This research seeks to examine the impact of investment decisions, funding choices, dividend policies, company growth, and profitability on the valuation of manufacturing firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2020 to 2022. The analytical approach employed involves multiple linear regression analysis, utilizing annual data collected from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange within the specified timeframe. The research sample consists of 135 selected entities determined through the purposive sampling method. The outcomes of the research reveal that investment decisions exert a negative impact on company value, whereas funding and profitability decisions demonstrate a positive influence on company value. However, dividend policy and company growth do not exhibit a statistically significant effect on company value. These results contribute to a more profound comprehension of the determinants shaping company value within the realm of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. This could serve as a reference for corporate managers when formulating strategic decisions to enhance their company's value. It is anticipated that future research endeavors may build upon this research by incorporating additional variables with potential impacts on company value, such as capital structure.

One of the benchmarks in assessing the success of an investment activity is based on the acquisition of stock returns. During the pandemic, the hotel, restaurant and tourism industry sector was very significantly affected, various travel restriction policies to the closure of tours caused a drop in capital market activity in this sector. The author uses firm value as a mediation to examine various factors such as profitability, liquidity and leverage which can affect stock returns in the hotel, restaurant and tourism industry sector. Financial report publications are used as data sources and research objects which are then analyzed and studied using Partial Least Square (PLS) as a test tool.Testing and analysis obtained the fact that the ratio of the ability to fulfill current liabilities (liquidity), the ratio of debt (leverage) and the ratio of profits (profitability), significantly affect the formation of firm value and firm value can directly affect stock returns but as a whole the variables cannot provide significant direct effect on stock returns without being mediated by firm value.

The progress of a country can be seen from its economic growth level. One of the financial institutions that helps the economic sector at the traditional village level in Bali Province is the Village Credit Institution (LPD). LPD performance describes its goal achievement. This research aims to determine the LPD performance of Klungkung with several variables such as accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness tested using multiple linear regression analysis. The findings show that accountability does not affect LPD performance while responsibility, independence, and fairness positively affect LPD performance.

The purpose of this study is first to measure the extent of direct influence of empowerment programs on entrepreneurial competence and growth of micro, small and medium enterprises and indirect influence of empowerment program on the growth of SMEs through business competence variable. The second provides recommendations for the implementation of empowerment programs that are more appropriate to the needs of SMEs. The research location in Denpasar City with the number of samples of 100 entrepreneurs who have got the empowerment program. Data analysis technique to test the relationship model between variables is Structural Equation Modeling using Partial least Square program.

The development of the Creative Economy sector in collaboration with the IKM Sector to maintain local culture so it continues to grow and be sustainable. The development of IKM creativity is facilitated by the Denpasar City Government through the Denpasar Festival which is expected to be able to build an ecosystem, brand image and creative economy networking. For this reason, event implementation as one of the promotional media, so that the IKM brand image can be known by the wider community, both domestically and abroad. The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze the effect of product quality and product value on the brand image of IKM and moderated by the event. Respondents in this study were IKM who participated in the Denpasar Festival event for 3 consecutive years (2017 to 2019). The number of respondents used was 154 IKM using a sampling technique called Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling. This research used SEM analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 program. The results showed that product quality has a positive and significant effect on brand image, product value has no effect on brand image, events can moderate the effect of product quality on brand image, and events are not able to moderate the effect of product value on brand image.

Di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini, omset perusahaan mengalami penurunan yang sangat drastis yang menyebabkan terhambatnya kegiatan operasional perusahaan dan juga berdampak kepada semua pihak yang terlibat. Penurunan omset perusahaan ini berdampak pada pemotongan upah karyawan yang dikarenakan adanya pemotongan jam kerja karyawan, dan banyak tagihan yang harus tertunda pembayarannya baik kepada supplier atau dari customers. Dalam upaya mengoptimalkan penjualan perusahaan untuk meningkatkan omset perusahaan, maka perlu dirancang suatu strategi penjualan yang tidak hanya terfokus pada penjualan offline saja, tetapi diimbangi juga dengan penjualan online dengan memanfaatkan bisnis online (E-Commerce). Hal ini perlu dilakukan karena situasi saat pandemi ini, dimana pembeli lebih memilih belanja online dibandingkan berbelanja langsung ke swalayan untuk menghindari kerumunan. Hasil capaian yang diperoleh dari adanya kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu penjualan perusahaan Mayindo Jaya dengan memanfaatkan e-commerce semakin optimal. Adapun faktor-faktor yang membantu keberhasilan ini yaitu pimpinan perusahaan dan bagian marketing yang mendukung kegiatan ini, antusiasme karyawan dalam mengikuti kegiatan ini, dan tersedia fasilitas pendukung yang memadai dalam melaksanakan kegiatan.

Memiliki merek dagang terdaftar saat ini sangatlah penting, karena dapat mencegah pihak ketiga yang tidak bertanggung jawab dalam menggunakan merek ataupun nama usaha yang sama. Suatu usaha yang memproduksi suatu produk atau jasa dengan kualitas yang baik dan harga yang terjangkau, tetapi tidak memiliki identitas usaha yang menarik, akan menjadi sulit untuk dikenali dan diingat oleh banyak orang, serta sulit menjangkau customer yang luas. Mitra dalam kegiatan pengabdian yaitu Asri Jewellery belum memiliki logo usaha yang menarik sebagai identitas usahanya agar lebih mudah dikenal oleh banyak orang. Asri Jewellery juga belum memiliki perlindungan berupa Hak Kekayaan Intelektual merk usaha. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu berupa penyuluhan, dan pendampingan dalam pengurusan Hak Kekayaan Intelektual. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yaitu Asri Jewellery telah memiliki logo usaha dan Asri Jewellery juga telah memiliki Hak Kekayaan Intelektual katalog produk serta Hak Kekayaan Intelektual merk dagang.

Pengabdian dilakukan di LPD Desa Kukuh, Kecamatan Marga Kabupaten Tabanan. Pengabdian mengusung tema “Peningkatan Tata Kelola & Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia Menuju Bisnis Berkelanjutan LPD Kukuh, Marga -Tabanan”. Dalam kesempatan ini dilakukan diskusi dengan seluruh pengurus LPD dengan format “Metemu Wirasa”. Permasalahan utama yang dibahas adalah: (1). Persaingan LPD dengan lembaga keuangan lainnya, menyebabkan turunnya status LPD dari “sehat” menjadi “cukup sehat”; (2). Kredit macet, karena tidak ada niatan peminjam untuk memenuhi kewajibannya. Dari hasil diskusi didapatkan kesimpulan: (1). Perlunya di sosialisasikan kembali keberadaan LPD di desa adat; (2). Perlu diberikan pemahaman tujuan, fungsi, dan manfaat LPD untuk krama desa adat; (3). Diperlukan adanya regulasi yang lebih ketat dan mengikat dari LPD; (4). Diperlukan sistem pemberian kredit yang lebih baik oleh LPD; (5). Perlu ditumbuhkan rasa memiliki LPD oleh seluruh krama desa adat.

Era ekonomi digital memberikan tantangan bagi lembaga keuangan untuk memberikan pelayanan prima kepada pelanggan. Service excellence merupakan suatu keharusan bagi organisasi jasa, terutama di era ekonomi digital. Lembaga Perkreditan Desa (LPD) merupakan lembaga keuangan mikro di Provinsi Bali yang perlu menerapkan service excellence kepada nasabah. Meskipun demikian, salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi adalah masih rendahnya kompetensi pegawai LPD sehingga belum mampu memberikan pelayanan prima kepada nasabah. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan program capacity building berupa pelatihan praktik service excellence untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan profesionalitas pegawai LPD. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai LPD, khususnya dalam pemberian layanan prima. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilakukan di LPD Desa Adat Kukuh yang berlokasi di Desa Kukuh, Kecamatan Marga, Kabupaten Tabanan. Kegiatan diikuti oleh seluruh pegawai LPD Desa Adat Kukuh. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi empat tahapan, yaitu observasi, penyuluhan, pelatihan, dan evaluasi. Hasil penilaian menggunakan pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kompetensi peserta pelatihan service excellence sebesar 7.67%. Hasil ini mengisyaratkan bahwa kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat telah berjalan secara efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berkontribusi untuk meningkatkan kompetensi pegawai dan kinerja LPD dalam memberikan pelayanan di sektor keuangan. Hasil kegiatan mengimplikasikan bahwa pengelola LPD hendaknya senantiasa untuk melakukan pelatihan service excellence secara berkala dalam upaya untuk meningkatkan daya saing LPD dengan lembaga keuangan mikro lainnya.

The food and beverage industry experienced a decline in share prices in the 2018-2020 period. The stock price is an indicator in considering investment steps and is used as a reflection of the corporate's value. This research is causality with the main objective of obtaining empirical evidence related to the impact of several financial ratios, the size of a corporate and ownership factors on the high or low corporate value by using the subjects of the consumer goods sector which experience a significant decline in stock prices every year. The author uses financial ratio analysis, ownership and impact on corporate size in influencing the formation of corporate value. The authors found that financial ratios (liquidity and profitability) form a positive relationship to corporate value in contrast to leverage, managerial ownership, institutions and corporate size which do not show any significant effect on corporate value These findings add empirical evidence to the variables tested on their effect on corporate value. Keywords: Leverage, Liquidity, Profitability, Managerial Ownership, Institutional Ownership, Corporate Size, Corporate Value
