Abstract

This research involved 22 teachers at Azzainiyyah Middle School, Sukabumi Regency, and the results of this study clearly proved that the implementation of school principal supervision in schools can improve the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the teacher. The effectiveness of learning will support the main tasks and functions of the teacher. In the preliminary study, it shows that in the field, that the subjects in general in the research are still lacking and not optimal in carrying out their main tasks and functions. Supervision in programs in schools that must be carried out by school principals will have a significant impact on a learning process. teachers in the school environment. The aim of this study was to provide the results of the principal's supervision of the implementation of the main tasks and functions of the teacher through a series of activities in two cycles which were carried out and utilized optimally.

Abstract

In this study, the aim was to find out how the implementation of the school principal's academic supervision at SMA Negeri 5 Sukabumi City and the type of research to be carried out was descriptive qualitative research, the subject of this study was the principal at SMA Negeri 5 Sukabumi City. While the object is the implementation of academic supervision at SMA Negeri 5 Sukabumi City. Research data was collected using observation, interview and documentation techniques. The number of informants in this study consisted of 2 people, namely the first school principal, the two teachers at SMA Negeri 5 Kota Sukabumi. The data from the research that has been carried out is that the implementation of the principal's academic supervision is not optimal but is good enough. Planning, techniques and evaluation of academic supervision carried out by the principal of SMA Negeri 5 Sukabumi City have been well structured in accordance with existing provisions, namely planning supervision The academic principal of SMA Negeri 5 Sukabumi City is carried out by meeting in advance and planning the agenda for all teachers to complete the administration before entering the starting date of the teaching and learning process at the beginning of the year, the administration is like learning tools in the form of lesson plans, lesson plans, KKM, student attendance and also includes questions that will be given to students and all documents that will be carried out or made by a teacher in preparing for a new school year or in preparing the learning process at SMA Negeri 5 Sukabumi City. the supervision technique used by the head of SMA Negeri 5 Sukabumi City, namely individually and evaluating academic supervision carried out by the principal of SMA Negeri 5 Sukabumi City in developing teacher professionalism through assessments carried out on teachers to find out how far the improvement in teacher performance has been going whether it is better or not yet.

Abstract

Every individual as part of the environment is actually responsible for playing an active role in protecting the environment for a better quality of life. In this interest, the environment as a public space functions dynamically in supporting various activities. This is where the contribution of each individual is needed in maintaining environmental quality. One way is by maintaining the continuity of the existence of the biological environment in order to maintain the order of the ecosystem. However, facts on the ground show that understanding of the environment is still limited to natural knowledge compared to taking applicable actions through practice in the field. This is not only the responsibility of the world of education, but requires the collaboration of all parties. One of them is through the guardian program or the foster program rolled out by the Wanadri organization with conservation-based educational content targeting all people, especially the younger generation. This research was conducted using a natural-ethnographic approach, considering that environmental preservation efforts are an alternative in providing education by local cultural approach. The purpose of this research is to construct, implement and evaluate the effectiveness of the program in fostering self-awareness and self-respect for each participant in various concrete actions. It is hoped that this program will become aspirational education, not only knowledge on the environment, but character building where each individual is part of a social life that is responsible in a sustainable manner
