Validitas Pengembangan Modul Pembelajaran Biologi Berorientasi Mind map dengan Variasi Tebak Kata untuk Peserta Didik Kelas VIII SMP Wati, Darmanella Dian Eka; Dewi, Ratih Komala

Teacherâs success in implementing learning depends on the insight, knowledge, understanding and creativity level in managing teaching materials. One form to process subject matter is by using the module. Module oriented Mind map (MM) equipped with Words Guess game will become more interesting and can develop studentsâ interest and creativity. The development of this module must pass the validity test stage by the validator before it is used in the learning process. The purpose of this research is to know the developed validity of Biology Learning Module, which orients Mind map (MM) equipped with a Words Guess game in class VIII SMP. This research is a development research (Research and Development) using 4-D model consisting of 4 stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. By far, this research only reaches the development stage which is at validity test phase. Based on validity test results by 4 validates indicate that developed learning module Biology oriented Mind map with Words Guess variation is a very good category to be used in the learning process.

The quality of education requires the attention of all parties, especially the government and education personnel. The quality of education will be achieved if all components of education make a change to a better direction. The subject of the educational profession is prepares the students to understand the basics of education as a profession. Many students are not really understand with the subject matter of the educational profession whereas this subject is a very important as a preparation to become a teacher. Therefore lecturers must be able to apply various models that can improve students' understanding. One of them is the jigsaw learning model. This study aims to determine the perceptions of students using jigsaw learning model on the educational profession at UMMY Solok. This research is a descriptive research which is included in survey type. Population in this research which is all student of Economics fifth semester of academic year 2015/2016 which amounted to 15 people who have followed the process educational profession recovery using jigsaw learning model. The sample is a student of Economics Â fifth semester of academic year 2015/2016, amounting to 15 people in the economic education program FKIP UMMY Solok who have followed subject of educational profession using jigsaw learning model. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data collection technique using closed questionnaire with rating scale form. The conclusion of this research is student perception by using jigsaw learning model on the subject of the educational profession is very good.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Keywords: Perception, Jigsaw Learning Model, The subject ofÂ Educational Profession.

Pengaruh Pembiayaan Mudharabah Dan Pembiayaan Musyarakah Terhadap Return Of Asset (Roa) Pada Bank Syariah Mandiri Dewi, Ratih Komala

Â The study aims to determine the effect of Mudharabah Financing and Musyarakah Financing on Return of Assets (RoA) in Bank Mandiri Syariah in 2014-2018. The method of data collection in the subject of research was obtained by tabulating secondary data in the form of financial statements at Bank Mandiri Syariah in 2014 - 2018. The quantitative method of data analysis was done by processing SPSS software data in the form of classic assumption testing, testing F test statistics and testing t test to draw interesting conclusion. The results of this study indicate Mudharabah Financing and Musyarakah Financing have a positive influence on Return of Assets (RoA) in Bank Mandiri Syariah in 2014-2018 both partially and simultaneously.

The findings of this study were to determine the effect of Leadership, Compensation and Discipline on the performance of teachers in elementary school 69 of Bengkulu City . Data collection methods used were observation and distribution of questionnaires to 48 elementary school teachers in elementary school 69 of Bengkulu city. Quantitative data analysis method is done by looking for the scoring of data scaling (scoring), while the qualitative method of data analysis is done by processing SPSS 22 software data with F test statistics and t test statistics and drawing conclusions and verification of data. The results of this study indicate that leadership roles, Compensation and Discipline have a significant effect simultaneously and have relevance to teacher performance. The principal has the task of fostering the teachers related to their main tasks, namely teaching students so that they achieve optimal performance. Furthermore, the principal as a person who is used as a role model can provide examples of teaching and learning activities in front of the class and high work discipline so that the teacher can imitate and practice in carrying out daily tasks and improve the discipline of each teacher. On the other hand, the findings of this study indicate that teachers who have received compensation in the form of teacher professional allowances have better performance than teachers who have not received teacher professional allowances. Based on the results of research conducted in Elementary School 69 of bengkulu city, compensation has the most dominant influence on teacher performance.

Himpunan Mahasiswa Biologi merupakan suatu organisasi kemahasiswaan di lingkungan Universitas Mahaputra Muhammad Yamin, khusus untuk mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Biologi. Himpunan ini terdiri atas beberapa bidang, salah satunya adalah bidang minat dan bakat. Bidang ini memungkinkan untuk menambah keterampilan anggota dan menjadikan ecoprint sebagai salah satu peluang yang dapat digunakan oleh anggota untuk membuka lapangan pekerjaan nantinya. Tujuan edukasi dan pemanfaatan bahan alam untuk pembuatan ecoprint ini adalah untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran dan kemandirian dalam berwirausaha. Pemanfaatan bahan alami untuk pembuatan ecoprint karena ramah lingkungan, tidak menggunakan bahan kimia berbahaya, proses pembuatannya mudah, bahannya mudah diperoleh karena berasal dari dedaunan, bunga maupun ranting tumbuhan serta tidak memerlukan mesin sehingga dapat dijadikan sebagai lapangan kerja baru. Metode yang digunakan adalah: ceramah, demonstrasi, tanya jawab dan praktikum. Hasil yang dicapai adalah : (1) mitra memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan mewarnai dan mencetak motif di kain menggunakan teknik ecoprint, (2) mitra mampu mengisi waktu luang yang dimiliki dengan keterampilan mewarnai dan mencetak motif pada kain dengan Teknik ecoprint, (3) mitra sudah memiliki pengetahuan tentang cara membuat kerajinan tangan berupa cetakan motif pada kain dengan teknik ecoprint dan menerapkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tersebut sehingga dapat dimanfaatkan untuk membuka lapangan kerja, (4) Hasil akhir dari karya mitra dapat dikategorikan cukup rapi meskipun masih diperlukan latihan guna menghasilkan warna dan cetakan motif tumbuhan (daun, bunga dan batang) yang semakin menarik.

This research was motivated by insufficient teaching materials and did not fully support the learning process in the Biology learning process and outcome evaluation course. The purpose of this study was to analyze student needs for teaching materials in the Biology learning process and outcome evaluation course. This type of research is descriptive research through the distribution of questionnaires. The sample in this study amounted to 16 students. The research data was obtained from the results of the analysis of questionnaires filled out by students. The results of the study indicate that students need teaching materials to support the learning process.

Myres (Madrasah Young Researchers Supercamp) merupakan kompetisi yang digelar Kementerian Agama Republik Indonesia untuk menumbuhkan budaya meneliti di kalangan siswa madrasah. Untuk memberikan pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan meningkatkan motivasi siswa tentang penulisan karya tulis ilmiah, khususnya siswa MAN 1 Sijunjung maka dilaksanakanlah kegiatan pendampingan penyusunan proposal penelitian Myres ini. Kegiatan pelatihan ini meliputi penjelasan materi tentang menemukan masalah yang bisa diangkat menjadi sebuah penelitian, menentukan variabel penelitian, dan menyusun rancangan proposal penelitian. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 21 orang siswa/i dari kelas X dan XI MAN 1 Sijunjung. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, dan praktek langsung. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan yang diberikan cukup memotivasi dan meningkatkan keterampilan siswa untuk menulis proposal penelitian.

The results of the assessment of learning activities in the Biology learning program development course in odd semesters of the 2016-2017 school year show that students often have difficulties in learning implementation plans, some of the difficulties experienced by students such as difficulties in compiling competency achievement indicators, identifying models or methods that are suitable for learning materials, and apply models or methods in learning activities. The various challenges faced by students in preparing lesson plans were also accompanied by various changes that occurred in the 2013 curriculum. The results of the 2013 curriculum study in 2017 combined Strengthening Character Education, Literacy, 21st Century Skills which is termed 4C (Creative, Critical thinking, Communicative, and Collaborative), and HOTS (Higher Order Thinking Skill) in the teacher planning process. Based on that, I conducted research on Design Development Guidebooks for Developing Learning Implementation Plans Integrated with 21st Century Skills. This research included qualitative research which was analyzed descriptively. The results of this study are in the form of an initial design product of the guidebook which consists of 3 components including: 1) Introduction, this section contains the background, objectives, scope and method of using the guidebook; 2) Learning Activities, consisting of 10 learning activities, each of which contains learning outcomes, material descriptions, assignments/exercise and summaries; 3) Cover.

Prospective Biology teachers must have the ability to formulate learning objectives to develop teaching modules for science subjects according to kurikulum merdeka. Therefore, the research was conducted to measure students' ability to formulate learning objectives, especially for phase D. This research is a descriptive-qualitative, which begins with the preparation of indicators for assessing abilities, validating assessment indicators, collecting work results, processing and analyzing data, data tabulation, and discuss it descriptively. Based on the results of the study, 80% of students were very good at formulating learning objectives, 7% of students were in the good category, 7% of students were in the sufficient category, and the rest were in the less category. It was concluded that most of the students had a very good ability to formulate learning objectives, for the biology subject of Science in Phase D.
