan hasil belajar matematika. Rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II, dan persentase ketuntasan belajar secara klasikal juga meningkat. Dengan demikian, model pembelajaran TPS terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa pada materi bangun ruang sisi datar.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the roles, challenges, and strategies for the future of inclusive education in Indonesia through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 30 relevant academic articles. The findings indicate that Special Education Schools (SLB) now play a crucial role as training centers, assessment service providers, and innovation hubs for regular schools. The primary challenges identified include human resource limitations, infrastructure gaps, policy inconsistencies, and socio-cultural barriers. Future strategies are focused on teacher competency development, the integration of assistive technology, and the creation of a collaborative educational ecosystem. The novelty of this research lies in the strategic repositioning of SLB, no longer merely as segregative institutions but as comprehensive resource centers that integrate assistive technology into a collaborative framework between the government and regular schools. These findings provide a foundation for policymakers to formulate more technical regulations regarding the standardization of SLB as national inclusion support centers to ensure equal educational rights for all children with special needs.

Abstract

Fenomena meningkatnya kecemasan siswa terhadap matematika yang berakibat pada rendahnya pemahaman konsep menjadi alasan pelaksanaan penelitian ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kecemasan matematika serta kaitannya dengan pemahaman konsep siswa mengenai materi fungsi komposisi di SMA Negeri 6 Gorontalo. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret – April 2026. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan jumlah subjek sebanyak 26 orang siswa kelas XI.1 yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket kecemasan matematika dan tes pemahaman konsep yang telah melalui uji validitas dan reliabilitas, serta didukung oleh wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa berada pada kategori kecemasan sedang yakni sebesar 65,4%, kategori rendah 7,7%, dan tinggi 26,9%. Sedangkan kemampuan pemahaman konsep didominasi kategori rendah sebesar 80,77%, kategori sedang 11,56%, dan Temuan juga mengindikasikan adanya kecenderungan hubungan berbanding terbalik, di mana semakin tinggi kecemasan matematika, maka semakin rendah kemampuan pemahaman konsep siswa. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, disarankan agar penelitian selanjutnya melibatkan jumlah subjek yang lebih luas serta bagi guru disarankan untuk menggunakan metode pengajaran yang mendorong siswa untuk menyelesaikan tugas secara mandiri, guna melatih kemandirian dan mengurangi ketergantungan pada teman.

Abstract

This study aims to describe students' mathematics learning outcomes in the even semesters of the 2019/2020 school year. This research was conducted at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Tolangohula using a descriptive method involving 19 students as research samples. The data obtained from the mathematics learning outcomes of class VII students who took the even semester exam where the test was presented in the form of objective questions and essays involving several indicators: (1) knowledge, (2) understanding, (3) application and (4) analysis. Then described in the form of mean  , median (Me), mode (Mo), histogram and percentage. The results showed that students' mathematics learning outcomes in even semesters were in a very low category with the percentage in the very low category as much as 84.21%, as much as 0% in the low category, as much as 10.53% in the medium category, as much as 0% in the high category. and there are as many as 5.26% in the very high category.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the low motivation to learn mathematics in mathematics in class VII-3 of SMP Negeri 1 Telaga Jaya. This study aims to increase students' motivation to learn mathematics through the use of cooperative learning models of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK). Kemmis and Mc Design. Taggart was used for this research. This study used data collection techniques, namely observation and questionnaires. Teacher observation sheets, student observation sheets, and learning motivation questionnaires were used to view the data. Plan, report, observe, and think about what you have learned are all part of the research process. The research was conducted in two parts. The results showed that teacher activity in learning increased by 88.88%, and student activity increased by 93.75%. Student motivation also increased, with 10 students getting a score of 34.38% in the "very high" category and 65.52% in the "high" category. Indicators show that each student's learning motivation experienced a high increase, with a score of 34.38% in the "very high" category and 65.52% in the "high" category.

Abstract

A government organization has predetermined goals. Success in achieving these goals does not only depend on government operational funds, facilities, infrastructure, and technology, but also on human resources. Therefore, this research aims to examine the influence of work motivation and employee abilities on the effectiveness of local government organizations, with the hypothesis that "there is a positive influence of work motivation and employee abilities on organizational effectiveness." The study employs a causal survey method, incorporating multiple regression analysis techniques. This research employs a quantitative approach, obtaining, processing, and analyzing data statistically (parametrically). This research concludes, based on the carried out data analysis, that: (i) the combination of work motivation and ability significantly influences organizational effectiveness; (ii) work motivation partially influences organizational effectiveness; and (iii) ability partially influences organizational effectiveness.
