Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the ability of students to solve HOTS questions examined by the independence of students in the high, medium and low groups. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The subjects of this study were 6 students who represented each group's ability to solve problems. Data collection uses HOTS test questions, observation sheets, interviews and documentation. HOTS questions totaling 5 questions were adopted and validated by material experts. The ability of students to solve HOTS questions assessed by learning independence will be described based on the problem solving stage, namely understanding the problem, designing a problem solving strategy, carrying out a calculation plan, and re-evaluating the correctness of the results obtained. The results of the study concluded that students were able to solve HOTS questions of addition and subtraction of fractions with different denominators and were in line with the independent attitude of students' learning, namely having a very good attitude, in which students in the high group showed a tendency to have very good self-confidence, the ability of students the group is solving HOTS questions on addition and subtraction material studied by learning independence in class V. And in line with the attitude of learning independence which is good, in which students in the medium group tend to show a good attitude of independence as well and the ability of low group participants to solve HOTS questions in addition and subtraction material was studied with independent learning for class V. Students were unable to complete HOTS on addition and subtraction material with different denominators because they were unable to fulfill all the ways of solving problems. And in the attitude of self-reliance in learning, students in the low group tend to show that they have an attitude of independence that is sufficient, some even less.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the higher-order thinking skills questions in thematic learning for grade VI of State Elementary School 39 Pontianak Kota. This research and development used Borg & Gall’s development model consisting of research and information gathering, planning, development of the initial product, initial field trials, main product revisions, field trials, and operational product revisions. Data were obtained from 16 students in Grade VI B and 30 students in Grade VI A. The data collection instruments were interview guidelines, questionnaires, and tests in the form of HOTS questions. Data were analyzed using the feasibility analysis of HOTS questions in terms of material, construction, and language aspects. The results of the study showed that the HOTS questions consisted of 20 multiple-choice questions. The feasibility of the materials in terms of material aspect obtained a value of 94% and was considered very feasible. The feasibility of the materials in terms of the construct aspect obtained a value of 95% and was considered very feasible. The feasibility of the materials in terms of the language aspect obtained a value of 94% and was considered very feasible. Thus, the developed product is considered suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

This study aims to produce PowerPoint-based animated learning video products that are suitable for use to assist thematic learning activities on the theme 7 sub-theme 1 class IV of elementary school. The method used in this study is a research and development method by adapting the Borg & Gall model. The data sources for this research were 39 grade IV students at SD Negeri 24 Kota Pontianak and 4 expert validators consisting of 2 media experts and 2 material experts. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and questionnaires. The feasibility of learning video products is in the very good category with an average percentage value of 97.06% in the media aspect and 95.83% in the material aspect. The results of student responses in the small group trial obtained a percentage value of 85.04% in the very good category, and the large group trial obtained a percentage value of 93.35% in the very good category. It can be concluded that PowerPoint-based animated learning videos are very suitable for use as learning media and the use of these learning videos gets very good responses from students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan nilai penguatan pendidikan karakter pada buku teks kelas V SD/MI tema 8 Lingkungan Sahabat Kita dan mendeskripsikan kesesuaian nilai penguatan pendidikan karakter pada buku teks guru dan buku teks siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan analisis konten dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah buku teks guru dan buku teks siswa kelas V SD/MI tema 8. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Hubermen yang meliputi empat tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada buku teks guru dan buku teks siswa kelas V SD/MI tema 8 Lingkungan Sahabat Kita termuat 5 nilai utama penguatan pendidikan karakter yaitu nilai karakter religius, nasionalis, mandiri, gotong royong, dan integritas. Nilai penguatan pendidikan karakter pada buku teks guru dan buku teks siswa masih belum sesuai dikarenakan dalam beberapa pembelajaran di masing-masing subtema terdapat nilai penguatan pendidikan karakter yang belum sesuai pada buku teks guru dan buku teks siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan Pendidikan karakter jujur dan disiplin, kendala pelaksanaan Pendidikan karakte jujur dan disiplin siswa serta upaya guru dalam mengatasi kendala pelaksanaan Pendidikan karakter jujur dan disiplin siswa kelas IV. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. objek penelitian adalah pelaksanaan Pendidikan karakter jujur dan disiplin siswa dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini mengguanakan instrument observasi, wawancara, angket dan dokumentasi. Pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter jujur dan disiplin dalam pembelajaran terdapat satu indicator yang belum terlaksana yaitu membentuk kantin kejujuran serta poster tentang kedisplinan sekolah. Kendala pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter jujur dan disiplin siswa ialah berasal dari factor dalam diri mereka. Upaya guru dalam mengatasi kendala pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter jujur dan disiplin dengan subjek siswa dengan selalu melakukan empat kategori yaitu kegiatan rutin, kegiatan spontan, keteladanan dan pengkondisian. Kemudian guru juga selalu melakukan diskusi dengan orangtua siswa yang bermasalah demi terlaksanaanya pelaksanaan pendidikan karakter jujur dan disiplin. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa belum terlaksanaanya beberapa indicator jujur dan disiplin siswa disebabkan oleh factor dari dalam diri serta lingkungan.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a product in the form of animated PowerPoint-based learning media and analyze the feasibility level of animated PowerPoint-based learning media to help learning activities on theme 1 sub-theme 1 grade V elementary school measured from the design and material aspects. This study employed qualitative and quantitative approach. The technique of data analysis used the method of development which known as Research and Development (R&D). With 4D stages: define, design, development, and dessiminite. This study was validated by 2 experts and 30 students were get involved as respondents who were divided into 2 groups, namely a small group of 9 people and a large group of 21 people.The results of this study revealed that the development of animation powerpoint-based learning media measured from the design aspect and the material aspect is stated to be very feasible as a learning medium to assist learning activities on theme 1 sub-theme 1 grade V elementary school with a feasibility presentation value of 94.76% and 96.83% of the trial activities were included in the “Very Good” category, supported by the feasibility results of the expert validators with a feasibility value of 97.58% and 96.11%, which were included in the “Very valid” category, respectively.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan pola asuh orang tua dan partisipasi orang tua dengan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV sekolah dasar negeri 14 pontianak selatan. Menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik komunikasi tidak langsung pada pola asuh orang tua dan partisipasi orang tua serta teknik dokumenter untuk hasil belajar siswa. Alat pengumpul data berupa angket. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antara pola asuh orang tua dan partisipasi orang tua dengan hasil belajar sebesar 0,557, antara pola asuh otoriter dan partisipasi orang tua dengan hasil belajar sebesar 0,519, antara pola asuh demokratis dan partisipasi orang tua dengan hasil belajar sebesar 0,516, antara pola asuh permisif dan partisipasi orang tua dengan hasil belajar sebesar 0,448, dan berkategori sedang. rtabel 0,388 dengan taraf signifikansi 5% maka 0,557>0,388, 0,519>0,388, 0,516>0,388, 0,448>0,388. Berdasarkan penelitian, maka disimpulkan bahwa pola asuh orang tua dan partisipasi orang tua mempengaruhi hasil belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui kualitas butir soal tengah semester genap pada kelas V Sekolah Dasar Negeri 66 Pontianak Kota Tahun Ajaran 2020/2021 dari segi materi, konstruksi, dan bahasa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dan metode deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitiam ini adalah guru kelas V SDN 66 Pontianak Kota. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik studi dokumenter yaitu mengumpul atau menganalisis lembar telaah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa butir soal dari segi materi, konstruksi dan bahasa soal sebagian besar sudah memenuhi aspek namun masih harus diperbaiki. Hal ini dibuktikan dari segi materi soal, masih terdapat beberapa soal yang pilihan jawabannya tidak homogen dan logis. Dari segi konstruksi soal masih adanya beberapa soal yang masih kurang tepat dalam penulisannya. Selanjutnya dari segi bahasa soal, masih terdapat kesalahan dalam penulisan, namun hal tersebut tidak terlalu berpengaruh terhadap fungsi bahasa soal karena masih bisa dipahami oleh sebagian besar siswa yang mengikuti ulangan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis muatan 4C pada rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik kelas VA Sekolah Dasar Negeri 29 Pontianak Kota. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah guru kelas VA. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi tidak langsung dengan alat pengumpul data berupa lembar observasi dan wawancara/interview. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa muatan 4C pada tujuan dalam rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik kelas VA Sekolah Dasar Negeri 29 Pontianak Kota yang disusun oleh guru terdiri dari muatan Critical Thinking, Communication dan Creativity. Sedangkan muatan Collaboration belum digunakan dalam tujuan pembelajaran. Muatan 4C pada kegiatan belajar mengajar dalam rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik kelas VA Sekolah Dasar Negeri 29 Pontianak Kota yang disusun oleh guru terdiri dari muatan Critical Thinking, Collaboation, Communication dan Creativity. Muatan 4C pada instrument penilaian dalam rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik kelas VA Sekolah Dasar Negeri 29 Pontianak Kota yang disusun oleh guru terdiri dari muatan Critical Thinking, Communication dan Creativity.
